This thesis focuses on the analysis of an information systém of a chosen company and proposal of changes. Improvements were proposed on the base of the analysis of the current state, that should make companies processes more effective, easier to use, make information more readily available and improve communication between employees.

This diploma thesis is about a proposal of an information system for the company Smart Connections s.r.o. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts which are theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The aim of this thesis is to analyse current state of the company's information system and to identify its drawbacks and weaknesses. Based on that a proposal of new information system will be made. The last part will focus on benefits and economic evaluation of the new informative system.

This diploma thesis is focused on the development of informational environment safety awareness at primary schools. The thesis consists of three main parts. The introduction explains the basic safety terms and briefly describe the legislative essentials necessary for this proposal. The second part consists of the analysis of the current situation at the school chosen for this research, including SLEPT analysis, Porter´s analysis, 7S analysis, and SWOT analysis. The practical part introduces the proposal of implementation of the program which is tailored to the requirements and needs of the primary school. The final part evaluates the pros and cons of the implemented solution.

This thesis deals with development and implementation of program which enables DVB transport stream service information analysis. Theoretical part is focused on MPEG2 source coding of video signal and multiplexing into DVB transport stream. Practical part deals with program’s individual software modules implementation, which are used for data reading, their processing and presentation in form of service information. The program enables analysis of service information from live terrestrial television broadcasting DVB-T by PC card TechniSat AirStar 2 usage.

The key objective of this master's thesis is to elucidate processes that increase the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in company Saint-Gobain Weber Terranova, Inc. The paper is divided into two main sections. The first part provides a theoretical summary. Followed second empirical section which is based on research of actual quality of interpersonal communication in company. We will define basic terms and principals of competitive intelligence at the beginning, and then the thesis will contain analyses of concrete situation and procedures suggestion how to solve critical situations. For the analyses will be use information provided by company and also information from public databases. We will dedicate implantation of competitive intelligence methods to the company's decision making process with consideration future market development in this thesis. We will clarify phases which company has to make for establishing CI methods to the reader on the pages of this work.
