It provides drug information to healthcare professionals in the form of timely and accurate answers to drug-related enquiries, including drug interactions (DI). Aim: This study aimed to analyse enquiries related to DI processed by DIC from 2015 to 2020 and to solve three drug enquiries related to drug interactions. Methods: Quantitative and qualitative analysis of drug enquiries was carried out. Data was collected from individual enquiries related, but not limited to drug-drug, drug-herbal, and drug-disease interactions. The quantitative analysis based on descriptive statistical methods was performed on two levels: enquiry level and drug interaction level. It is intended primarily for people who want to study this theme matter more. For them this thesis is a gateway to this phenomenon. It has to show what technologies and methods in today's world are used to censor the Internet and how individual states censor access. The thesis also deals with the procedures for measuring the level of censorship in the restrained deployed States. It discusses the technical aspects of these processes and their functioning so that you, the reader, which is not purely technically based, took the most understood the information and communication. The master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of the impact of the dissemination of information and disinformation in media about the disease caused by the COVID-19 virus in the Czech Republic in the period 02/2020-02/2021. The aim of the thesis is to analyse selected news portals and identifying the possible impact of the information on the Internet on public behaviour. The purpose of the theoretical part is a brief definition of the basic concepts, mapping the course of information in the Czech Republic and comparison with similar situations from the past. Subsequently, the theoretical part contains a description of the means of communication used to inform citizens about the event. The aim of the practical part is to show how the course of the spread of the COVID-19 virus influenced the traffic to online news websites, what articles appeared in the Internet environment, and finally I focus on the analysis of whether there was a change in the behaviour of citizens in the Internet environment in the form of traffic to news websites, retail sales and changes in work habits.

My thesis is focused on knowledge management and its quality in Czech companies. The issue is one of the most current and very important topic since the interest in knowledge and namely in its management and utilisation by as large as possible number of employees has been rapidly growing worldwide. The main objective of my thesis is to evaluate the level of knowledge management in Czech companies and suggest procedures leading to elimination of most frequent errors therein. The introduction of my thesis provides basic definitions from the field of knowledge management, namely data, information and knowledge, and gives definitions of most important factors that influence knowledge management. Chapter two surveys the current state of knowledge management, namely modern approaches towards knowledge management, classification of knowledge suggested by various authors and different styles of knowledge management. Chapter three is focused on modern trends in human resources and influence of the company’s structure upon knowledge management. Chapter four contains description of ways of origin of knowledge followed by activities necessary to know prior to introduction of knowledge management. Chapter five gives a survey of current development in information systems and products supporting knowledge management. The final part of my thesis presents an assessed questionnaire survey and gives recommendations to the discussed issue. Included are suggested procedures how to proceed and act in human resources management and IT investments in companies intending to introduce knowledge management. In addition, this chapter gives examples of contributions from science, practice and pedagogic procedures.

Dissertation thesis deals with the management of intellectual capital in a company, its level and the current state of the environment of our companies, with the help of modern methods of management and especially management skills. It is a very current topic. The current development of the society and its transformation into the information society can be characterized as a transition from the era of competitive advantage based on information to the era of competitive advantage based on the creation, storage and use of knowledge. Knowledge is today becoming a critical strategic resource for business activities and other economic development of organizations. The aim of this dissertation thesis is to access the level of awareness of knowledge management in the environment of companies operating in the Czech Republic and try to propose a set of recommendations, on which companies will be able to proceed with implementation, respectively improving the level of knowledge management in their practice. Dissertation thesis is based on the theoretical background obtained during the secondary research, focuses on the general concept of knowledge management, its most important parts such as definition of data, information and knowledge, knowledge worker, the internal culture of organization and implementation options. It also focuses on current situation and obstacles, that hinder the implementation of knowledge management into our societies. Another part is devoted to primary research, whereby are set conclusions and recommendations to address issues, leading into the last part with its own set of proposals. The last part is also devoted to its own contributions to science, practice and educational process.

From the obtained data, such musical parameters will be chosen which exhibit the biggest potential to differentiate the origine of the individual renditions.

It creates a city riverbank which is open to the public. The volume of the object reminds a wave. The object contains three main functions - exposition, information and research. The Exposition is based on the phenomenon of water. The Informations are placed in proposed auditorium, cafe and small gallery. The research is situated in laboratories and public study rooms.

The result of design is architectural and urban design of unused area in Brno - Pisárky. This area was own by Water works company Brno. The area is situated next to the river Svratka. New research, information and exhibition center is designed on this place. The whole design was created in the context of river Svratka. The building which was designed there is called Aquadomos. This building consists of free pavilions. Each has a different use. The middle one contains main entrance, multipurpose recture halls, exhibitions areas, cash desk, information point and cafe. The largest pavilion contains exhibition area which is devided into six parts. The smallest pavilion which is situated close to the river contains administration department and laboratories. The external form, shape of building, is inspirated by river, waves, shape of landscape. Park is designed in the rest of parcel. In the park there are terraces to the river for easy access closer to the river Svratka. One of the main idea was to bring life closer to the river, to rediscover river in the structure of Brno.

This Thesis is focused on the samizdat periodical called Information on Charter 77, which belonged to the important sources of spreading the informations within the dissent and publicizing the key thougts and concepts of Charter 77. The periodical was publishing the Charter documents, communiques of the Comittee for the Defence of the Unjustly Persecuted, brief messages about represion of the normalisation regime, dissident's letters adressed to the state organs, critical reviews and annotations of other samizdat periodicals and books and rarely the reflections on the economy. Topic of the research are personality profiles of the protagonists, functioning of the "independent" editing, preparing and distribution of texts, forming of the distributional net, conspirative milieu (using codes, pseudonyms, conspirative apartments, konfidence etc.), financing and sending abroad.
