Principes de gouvernance d’entreprise minière et réalités culturelles : recherche d’une convergence au service de la performance : relations de travail et enjeux culturels dans le secteur minier en Nouvelle-Calédonie – Le cas de la Société le Nickel / Principles of governance of a mining business and cultural realities : research of convergence in the service of performance

Machin, Justine 29 September 2015 (has links)
The struggles of legi timacy and of forces inter-community present in New Caledoniaare not simple to analyze both from a societal point of view that organizational. They are part of a logic where ethnie cleavage and political clivide meet and intertwine. We tried to disentangle the skein to analyze inter-community interactions at the societal leve! and labour relations in the company. We have sought to show that the reproduction of the Caledonian complexity of individual and collective identity positioning within SLN influences the perception of organizational climate and mediates the effects of the climate of organization on the commitment to work and thecompany. This has led to raise iclentity a ppropriations that each individual is with the characteristics of its community, relying on simple as elements for example : the report at the time, the inter-inclividual soliclarity, the report to the author it y, the satisfaction of personal goals. All this constitutes elements that relate to the operation of the compan y and its culture, which is basee! on the ru les of operation, objecti ves, innovation and support. The results of our field research showed thal the interaction between iclentity sets a nd the hierarchical stat us of the employee is more discriminating to explain the commitment of employees.

Lavallée, Dominique 06 1900 (has links)
The challenges in mental health care in an intercultural clinical context are numerous, notably, because of the differences in perceptions and cultural stigma of mental illness (Hwang, Myers, Abe-Kim, & Ting, 2008; Alegria, Atkins, Farmer, Slaton, & Stelk, 2010). Nursing practices in mental health don’t always seem suited to the specific needs of the adolescents and their families from culturally diverse backgrounds (Alegria, Vallas, & Pumariega, 2010; Dogra & Vostanis, 2007; McKenzie et al., 2009). The practice of nursing in this context is poorly documented to address this issue in depth. The purpose of this multiple case study (Stake, 2005), is to describe the practice of nursing in child and adolescent psychiatry in an intercultural clinical context. The six areas of expertise required for the mental health nurses and psychiatric nurses describe by the Quebec Order of nurses (2009) were used as framework. The results of this qualitative study were obtained from descriptive analysis of individual interviews (n=7) with child and adolescent psychiatric nurses who accompanied at least one teenager and his family in an intercultural clinical context. The data from these interviews were validated in two group interviews, where a prototype case, made from data from the individual interviews, was submitted to discussion. The results of this study indicate perceptions of nursing practice in an intercultural clinical context and preferred nursing practices. Recommendations for practice, education and nursing research were made.

Its main aim was: 1) to analyse the colonization process and its impact on Melanesia and Papua New Guinea s society, culture and religions, emphasising the missionary actions, e 2) to make an approximation and reading of the Cargo Cults development through the historic relations that follows the encounter between occidental culture and traditional cultures . As methodological resource it conjugated the concepts of cultural negotiation , cultural translation , transculturality , cultural appropriation and syncretism , making a reading witch try to surpass the old binary s approaches of reflections that looked at the Western and Traditional societies as closed totalities. From the interpretation process of the research s composition, it was concluded that the colonial circumstance and the missionaries presence brought about a new reality, of conflict and constant cultural negotiation. Cargo Cults were seen as expression of that new reality. The research showed that in this cultural negotiation process there are losses, but also earnings to both sides / Esta dissertação realizou um estudo sobre o surgimento dos Cultos a Carga na dinâmica dos encontros e conflitos no contexto intercultural e colonial da Melanésia e Papua Nova Guiné.
