This work offers a complete critical overview of the samizdat magazine Sado-Maso1 published in Prague in the years 1983-1986. I tried to make a complete overview and characteristics of the magazine - the main themes of each issue, historical, ideological and literary context of publishing of the Sado-Maso magazine. I also mention publications which were connected with the S-M magazine - independent movies, other samizdat magazines and books. In the Attachment there is article bibliography (containing indexes), covers of the Sado-Maso individual issues, interviews with authors and conterporary witnesses, copies of ,StB' documentary where Sado-Maso magazine was mentioned connected with Klín and Satan Actions. Egon Bondy's essay Zaplaťpánbů za "underground" published exclusively in Sado- Maso Nr. 7 ½ is presented here in commented edition. 本篇論文以將國民政府視為革命新政權之假設為論述基礎，試圖對北伐階段的歷史進行更清楚的分析。首先列入討論的是革命政權，或謂新政府的行為模式探討。其中包括：革命的意義及發生背景、革命政權決策的產出及新政府之外交取向，末了再以上述理論基礎為根據，闡明國民政府之革命政權本質。以後論述內容均以國民政府此一特質為分析要點。在第三章中將影響國民政府外交決策的外部因素做一分析，首先提到的是自辛亥革命以來的國內局勢及國民黨發展空間之背景，接著對談到國民黨與英、美、日三國的關係，進一步則對影響北伐時期國府甚鉅的聯俄容共政策有所說明，蘇聯對國民政府而言，有著根本內在的影響，而英、美、日三國則左右著廢除不平等條約談判。第四章則述及國府內部的決策考量，例如：排外運動之風起雲湧、南北對峙的時代背景及國民黨內分裂狀況對決策產出之影響。除此之外，執行政策者如陳友仁、伍朝樞及王正廷三人本身的考慮亦為決策重點。分別提及影響決策制定的外在環境與內在因素後，將提出幾件較為人注意的對外交涉個案，以佐證上述之分析，租界之收回、關稅自主及治外法權之撤廢是論述重點，不過基因於五卅慘案和南京事件分別亦帶有群眾外交之始末意義，因此也附帶一提。而在結論中將對所謂「革命外交」之意義重新審定，進而對整個外交成果做一回顧。

本文分為〈緒論〉、〈結論〉及正文四章。第一章〈禮教與反禮教〉。「禮教」一詞住住因為使用者不同而帶有不同的意涵，有時指的是三綱制度，有時是指禮法制度，有時又可以說是生活中的禮俗。本章試圖從文獻中釐清禮的層次，並從禮的層次來說明禮教的涵意。在說明禮教的定義之後，我們所想了解的是清末的反禮教思潮之演進，及其發生的社會歷史背景。第二章〈周作人之生平與思想淵源〉。由於政治因素的封殺，所以周作人一生的事蹟就顯得暗淡模糊。本章第一節〈周作人的生平〉的目地即在於利用周作人與當時幾個重要刊物的關係做為經線來貫穿周作人在五四時期的事蹟。第二節〈周作人思想的淵源〉及第三節〈周作人之文學觀〉的主旨是闡明周作人反禮教思想之由來及其反禮教思想在文學活動中的表現。周作人常稱自己是雜定，因為他的興趣廣泛，對於許多的知識都有非常濃厚的興味，是以他的思想外貌就顯得紛亂，使人有眼花撩亂的感覺。然而在紛亂的外表之下，卻是秩序井然，層次分明。第二、三節的主旨即在於撥開紛亂的思路，呈現周作人的思想理路。並且做為本文繼續研究周作人反禮教思想之基礎。第三章〈周作人對禮教內容之剖析〉。本章旨在說明周作人在五四時期反三綱制度、反薩滿教的禮教、反性迷信及其相關問題的言論。在本章中也說明周作人在攻擊禮教之後，是否有建設性的想法。在五四時期，知識份子破壞太多，建設太少，因而整個社會呈現出無所適從的亂像。周作人一方面破壞禮教，一方面也提出他的新「禮」做為新行為規範的參考，希望能為中國盡自己的一分心力。第四章〈新道德觀與人的「發現」〉。本章的主旨在延續上一章最後一節的討論，即周作人對於新「禮」的討論的深化。對於婦女問題、兒童問題、新村運動及當時正在迅速發展的民間文學及民俗學問題，他都曾積極參與討論，並提出新的見解。他希望藉著他從西方引進的新知識能夠推動建立新的道德觀。並且希望新的道德觀─「禮」是中國新文化的基石。

本研究嘗試從管理的規劃與決策面來探究創意的重要性，並以個案研究法探討個案對象國民戲劇創意人－吳念真，以瞭解此類型創意人的創意來源組成。在研究架構的選擇上，則是修正學者Amabile於1996年提出的創意要素架構(componential framework of creativity)，並加入過去的生命經驗(antecedent conditions)等強化創意來源組成的影響性。最後，以此理論架構為研究基礎並使用樣版式分析法進行資料分析。 透過本研究可瞭解，結合民眾情感從事創作的吳念真試圖打破走進戲院的固定族群，並吸引未曾進入戲院看戲的社會中下階層，因此他透過探討一般百姓生活中會遭遇的情景與情感做為作品主軸，讓目標族群在作品中找到共鳴而願意購票觀戲。然而，並非所有的創意人皆能勝任此類型創意素材的創作，他必須要經過長時間的生活歷練與細微的觀察來體驗民眾的情感為何、他必須樂於從一般百姓的口中獲取不同的生命歷程、他更要勇於嘗試這類作品可能面對的市場接受度。而在考量目標族群需求而架構故事的同時，創意人實已無形地選擇故事角色應由什麼樣的人來做詮釋最為真實、舞台設計應以何種走向來呈現故事背景、音樂調性應如何襯托故事的情感表達等。這一切皆是在架構故事雛形的同時所無形做出的配置與設計。 創意成形過程就如同一個專案執行前的規劃，需要選定目標客群、以客群的需求來設計產品，及如何配置執行工作的人員等，而創意成形需要仰賴創意人的創意來源組成元素等才能獲取特定類別的創意作品，因而其重要性及不可取代性更為顯著。

Centers for pre- school children (further only CPD) have started their operation in the year 2009 - 2010 on the initiative of the founder of Prague's Houses for Children and Youth (further only DDM) the Municipality of the Capital City Prague (MHMP). There is described the intention of MHMP in the thesis, the creation of CPD and the first school year of its existence, the perspective and other possibilities of its development in the future. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are formulated areas that create the basis of the description and evaluation of the project from the pre-school education point of view where is the main source Framework Program of Education for Pre-school Education (further RVP PV). The Diploma work deals with the explanation conceptions of the age and the parallel failures of the changes. Work defines closer specification of senior attitude, need and interests toward (ICT). To improve of senior lifelihood and lifestyle I am introducing the use of ICT. It can be helpful for senior citizens to inter-connect again in the social community. The contemporary trends of ICT are presented here which they are suitable for retired citizens and can be accessibled in the trade. I reclined my opinion during my own work experience as an assistant in project: ``Click by the right button, grandad!``

Descartes' Conception of the First Principles RNDr. Bc. Pavel KŘÍŽEK Master's degree thesis, Prague, June 2017 Summary In this Master's thesis, seven interpretations of Descartes' Cogito are reviewed. The introductory chapter presents a brief explanation of the origin and development of Descartes' views on the role of the first philosophical principles, in fact, the principles of certain knowledge, that is, principles understood by him as the necessary and indispensable starting point for laying the foundations of all science. First - naturally - Descartes' own diverse formulations of Cogito are reproduced. Then, based on relevant text and (their) broader context, all Descartes' necessary concepts and terms concerning Cogito are systematically explained. The second chapter, which is the core of the entire study, contains short reviews of seven interpretations of Descartes' Cogito as presented in a number of established academic publications as well as in more recent papers. Every review is then briefly commented on. Im interested in the topic of praying machine, because I want to analyze aspects of photography and its functions. It's known, that the reality is manipulated by photography. Bud we can also say, that the relationship between reality and photography is neutral in fact, that the manipulation is made by our interpretation of photography. The change of the reality can be realized just in the dialog between photography and reality. Can it be, that the mechanization change into the will? Does it prays praying mill or the buddhistic monk, who rotates the mill? When he believes into it, is it enough? Or is it enough if believes who watch the monk with his mill? ... The computers from he place A are "praying" the prayers from the place B. With Tomáš Javůrek we collaborated with Vladimír Veselý and Radek Lát to create the Game for re-articulation our reality on the base of the revision of our faith.
