Heitmann, Bo-Lennart January 2021 (has links)
The purpose of this master’s thesis is to present the process and experiences of my music production project that was carried out during the last year of my masters’ studies. The project’s creative content is a Swedish pop album which created through collaborative and independent work. Three single releases and one music video have been released and distributed through the course of the project on streaming platforms such as Spotify and YouTube. In addition to the making of the album I have chosen to create a model to use as a frame for potential recruitment instances of creative collaborations, improve role definition and develop a more accurate method to credit rights holder’s moral credentials as a contributor to an artistic work. The root cause of this model is that a music producer often finds themselves as a multicompetent keyperson in creative collaborations where the lines between different professions overlap. The model is inspired of the software developers job terminology and aims to break up umbrella concept roles such as “songwriter, producer and performer” to facilitate the recruiting process of creative collaborations within the crafting of songs. The terminologies inspired out of the software developer’s professions are back-end, front-end and full-stack.

Pedagogers arbete för att främja kreativitet : En studie om hur karaktärsämneslärare inom gymnasieskolans medieprogram arbetar för att utveckla elevers kreativa förmåga / Educators work for promoting creativity : A study on the character of subject teachers in upper secondary school media programs working to develop students' creative ability

Gustafsson, Åsa January 2012 (has links)
This thesis is a study of how subject teachers in upper secondary school media program works to develop students' creative ability. The paper reveals the definition of creativity, working to promote creativity and the characteristics of creative work climate. The survey is based on a qualitative study in the form of interviews, leading to understanding and action pattern for the way these educators use to promote creativity of students. Five teachers from two secondary schools media program in separate municipalities were included in the audit. Character subject teachers define creativity of pupils' personal renewal of both thought and action pattern. Creativity is an essential ability indispensable for each pupil's personal further development in order to achieve new insights. For students to develop creative ability, teachers need to encourage and stimulate students to innovation and creativity by using different methods and tools. Learning should not be dominated by the norm of how to think logically and verbally, but should also pay attention to the visual and intuitive minds of students so that they can develop their creative ability. At the same time, teachers should maintain a work environment that invites creativity. It turns out that the school seems to lack a comprehensive approach and a consensus on how teachers interpret the concept of creativity, and working to develop students' creative ability. Since different policies in relation to various training programs permeated by diffuse objectives of achieving creativity, there is a need to bring a discussion of creativity in the educational community.

De fransöske handtwerkarne vid Stockholms slott 1693–1713 : Yrkesroller, organisation, arbetsprocesser / French Sculptors and Painters at the Royal Palace in Stockholm 1693–1713 : Roles, contexts and practices

Hinners, Linda January 2012 (has links)
The thesis deals with French sculptors and painters active around 1700 at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. They were summoned from Paris by the architect Nicodemus Tessin the younger (1654–1728). This study analyses the Frenchmen’s professional roles, how Tessin organised their work and the working methods applied in the decoration of the Gallery of Charles XI and the adjoining parade rooms. It also involves questions concerning the artist’s roles and the status of artistic professions at the early modern period. The artisans were a group of some fifteen sculptors, painters, founders and a goldsmith. Several of them were accompanied by family members, some of whom were active in the workshop. In France these sculptors and painters had worked in the Bâtiments du Roi  and particularly at the Gobelins. Although they were not part of the artistic elite at the Académie Royale de Peinture et de Sculpture they had vital knowledge in classical pattern/design, le bon goût and drawing. The artisans were also members of the guild system and were thus permitted to accept private commissions. My aim has been to clarify the artisans’ background in Paris and the recruitment undertaken by the diplomat Daniel Cronström (1655–1719). With regard to their activities in Sweden, it has been important to clarify their conditions in the building organisation at the Royal Palace, including social contexts such as their family situation and the possibility to practise their Catholic faith. Equally important is the professional relationship between the Frenchmen and Tessin, who was appointed Superintendent in 1697. Through detailed archival studies, the working practices and the creative process are analysed, especially the collaboration between Tessin and the painter Jacques Foucquet and the sculptors René Chauveau (1663–1722) and Jacques Foucquet (1639–1731).
