Kompetenční profil koordinátora dobrovolníků na sportovní akci / The competence profile of volunteers coordinator in a sport event

Title: The competency profile of the coordinator of volunteers at a sports event Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to create the competency profile of the coordinator of volunteers, primarily from the perspective of volunteers, for the needs of organizers of sports events especially in the Labe aréna Račice. The secondary tasks are to create the same profile from the perspective of managers, then from the perspective of volunteers and managers and to compare those particular perspectives. Methods: The thesis combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on expert literature studies and interviews with the coordinators of volunteers and other managers of sports events a list of competencies necessary for the effective work of the coordinator of volunteers was created. Then the importance of individual competencies was evaluated by written questioning of volunteers at the 2019 Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint European Championships. Results: The created competency profile includes 20 competencies that were evaluated by volunteers as the most important ones. These are competencies falling into the competency group personal characteristics: positive, trustworthy, responsible, diligent, friendly, mentally resistant, with natural authority, rational and calm. Vytváření sociokulturní kompetence žáka cizince v českém prostředí / Building of Sociocultural Competence of Migrant Pupils in the Czech Environment

The thesis deals with the issue of integrating foreign pupils. Especially by creating socio- cultural competence in the Czech environment. It is primarily aimed at the primary school environment and second grade pupils. It consists of two parts. The theoretical section defines the concept of socio-cultural competence and puts it in a broader context. It also deals with a foreign pupil and the acquisition of a foreign language. Las, but not least, it represents a set of factors that are crucial to the acquisition of a foreign pupil's socio-cultural competence. The Common European Framework of Reference and its individual levels are also presented. A qualitative research investigation is described n the practical section. The aim of the investigation is to answer the main research question, namely: How is the socio-cultural competency of a foreign pupil in a Czech school created? A semi-structured interview method was chosen for research. Respondents were selected on the basis of defined criteria. Through their testimony, it was concluded that specific situations were to be taken into account when working with a foreign pupil. The objective of this work was to analyze the career skills of students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice in relation to the subsequent career of graduates in selected work positions. The thesis works with the database of personality test results of students and with the database of graduate students. The work is examining whether there are statistical differences between the students of different study programs. Results of soft skills of graduates are compared to soft skills established by NSP.

The diploma thesis seeks answers to the questions how Czech teachers in Prague understand the key competencies defined in the basic program documents (especially in general educational programs), what idea they have of their development in Czech language and literature educational field, how they relate to the application in the planning, preparation and realization of education (including preparation and implementation of the teaching of individual sub-contents). The selected methods are: detailed study of program documents and relevant didactic studies; structured interviews with teachers of Czech language of selected Grammar schools in Prague; the study of schools educational programs with which the interviewed teachers work in lessons. The text is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the first part there are presented elementary theoretical terms based on the professional literature. In the second part there is listed the methodology of the research and its results. The outcome is the fact that the competence approach of teaching was only partly implemented among the teachers of Czech language and literature. This thesis 'Factors in the popularity of teachers with pubescents' has theoretical and empirical character. The aim of the thesis is to examine factors in the popularity of teachers with pubescents in the second grade of elementary schools by the method of questionnaire. Theoretical part is focused on teachers and the period of adolescence. In the first part there are explained terms like teacher, teacher's personality, typology and authority of teachers. Further there are closely explained pedagogical competences. The second part is mostly focused on pubescent characteristics from the perspective of physical, emotional, cognitive and social development. Practical part is based on quantitative research. The aims and assumptions of research are stated in this part. Questionnaire survey is based on answers of students of three elementary schools in České Budějovice. Results of research are accompanied by tables and graphs. Assumptions are verified in conclusion as well as summarized findings of teachers' popularity with pubescents.

This final thesis deals with the issue of social skills development of secondary school students in the Economics. The theoretical foundations of this work is to define the term of social skills and is explained his importance to the society. A substantial part of the theory is also devoted to the social skills in connection with the Framework educational program. Within the empirical part, an analysis of the FEP for BA is performed, through which the state of the method concentrated on the social skills of students is determined. Furthermore, through a questionnaire survey, the current state of acquired social skills of selected students from the first years on BA is investigated and their view on this issue. This work is also focusing on whether teachers in the Economics produce sufficient appropriate environment that would allow students to develop their social skills. The final goal is to suggest specific games and activities that allow students to improve these skills in the Economics.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of beginning primary school form teachers and the introduction into their profession.
