The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction with the product. This work defines the theoretical backgroung and issues related to customer satisfaction. The basic methods and processes for analysis of the marketing environment and the isssue of a questionnaire survey. Theoretical solutions are applied to a specific product, running shoes of the company adidas. The questionnaire survey, internal and external analysis, suggests the factors with which customers are or are not satisfied. Specific proposals to increase customer satisfaction with the product are set out on the basis of the outputs from the questionnaire.

Title: Comparison of defined subjects on the dance field Objectives: The main target of this thesis is creation of analyses of two dance groups from Czech Republic, specifically Paul-Dance Jilemnice and Enliven Centre, followed by mutual comparison and creation of set of recommendations to help improve their further work. Methods: In this thesis I used the internal analysis, PEST analysis and comparative analysis, on whose basis I created SWOT analyses of both dance groups, thanks to which I suggested possible recommendations. Results: This thesis brings information about their current situation to both dance groups, points out the shortages and recommends steps for improvement. Both groups have been affected by worldwide economic crisis, which caused not only loss of members, but also loss of sponsors. Moreover, Paul-Dance collects low membership fees, which ensure stable flow of finance to the budget; Enliven Centre does not have all individual age categories filled. The diploma Thesis is aimed to the application of strategy planning cycle for the small and medium enterprise operating in the waste management industry. The main goals of the Thesis were the internal and external analysis of the company. Considering the results to propose and evaluate some strategic options for the further development of the company and make an appropriate recommendation to the management. According to the results of the analysis the competitive advantage of the company is its specific know-how and the strong work team. The two proposed strategy variants are based on the gained data of the analysis. The first option of the company development is focused on the improvement of its processes and the company as a whole. The second strategy variant is aimed to the development of services provided. After the assessment of the variants from the three points of view: suitability, acceptability and feasibility, only the first variant seemed to be acceptable. Eventually the first option was recommended to the management of the company.

In my graduation theses (it is a final project of engineering study at South Bohemia University, in field of commercial business) I focused on internal environment of the company called Centropen a.s. which is situated in Dačice. For evaluation of internal atmosphere I used a few different methods. One of them was the analysis of the results in particular functional fields, I mentioned Bostonian matrix shortly and SWOT analysis. As for an evaluation of functional fields I chose research and development, production, purchase, sale, marketing, human resources and financing. A separate chapter was given to marketing in which was made a questionnaire research, analyzing individual activity, which the company makes for own presentation in public. I focused on a concrete advertising campaign as well {--} The School Campaign. This campaign is every year the most extensive action which the Centropen company prepares together with fullservis advertising agency. Concerning evaluation of functional fields, as the weakest point showed up the field of human resources. The company doesn{\crq}t deal with searching and education new generation in this area at all even further education of current employees, nevertheless the significant part of workers higher and middle management are really close to retiring age. Marketing is able to keep up only thanks to an important help of the agency. Marketing on its own is able to cover just the area of propagation, not complete marketing. As for the SWOT analysis, where are mingled the diagnosis of the internal and external environment, I summarized competitive environment. It is more then clear, that competitive pressures increase and Centropen company, who{\crq}s still using success from previous years, a little bit fell asleep in fight with competition. The significant positive is a strong financial background without credit indebtedness, which helps to support power of the company.

Its aim is to work out the strategic analysis of Secar Bohemia, a.s., to evaluate company's current situation of its market and to indentify all factors which could affect its development in future. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical part which contains theoretical basis (PEST analysis, 4C analysis, Porter's model, Checkup of the internal resources) and a practical part which apply that theoretical knowledge in Secar Bohemia,a.s. The output of the dissertation is to suggest the strategy and recommendations for futher development of that company.
