3 Abstract Diploma thesis "Key competencies of employees of democratic organizations and their development" is focused on the so-called free organizations and their requirments for potential employees. It follows the characteristics of this concept and its context from the perspective of managing organizations. In the research the required soft skills of these organizations have been compared with the requirments of other organizations, using the analysis of their recruitment ads. It also identifies those soft skills, which are required significantly more by free organizations. Following this, the thesis also deals with the development of competencies, for example in preparation for potencial employment in a free organization. Výzkum hudební komunikace / Analysis of the Efficiency of Transmission of Communication Through Musical Communication

The thesis deals with the evolution of musical communication, competencies and offers a research method for study of these. In the first chapter, author's background, motivation and the chosen body of music is presented. The second chapter briefly summarizes the development of musical communication and of the main theoretical and research approaches to it in the Western society. The third chapter provides a research method of shared musical communication skills based on Italian scholar Gino Stefani's model of common musical competence. In the fourth chapter this method is tested out on a sample of Czech musically uneducated population to prove wrong the common assumption that only a gifted and musically educated part of society is privileged to participate in the practices of musical communication.

Rozvíjení klíčových kompetencí ve výuce přírodopisu na prvním stupni waldorfské školy / Development of Key Competencies in Teaching of Natural Science in the Primary School Stage in the Waldorf School System

This thesis deals with the development of key competencies in teaching of Natural Science in the primary school stage in the system of Waldorf School. The theoretical part of the thesis expounds on the issues of the transformation of education as well as the characteristics of teaching in the system of Waldorf School. Some terms, such as - key competencies, the transformation of education, alternative trends in education, Waldorf pedagogy and its role in transforming education - are explained there. The research part of the thesis presents an action research, which is focused on the development of the key competencies in the epoch of Natural Science in the third grade of Waldorf School. One of the epochs was described by observation. The results of observations were compared by means of additional questionnaires, which were filled out by teachers. The development of the key competencies in the given epoch was described by the analysis of research. The results of the research confirmed that the educational strategy for the development of the key competencies in Waldorf School was at a very good level. The analysis of the research could be used as a source of information for the development of key competencies in other epochs of Natural Science in the third grade in primary schools. This thesis deals with school management and relationships between its founders and directors. Laws and other standards formulating the relationships between schools and their founders are presented in the theoretical part. The thesis deals with management theory and employee motivation. Problematics related to competences of each participant is discussed in the theoretical part also. Furthermore, problematics of encroachment of founders to school directors competences is presented. The thesis discusses also the other part of the school management, i.e. the perspective of school founders on school directors work, and quality evaluation by directors. Results of the investigation work give a possibility to review the perspective of founders on their own work with respect to directors and also the view of directors on school founders. The thesis contains basic legislative rules for founders and school directors as it is stated in the Czech Republic and also some internal regulations stating the relationships between the two subjects. Formal and legislative impact on school management is observed together with relationships between participants and their collaborations. The empirical part is concentrated around investigation of this problematic for a group of school founders and school directors.

The primary objective of the diploma thesis titled Role of the founder in the development of the Czech education system is to draw the benefits of the reform of public administration on the development of the Czech education system. The first theoretical part of the thesis attempts to explain the development of the Czech education system and at the same time, especially in the second theoretical part informing about the roles of founders and headmasters in the process of transformation of the Czech educational system. The second theoretical part specializes in the list of legislative competencies of headmasters and founders in connection with the reform of public administration. The main part of the thesis deals with the question whether a possible cause of declining educational outcomes Czech pupils in international PISA amendment to the law on state administration and local government in education. The aim of this master thesis is to discover correlation trends between teacher interaction style and his extent of providing opportunities for teaching how to learn. According to the results the aim is to create a prototype of the teacher interaction style, who has got the best dispositions to provide opportunities for teaching how to learn. The first and the second chapter deal with theoretical basis. Key competences, especially key competence for learning are depicted in the first chapter. The second chapter focuses on a topic of pedagogical communication and interaction and it is concluded with a discussion of the interaction style of the teacher. All the details on this research are described in the third chapter. The methodology is topped with the results, discussions and the overall finish. At the end of the work the bibliographic references, attachments, lists of figures and tables are revealed.

Kompetence dvojjazyčného asistenta / Competence of bilingual assistant

The aim is to map out the scope of the jurisdiction of a bilingual teacher's assistant competencies and compare with the statutory definition. The work is divided into three thematic sections, two are part of the theoretical and one empirical part. The first theoretical part is divided into a section dedicated to migration in the Czech lands and a section dedicated to the education of foreigners from different perspectives. The second theoretical part deals with the position of assistant teacher, competencies and in a separate section also bilingual teacher assistants. The third part is dedicated to research, under which the method of shadowing as well as through personal interviews obtained relevant data, all of which were after processing and analyzing the conclusions drawn, which were subsequently compares with the original assumption. The last part of this work is the conclusion conceived primarily as a summary of the results and knowledge gained in the research and mutual comparison in line with the aim of this work.

Detailed mapping the environment through competence and responsibility, opinions, attitudes and actions insight into six areas - personal characteristics of school principals, education reform, curriculum reform, school culture and school cooperation with parents and pupils, the area professionally - personal development directors from the perspective of moral dilemmas that accompanied the work of directors for more than twenty years.
