La harina de pescado, como producto de exportación, le ha dado al Perú el reconocimiento de ser el primer proveedor a nivel mundial de este commodity en términos de volúmen exportado durante los últimos años. Esto ha sido motivo suficiente para despertar el interés en efectuar una investigación a profundidad sobre los distintos factores que influenciaron en el desempeño exportador de las principales empresas exportadoras de harina de pescado. Es así como la capacidad de procesamiento, el número de embarcaciones, el número de plantas y las certificaciónes fueron rescatados como variables consideradas en estudios similares que en el pasado analizaron este sector pero con objetivos distintos. En tal sentido, el estudio, cuyo enfoque fue cualitativo debido a la naturaleza de los estudios consultados, dio como resultado que la reducción de las embarcaciones y las plantas jugó un papel bastante importante en el desempeño exportador de las empresas productoras de harina de pescado debido a que ayudaron a mantener y mejorar sus márgenes de ganancia. Así mismo, la capacidad de procesamiento fue clave en términos de eficiencia para incrementar el volumen de harina producido a partir de la biomasa permitida para extracción. En adición a ello, las certificaciones fueron reconocidas como un medio intachable para el ingreso a mercados de alta demanda de este producto. Además, se identificaron como hallazgos de alta relevancia a la capacidad de compra de anchoveta a terceros y la ubicación geográfica de las plantas productoras de harina de pescado. / Fishmeal, as an export product, has given to Peru the recognition of being the world's leading supplier of this commodity, in terms of volume exported, in recent years. This has been reason enough to arouse interest in conducting an in-depth research on the different factors that influenced the export performance of the main fishmeal exporters. This is how the processing capacity, the number of vessels, the number of plants and the certifications were rescued as variables considered in similar studies that in the past have been used to analyze this sector but with different objectives. In this sense, the study, whose approach was qualitative due to the nature of the studies consulted, resulted in the reduction of vessels and plants playing a fairly important role in the export performance of companies producing fishmeal due to they helped maintain and improve their profit margins. Besides, the processing capacity was a key factor in terms of efficiency to increase the volume of fishmeal produced from the biomass allowed for extraction. In addition to this, the certifications were recognized as a faultless means of entering markets with high demand for this product. In addition, the ability to purchase anchovy from third parties and the geographical location of the fishmeal production plants were identified as highly relevant discoveries. / Tesis

El objetivo principal de la presente tesis tiene como fin conocer si los factores microeconómicos y comerciales, fueron los que han impulsado la importación de productos hidrobiológicos: tilapia y jurel congelado y atún enlatado para el consumo humano directo al Perú entre los años 2012 al 2019. Dentro de los factores microeconómicos se analizaron variables como el precio, los márgenes de ganancia y la calidad. Para los factores comerciales se analizaron variables como oferta, demanda y preferencias del consumidor. Se buscó antecedentes que respalden estas variables con el fin de conocer los factores que han causado este fenómeno. Para la realización de dicha investigación el estudio tuvo un enfoque mixto secuencial, por lo cual tiene una parte cualitativa y otra cuantitativa. Por el lado cualitativo, se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad semi estructuradas a actores relevantes de la industria de hidrobiológicos. Para la parte cuantitativa, se recabó información a través de encuestas a otros actores involucrados en la misma industria. Finalmente, luego del análisis realizado, se concluyó que los factores antes mencionados fueron los que impulsaron el aumento de la importación de productos hidrobiológicos. Además, gracias a esta investigación se encontraron hallazgos relevantes para el sector. / The main objective of this thesis is to know if the microeconomic and commercial factors were the ones that have boosted the importation of hydrobiological products: jack mackerel and frozen tilapia and canned tuna for direct human consumption to Peru between years 2012 to 2019. Within the microeconomic factors, variables such as price, profit margins and quality will be analyzed. For commercial factors, variables such as offer, demand and consumer preferences will be analyzed. Background information was sought to support these variables in order to know the factors that have caused this phenomenon. To carry out this research, the study had a mixed sequential approach, which is why it has a qualitative and a quantitative part. On the qualitative side, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with relevant actors in the hydrobiological industry. For the quantitative part, information was collected through perception surveys to other actors involved in the same industry. Finally, after the analysis carried out, it was concluded that the aforementioned factors were the ones that drove the increase in the import of hydrobiological products. El mar peruano atesora zonas de intenso afloramiento marino, por lo que es considerado dentro de las cuatro áreas principales pesqueras del mundo, siendo el norte del Perú la zona que concentra el mayor porcentaje de la diversidad hidrobiológica. La actividad pesquera en los diversos departamentos norteños se ha desarrollado con suma importancia con el transcurso del tiempo, lo que ha contribuido al crecimiento del PBI del país. La propuesta de un nuevo terminal pesquero para el puerto Malabrigo en el distrito de Rázuri, nace de la necesidad por abastecer de infraestructura nueva y especializada al distrito favoreciendo a la Población Económica Activa (PEA) que se dedica a la pesca artesanal y en ese sentido, contribuir indirectamente al desarrollo de la zona comercial pesquera y el turismo del lugar. El desarrollo del presente documento inicia con el análisis de la problemática que presenta esta zona, para lo cual se exponen argumentos que justifican el desarrollo de la tipología arquitectónica propuesta. Asimismo, se desarrollan los aspectos históricos, geográficos y climáticos como parte de la determinación del lugar de intervención. Dentro del desarrollo de carácter arquitectónico se analizan proyectos referenciales ubicados en diferentes partes del mundo con el objetivo de conocer y entender el funcionamiento y diseño de la tipología planteada. También se expone la definición teórica, el marco histórico y el marco normativo que refieren a la tipología escogida. En esa misma línea, se desarrolla un énfasis en arquitectura sostenible en torno a la cual girará todo el proyecto arquitectónico. / The Peruvian sea treasures areas of intense marine outcrop, which is why it is considered within the four main fishing areas of the world, with northern Peru being the area that concentrates the highest percentage of hydrobiological diversity. Fishing activity in the various northern departments has developed with great importance over time, which has contributed to the growth of the country's GDP. The proposal for a new fishing terminal for the Malabrigo port in the Razuri district arises from the need to supply new and specialized infrastructure to the district, favoring the Economically Active Population (EAP) that is dedicated to artisanal fishing and in that sense , indirectly contribute to the development of the commercial fishing zone and tourism of the place. The development of this document begins with the analysis of the problems presented by this area, for which arguments are presented that justify the development of the proposed architectural typology. Likewise, the historical, geographic, and climatic aspects are developed as part of the determination of the place of intervention. Within the architectural development, referential projects located in different parts of the world are analyzed with the aim of knowing and understanding the operation and design of the proposed typology. The theoretical definition, the historical framework and the normative framework that refer to the chosen typology are also exposed. Along these same lines, an emphasis is developed on sustainable architecture around which the entire architectural project will revolve. / Trabajo de investigación
