21	Management půd velkých investičních akcí na příkladu průmyslové zóny Kolín - Ovčáry / Soil management of large investment projects on the example of the industrial zone Kolín - Ovčáry Bejblová, Klára January 2010 (has links) The thesis deal with the soil sealing and the rehanding with the uncovering of soil cultural layers. This problem is describe on the example of the industrial zone Kolín - Ovčáry. In the thesis there is the evaluation of the soil characteristics and their changes in areas where due to the trensfer of the cultural layer was created completely new structure of soil cover compact of soil units with artificial stratigraphy of profile. For this area the new classification subsumtion is suggested. The overall impacat of the soilsealig and implementation of the uncovering of soil cultural layers, despite of local incerase of soil fertility parameters, we evaluate as the degradation of soil cover.

The diploma pre-thesis project dealt with urbanistic situation and the green zone – entrance area. This thesis tie together with solution of the administrative building and the presentation pavilion. The administrative building is combined with the research institute. This building offer to relax zone – terrace with perspective on the green zone and land all around. The presentation pavilion subserve as showroom for paper production and other design furniture. This object offer to examples of other paper elaboration from the home paper fabric. The pavilion join in them the process of concept, manufacturing and presentation of final product.
23	Rozvoj ekonomických aktivit ve strategické průmyslové zóně Holešov / The development of the economic activities in the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone Pechanová, Klára January 2013 (has links) This thesis is focused on one of the biggest realized development areas in the Czech republic -- Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone and tries to find a solution of the current unfavourable situation in the zone which is defined by localization of only one investor. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the industrial zones in general and also to the role they play in the economic development of a region. It contains a brief characteristics of the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone, Zlín region and Kroměříž microregion where the zone is situated. An analysis of a region related the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone is not omitted from this part of the thesis. In the second part of the thesis the current situation in the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone is analyzed and the analysis is focused mainly on the topics that create conflicts between the management of the zone and the interest associations. These conflicts belong among the causes of the current minimal filling of the zone by the investors. The last part of the thesis describes and analyses the possible ways how to solve the conflict situation between the management of the zone and the interest associations and thus accomplishes the objective of the thesis. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of solving the current conflict situation related to the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone.
24	Analýza podmínek podnikatelského sektoru města Písek / Analysis of business and entrepreneurship sector policy in the town Písek KOSTOHRYZOVÁ, Andrea January 2016 (has links) The aim of my thesis is to analyse business and entrepreneurship sector of the town Písek and positive attitude of the local municipality towards private business sector operating on the largest industrial zone in South Bohemia. Theoretical part concentrates on description and explanation of the basic terms and relations dealing with the topic of regional development. Afterwards, I focus on description of public and private sectors and possibilities of providing financial subsidies from both national and EU funds. The first section of practical part concentrates on detailed description of the region Písek from various viewpoints social, demographic, economic, industry sectors and competitiveness. Furthermore, I describe and analyse business and entrepreneurship conditions within the industrial zone lying on the edge of the northern part of the town Písek focusing on the past, present and future. I also describe clusters and evaluate success rate and effectiveness of the town Písek in obtaining financial subsidies from both national and EU funds. The last part uses the findings to compare the industrial zone in Písek with a similar industrial zone in Vodňany. Finally, I summarise and evaluate all findings. I outline the possibilities of further development of the industrial zone Písek and ways to obtain financial subsidies for development of business and entrepreneurship sector in the town Písek from accessible European funds.
25	Objekty vstupní zóny Papírny WANEMI, a.s. v Zábřehu / Entrance zone objects of WANEMI, a.s. paper-mill in Zábřeh Horký, Jan January 2010 (has links) The diploma thesis deals with the entrance zone objects nearby a to-be-built energetic-paper mill factory WANEMI, Inc. in Zábřeh. It consists of two objects: a presentation pavilion and an administrative building. My design combines a function of parking and administration into one single object to occupy less land. Garages are intersected by a big open skylight in the middle with some trees planted in - this way people are moving as if in the treetops. The exhibition pavilion is situated in the intersection of main view axes to landscape dominants. Their extension is projected even into the interior where they determine main spaces. Visitor of the building climbs the way up along the important views to finish his way upstairs in the main hall.

The enter zone makes up some „green“ borderline between road lined ground of paper factory and production areal itself. The task of diploma thesis was to design complex solution of this enter „green“ zone, included situation and design of presentation pavilion and administration building objects.

An overall analysis of Italian entrepreneurial environment is elaborated in terms of macroeconomic indicators and their last development, investment environment and characteristic features of Italian economy. The thesis analyses the system of Italian chambers of commerce in Italy and abroad, their function and role within nowadays society and everyday life of Italian businessmen and their business partners. It describes the history of Italian chambers of commerce, introduces Italian chambers of commerce under the rule of law no. 580/1993 and deals with their authorities, financing and staff. It characterises also the Union of Italian Chambers of Commerce (Unioncamere) and representation of Italian chambers of commerce within the European Union and it deals with the activity of the Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad (Assocamerestero). On the concrete case of the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce in Prague it describes the specifics of the activities of this chamber of commerce.
28	Územní studie rozvojového území Vítkovice - Moravská Ostrava / Urban study of development area Vítkovice - Moravská Ostrava Fišerová, Anna January 2016 (has links) 'The inspiration behind this project is the new urbanist idea which combines residential development with green spaces for leisure and sport as well as mixed use commercial areas and storage. The layout of the area is a grid formed by 100m squared plots with residential houses with personal yards. These plots are grouped as complexes and between each complex is a communal green space. On the outside of the inner grid, there are mixed use apartment buildings and a high commercial floor. The square is dominated by a smaller multi-purpose building with a fluid outside space in which community events can be organized. Diagonally connected to the square is a park with a playground and an area with patio seating in addition to three villa houses. The park leads to the river embankment, into which tiered seating will be created. Around the hotel, there is another park with a multi-generational playground. In the northern part is located hotel renovated from the original industrial buildings with added ground floor restaurant area. Around hotel there is a park with green space and multi-generational playground. The terrace houses are located in the northeastern part of the complex and feature an attractive riverside view. Row houses line the the main road and are buffered from street noise by a line of trees. Typology and placement of other, separate houses is inspired by colonies of worker-houses eg. Baťa houses in Zlín. In between each ground these is no fence and are only separated a slight depression in the green.

Industriområden blir strategiska förtätningslägen, vilket hotar näringslivets förutsättningar på lång sikt. Detta examensarbete undersöker under vilka villkor industriområden i Morges kan integreras i funktionsblandad stadsmiljö utan att äventyra näringslivets förutsättningar. Fallstudier från Bern, Haag, Genève och Bryssel används som ”best practices” för att genomföra analysen. Analysen visar att hanteringen av störningar och logistik samt ett stort offentligt ingripande är nyckelfaktorer för att tillgodose näringslivets utveckling i ett funktionsblandat område. ”Best practices” visar sig kunna vara effektiva om de används som stöd i beslutsfattande och som inspirationskälla. / The region of Morges (Switzerland) grows in a context of land shortage. Industrial zones become strategic areas for denser settlements, threatening the local economic development in the long term. This master thesis investigates the conditions in which industrial zones in the region of Morges can be integrated in a function mixed urban area without jeopardising local activities. Case studies from Bern, The Hague, Geneva and Brussels are used as “best practices” in order to perform the analysis. Results show that the monitoring of disturbances and of logistics as well as a strong public commitment are key factors to a successful reconversion of industrial zones towards functional mix. “Best practices” are efficient if used as a support to decision making and as a source of inspiration. / La région de Morges (VD, Suisse) se développe dans un contexte de pression foncière. Les zones industrielles (ZIZA) deviennent des sites stratégiques de densification, menaçant l’économie locale à terme. Ce travail de master étudie les conditions d’une intégration urbaine des zones industrielles de la région morgienne qui ne menace pas les activités locales. Des études de cas de Berne, La Haye, Genève et Bruxelles sont utilisés comme des « bonnes pratiques » pour répondre à la question de recherche. Les résultats montrent que la gestion des nuisances et de la logistique ainsi qu’une forte action publique sont des facteurs clés de réussite d’une requalification d’une zone industrielle vers une zone mixte. Les « bonnes pratiques » s’avèrent efficaces en tant qu’aide à la décision et en tant que source d’inspiration. / Die Region Morges (VD, Schweiz) gerät in einem Mangel an Bauland. Die Industriezonen werden als strategische Verdichtungsgebiete betrachtet. Langfristig wird die Region als Standort bedroht. Diese Masterarbeit untersucht, inwiefern die Industriezonen der Region Morges städtebaulich integriert werden können, ohne die lokalen Gewerben zu drohen. Fallstudien aus Bern, Den Haag, Genf und Brüssel werden als „Best Practices“ benutzt, um die Analyse durchzuführen. Aus der Analyse ergibt sich, dass die Steuerung der Störungen und der Logistik sowie ein starkes öffentliches Eingreifen Schlüsselfaktoren für eine gelungene funktionelle Durchmischung in Industriezonen sind. „Best Practices“ erweisen sich als effizient, wenn sie als Entscheidungshilfe und als Inspirationsquelle benutzt werden.
