Esta pesquisa procura compreender os diferentes desenhos plásticos assumidos pela chanchada em sua importante trajetória na história da cultura no Brasil no século XX. Na constituição da chanchada como performance do insólito várias práticas teatrais desempenharam um papel importante, mas acreditamos que foi sobretudo o trabalho dos atores e atrizes brasileiros que mais contribuiu para sua constituição. Presente em produções artísticas interessadas em figurar a insolidez da vida nacional e notando a importância do trabalho do ator Grande Otelo nesse processo, nosso interesse foi situar a trajetória existencial de vida de Grande Otelo compreendendo como ele foi constituído a partir da performance dos personagens que ele ajudou a constituir, ou seja, verificar quais as implicações da performance social e artística de uma certa dinâmica social brasileira, a dialética da malandragem, e da performance social e artística do insólito na constituição de uma subjetividade singular e concreta. / The present dissertation seeks to understand the different plastic forms taken by the chanchada in its significant trajectory in the Cultural History of Brazil. In chanchada\'s constitution as performance of the unusual, several theatrical practices had an important role, but we believe that the actors\' and actresses\' works were the main factor for its constitution. Noticing the relevance of Grande Otelo\'s work and the presence of artistic productions interested on figure national life\'s insolidity, we tried to situate the existential trajectory of Grande Otelo\'s life, understanding how it was formed by performances of characters which he helped to compose. In other words, we tried to verify how the social and artistic performance of the dialectics of the malandragem, a social dynamics, and the performance of the unusual implicates on the constitution of a singular and concrete subjectivity.

This thesis, comprised of a stage play and exegesis, asks whether the Mike Leigh Method, commonly used by Auteur directors could be adapted to benefit a playwright during the redrafting and development process. I seek to answer this question by examining differing methodologies of drama creation and charting my process as I work to redraft my character driven stage play Deceased Estate through the adaptation and application of the Mike Leigh Method. I contend that Leigh’s method affords a set of honed and proven guidelines that can help the playwright get to the heart of the character driven drama and offer an adapted method template that can be used and furthered by other Playwrights wishing to develop their work in this manner.

This study focus on six video tutorials found on YouTube that teach how to improvise blues guitar solos. The study has grounded theory as its theoretical perspective and uses two kinds of scientific observations: unstructured and structured. First unstructured observations were made of all the video tutorials, whereby eleven categories and twelve undercategories was found. These where then used as observational categories for new observations of the video tutorials. The categories where then analyzed and found to be connected through a central category object of teaching (in Swedish: lärandeobjekt) which then was formulated into a grounded theory.

Previous issue date: 2009-11-26 / In the last 50 years several changes have been taken place in the social field causing a rupture of centenary behavior taboos. In this scenery, one of those most relevant events has been women's battles and victories trajectory. Improvisation poetry as a cultural value of its people is a valuable instrument for understanding human relationships. By the way, the purpose of this essay is to analyse feminine models sung extemporaneously by contemporary north-eastern viola, trying to understand conservative and innovative aspects about this new woman shown in this art. The above study has been conducted according to statistic investigations of readings and auditions from a group of more than nine-hundred improvised singings, whereby has been identified a pattern (classification) based in three feminine models: the muse, the heroine and the villain and their other recurring figures. / Nos últimos 50 anos, aconteceram diversas mudanças no campo social com a ruptura de tabus seculares de comportamento. Dentro deste quadro, um dos acontecimentos mais impactantes tem sido a trajetória de lutas e conquistas da mulher. A poesia do repente como bem cultural do seu povo é um instrumento valioso para a compreensão das relações humanas. Neste sentido, a proposta desta dissertação é analisar os modelos femininos cantados pelo improviso de viola nordestino contemporâneo, com o objetivo de compreender os aspectos conservadores e reformadores, sobre a nova mulher, presentes nesta arte. Este estudo foi feito a partir de um levantamento estatístico entre leituras e audições de um corpus com mais de 900 cantorias, no qual, identificou-se uma tipologia baseada em três modelos femininos: a musa, a heroína e a vilã, e suas variantes mais recorrentes.

De nombreux projets échouent du fait d’une gestion insuffisante des imprévus. Compte tenu de l’intérêt croissant que suscite ce sujet tant auprès des managers de projet que dans le monde de la recherche, notre objectif est de rechercher des solutions innovantes pour appréhender ces imprévus. Nous mobilisons les travaux sur la gestion de projet, sur l’improvisation organisationnelle et sur la qualité du travail en équipe, et nous posons la question de recherche suivante : quels sont les dispositifs managériaux à développer dans le cadre d’équipe projet pour gérer efficacement la capacité à improviser lors de projets innovants ? Cette question de départ se décline en deux sous-questions de recherche : Quelles sont les situations de management de projet favorisant une improvisation et quelle est leur évolution durant la vie d’un projet ? Quel est l’impact de la mobilisation des dispositifs improvisationnels par les membres d’équipes projet sur la performance du projet ? Pour répondre à ces questions, nous nous appuyons sur l’analyse quantitative d’une base de données internationale relative aux situations managériales de projet, pour répondre à la première question de recherche, et sur une enquête auprès d’équipe projet d’étudiants réalisant des projets tutorés, en réponse à la seconde question de recherche. Parmi les principaux résultats, cette thèse permet d’identifier et de caractériser les « situations improvisationnelles » dans le cadre d’équipe projet, mais aussi d’analyser comment elles évoluent en fonction des phases du projet. Elle se penche également sur le lien entre l’improvisation collective et la performance des équipes projet, et montre que la qualité du travail en équipe joue un rôle intermédiaire. Enfin, le rôle joué par plusieurs dispositifs managériaux est mis en évidence. En fonction du type de performance, économique ou sociale, deux modèles de gestion de l’improvisation dans les équipes projet sont proposés. Ces résultats font l’objet d’une discussion, puis les apports de notre recherche ainsi que ses limites et les perspectives de recherches sont développées en conclusion. / Many projects fail because of poor management of unpredictable situations. Given the growing interest in this subject among both project managers and researchers, our goal is to seek innovative solutions to capture the unexpected. The literature review is grounded on project management, and the concepts of organizational improvisation and quality teamwork. We ask the following research question : what are the managerial devices to develop within project teams in order to manage effectively the ability to improvise in innovative projects ? The initial question is divided into two sub-research questions : What are the project managament situations favoring improvisation and how do they evolve during the project life span ? What is the impact of the mobilization of improvidational devices by the project team members on project performance ? To answer these questions, we rely on quantitative analysis of an international database on managerial project situations to answer on the first research question, and on a survey of project teams of students achieving tutored projects, in response to the second research question. Among the main results, this thesis identifies and characterizes « improvisational situations » within project teams. It also analyzes how they evolve during the project life span. It also examines the relationship between collective improvisation and performance in project teams, and it shows that the teamwork quality plays an intermediary role. Finally, the role played by several managerial devices is highlighted. Depending on the type of performance, economic or social, two management models of improvisation in project trams are available. These results are discussed and the contributions of our research as well as its limitations and the perspectives of research are developed in conclusion.
