La digitation visqueuse est une instabilité hydrodynamique apparaissant lorsque, dans un milieu poreux, un fluide moins visqueux déplace un fluide plus visqueux. L’objectif de notre thèse est l’étude expérimentale des propriétés des motifs de digitation lorsque l'échantillon de fluide visqueux est de taille finie et lorsqu'une réaction chimique modifie la viscosité dans un milieu poreux modèle, en l’occurrence une cellule de Hele-Shaw. En particulier, notre étude a permis de quantifier la contribution de dispersion et de la digitation visqueuse à l’étalement dans l’espace d’échantillons de taille finie en fonction des paramètres expérimentaux (contraste de viscosité, vitesse de déplacement et taille de l’échantillon). Pour les fluides réactifs, nous analysons la digitation induite par une réaction A + B → C dont le produit C est plus visqueux que les réactifs A et B, ceux-ci ayant la même viscosité. Nous mettons en évidence l’effet des concentrations en réactifs, du choix du fluide vecteur et du débit d’injection sur le motif de digitation.

Generally stated, the CGB department is committed to the generation and management of genetic information by approaches aiming at elucidating the connection between genes, protein and function.</p><p>WiGID is a genome information database that is available through WAP (Wireless Application Protocol).</p><p>Our version of WiGID is based on WML, PHP and PostgreSQL as a database server.</p><p>One of the changes on the old WiGID application was the creation of a relational database with seven tables and one view, instead of the file that represented the database on the old version. We also changed the script language from python to PHP.</p><p>The search engine ability has been extended with three new search alternatives for a user to choose from. In this masters' work was defined the concept of competence; generalized theories about general and pedagogical competences, their constructive principles, methods, characteristics, levels;discussed new pedagogical competences in European Union, innovative context; revealed opportunities and means of pedagogical competences'development in school considering grown-up learning peculiarities.There is motivated that teachers constantly improve various pedagogical competences in their work place.

To the specific objectives were established four aims: 1) To characterize the process of formation of governance entities active in tourism in the city of Manaus. 2) Lift the actions planned and executed by the authorities aimed at cultural tourism in the period 2003-2014. 3) To question through the perception of the actors representing the different classes and entities of the Amazonian society, the actions planned and executed by the authorities aimed at cultural tourism in the period 2003-2014 and 4) Identify key similarities and the differences in decision-making about actions aimed at cultural tourism in Manaus. We adopted a qualitative approach, using the methodological design of descriptive and exploratory, with the help of the use of the techniques of literature search, document, with on-site data collection through interviews with semi-structured script application forms to the representatives of sectorial institutions that make up the locations of governance in tourism. In addition, the treatment of information was used content analysis technique. In response to stated objectives, it can be concluded that the creation of public arenas, through the tourism of governance has enabled incipient discussion in a democratic manner and decision-making in the area of planning and management of tourism in Manaus. It was also observed that obstacles that hinder and undermine the structures of the bodies, which reflect the joint, in the promotion and cultural tourism development in the city of Manaus.

Methods: Observational Transversal. Study analyzed data of 1080 admitted patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (IA/IAMSSST at the cardiovascular Intensive care unit at PUCRS-S?o Lucas Hospital between the period of September/1999 and October/2010. Analysis of the lipid profile were realized in the first 24h of the admission. Results: Among the 1080 patients, 51,9% male, 32,9% diabetics, 84,1% presented systemic arterial hypertension,26,1 smokers. In the analyzed sample it was observed that 53,4% of the patients had been using hypolipidemic treatment. At the lipid profile it was observed that 44,8% of patients presented abnormal levels of Triglycerides, 66,6% (men) and 73,3 (women) HDL-C out of goals; 30,2% of patients presented total cholesterol >200mg/dL, and 24,4% had LDL-C >130mg/dl and 51,7% LDL-C >100mg/dL. Among the 1080 patients 182 had triglycerides >200mg/dL associated to LDL-C > 130mg/dL of which, 58 patients (31,9%) presented non-HDL-C >160mg/dL. Conclusion: The results of our study demonstrate that the majority of patients with SCA (AI/IAMSSST) had low HDL-C and about half of them presented LDL-C <100mg/dL. Objetivo: Analisar o perfil lip?dico de pacientes com SCASSST/Angina Inst?vel e IAM sem supradesnivelamento de ST (IAMSSST), incluindo-se a determina??o do n?o-HDL-C. M?todos: Estudo observacional transversal analisou 1080 pacientes internados com S?ndrome Coronariana Aguda (AI/IAMSSST) na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Cardiovascular do Hospital S?o Lucas-PUCRS, entre setembro/1999 a outubro/2010. Foram realizadas an?lises do perfil lip?dico nas primeiras 24h da admiss?o. Resultados: Entre os 1080 pacientes, 51,9% do sexo masculino, 32,9% diab?ticos, 84,1% apresentavam hipertens?o arterial sist?mica e 26,1% tabagistas. Na amostra analisada, observou-se que 53,4% dos pacientes faziam o uso de tratamento hipolipemiante. Na an?lise do perfil lip?dico observou-se: 44,8% apresentaram n?veis de triglicer?deos anormais; 66,6% (homens) e 73,3% (mulheres) HDL-C fora das metas; 30,2% dos pacientes apresentavam colesterol total >200mg/dL, sendo que 24,4% tinham LDL-C >130mg/dL e 51,7% LDL-C >100mg/dL. Entre os 1080 pacientes, 182 tinham triglicer?deos >200mg/dL associado a LDL-C > 130mg/dL; destes, 58 pacientes (31,9%) apresentavam n?o-HDL-C >160mg/dL. Conclus?o: Os resultados do nosso estudo demonstram que a maioria dos pacientes com SCA (AI/IAMSSST) tinham HDL-C baixo e cerca de metade apresentavam LDL-C <100mg/dL. Para tratar os dados foi adotada a t?cnica de an?lise de conte?do, al?m disso, foi realizado um registro fotogr?fico com vistas a levantar imagens que possam contribuir com a pesquisa. Observou-se ainda que existem dificuldades que comprometem o incremento do turismo na regi?o, bem como que as a??es desenvolvidas pela inst?ncia de governan?a do Polo Serid? ainda s?o pontuais, fator este que interfere na din?mica socioespacial e no pr?prio desenvolvimento tur?stico da regi?o. / The main objective of this study was to analyze the main actions taken and difficulties encountered by public arenas in the planning process and tourist hub management Serid? / RN. Already the specific objectives were: a) characterize the "Instances of governance" of tourism in the Serid? region; b) raise the profile of the different actors in the public arenas discussing tourism; c) investigate the mechanisms of stakeholder participation in decision-making processes and their roles in the productive chain of tourism; d) identify the main actions already effective on the pole related to the regional development process. The methodological procedures used were literature and documentary, with exploratory / descriptive. The research adopts a qualitative approach using as data collection instruments semi-structured interviews. To address the data has adopted the content analysis technique, furthermore, it was made a photographic record in order to get images that can contribute to the research. It was concluded that the establishment of the governance body in tourism, It is making possible new discussions of management and tourism planning in the Potiguar Serid? region. It was also observed that there are difficulties that compromise the growth of tourism in the region, and that the actions taken by the governance body of the Polo Serid? are still off, a factor that interferes with the socio-spatial dynamics and own tourism development in the region.

Devido a sua robustez a incertezas par?metricas utilizaremos um controlador por modos deslizantes com fun??o de satura??o e compensa??o adaptativa por s?rie de Fourier. / The chaotic behavior has been widely observed in nature, from physical and chemical phenomena to biological systems, present in many engineering applications and found in both simple mechanical oscillators and advanced communication systems. With regard to mechanical systems, the effects of nonlinearities on the dynamic behavior of the system are often of undesirable character, which has motivated the development of compensation strategies. However, it has been recently found that there are situations in which the richness of nonlinear dynamics becomes attractive. Due to their parametric sensitivity, chaotic systems can suffer considerable changes by small variations on the value of their parameters, which is extremely favorable when we want to give greater flexibility to the controlled system. Hence, we analyze in this work the parametric sensitivity of Duffing oscillator, in particular its unstable periodic orbits and Poincar?e section due to changes in nominal value of the parameter that multiplies the cubic term. Since the amount of energy needed to stabilize Unstable Periodic Orbits is minimum, we analyze the control action needed to control and stabilize such orbits which belong to different versions of the Duffing oscillator. For that we will use a smoothed sliding mode controller with an adaptive compensation term based on Fourier series.
