1	Press och stress eller frihet och glädje? : Hur sångares arbete i övningsrummet kan förbättras Bonta, Sofia January 2021 (has links) Detta arbete undersöker hur sångpedagoger och sångare kan arbeta för att förändra en inställning som kan skapa stress och press i övningsrummet. Inspirationen var min egen upplevelse av en skillnad mellan min prestation på scenen jämfört med i övningsrummet. Rösten är ett personligt instrument, sångprestationen kan kopplas ihop med egenvärdet och påverka självkänslan på ett negativt sätt. Sångare behöver en god relation till sitt instrument och sångövningen bör vara koncentrerad med en inre förståelse för syftet med övningar. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med två erfarna pedagoger eftersöktes verktyg som kan användas för att förbättra inställningen i övningsrummet. Resultatet visade bland annat att för högt ställda krav på prestationen i övningsrummet kan bidra till en negativ syn på instrumentet och självbilden. En tydlig plan behövs för vad som ska göras i övningsrummet, den kritiska analysen får inte ha övertaget. Sångare som pressar sig själv till perfektion i övningsrummet drabbas oftast negativt. I diskussionen kopplas resultat och bakgrund ihop med utgångspunkt i forskningsfrågorna om pedagogernas erfarenhet om sin övning, synen på rollen som vägledare och hur pedagoger kan jobba för att hjälpa sina elever till en sund övning. 2	Ikväll sjunger vi till Satan : En näranalys av hur heavy metalbandet GHOST uttrycker en religiös ideologi / Tonight we sing to Satan : An analysis of how the Heavy Metal band GHOST conveys a religious ideology Svensson Ek, Fina January 2021 (has links) The aim of this research paper is to analyze what kind of religious ideology the Heavy Metal band GHOST conveys through a ritualized live performance and through a mythologizing of the band. As previous research has concluded, the Heavy Metal genre acts as a tool to construct identities, it is thus interesting to investigate what the music conveys to its listeners. The Heavy Metal genre is also known for their use of religious themes and symbols which makes it a relevant research object in religious studies. The methodological framework of this research is based on a qualitative method that analyzes three different full concert videos of the band GHOST and the band’s official YouTube-channel which they use to narrate their mythical story. Based on the findings of this inquiry it can be concluded that the band conveys an ideology that leans heavily on Christian imagery by turning the Christian doctrine upside down and articulate an anti-Christian satanism. This master thesis explores the combination of two art forms. The purpose is to use live projections to enhance my guitar composition with movie. My research question is: what happens when I combine flamenco guitar and film in a live performance? I explore if visual qualities add a deeper meaning to my instrumental music by experimenting with color science and video telling/editing techniques. I’ve tested through surveys and live performances if the audience perceive my music differently, by showing contrasting footage or footage that synchronize with my musical compositions.
