Branding a rebranding / Branding and rebrandingPernikář, Václav January 2016 (has links)
The paper is focused on brand identity and its implementation. The main target
of the paper is to propose visual rules that could be used in companys communication
including the logomanual and brand tonality represented by the communication manual.
There is formed a theoretical summary and the issue of brand identity is discussed
in a context of brand building in the first part of the paper. Then, in a practical part of the
paper, is the paper focused on designing new brand for a small accommodation business.
The new new brand name, logo, company colors, fonts are designed. The author had
compiled the new logomanual and communication manual of the brand. There are few
practical applications of the new identity proposed in conclusion of practical part.

This archetype is based on results of qualitative research which is focused on perception of brand of Ice Hockey World Championship from last 11 years (2007-2017). Methods: Written and electronic questioning was used in research focused on the perception of brand of Ice Hockey World Championship. This research is very important part of the thesis. The theoretical part is based on the analysis of documents (theoretical reflection). Descriptive analysis was used in the analytical part. Results: Archetype of brand of Ice Hockey World Championship was created in the thesis. Firemní logo a jeho inovace / Corporate logo and its innovationTritová, Lenka January 2010 (has links)
The aims of the Master's Thesis were to find out how the change of the corporate logo of travel agency Strakotour has influenced the business and how the amateur and the expert feel about this innovation. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of logo creation, corporate design, culture and communication. The logos of big companies and their "stories of success" are explained there too. In the third part I introduce the travel agency Strakotour, its position in the market and the way of communication, which is characterised by the recent change of its corporate logo. Then the practical part shows problematic factors of this innovation: its pros and cons. The research was carried out via focus group and individual personal interviews. The results of the research are well-arranged in tables, graphs and diagrams in the practical part. The most important findings and recommendations can be found in the final parts and in the conclusion of this Master's Thesis.

Previous issue date: 2013-08-28 / Nos estudos de polui¸c ao atmosf´erica ´e comum observar dados medidos em diferentes posi¸c oes no espa¸co e no tempo, como ´e o caso da medi¸c ao de concentra¸c oes de poluentes em uma cole¸c ao de esta¸c oes de monitoramento. A din amica desse tipo de observa¸c oes pode ser representada por meio de modelos estat´ısticos que consideram a depend encia entre as observa¸c oes em cada localiza¸c ao ou regi ao e as observa¸c oes nas regi oes vizinhas, assim como a depend encia entre as observa¸c oes medidas sequencialmente. Nesse contexto, a classe de Modelos Espa¸co-Temporais Autorregressivos e de M´edias M´oveis (STARMA) ´e de grande utilidade, pois permite explicar a incerteza em sistemas que apresentam uma complexa variabilidade nas escalas temporal e espacial. O processo com representa¸c ao STARMA ´e uma extens ao dos modelos ARMA para s´eries temporais univariadas, sendo que al´em de modelar uma s´erie simples atrav´es do tempo, considera-se tamb´em sua evolu¸c ao em uma grade espacial. A aplica¸c ao dos modelos STARMA em estudos de polui¸c ao atmosf´erica ´e ainda pouco explorada. Nessa dire¸c ao, propomos nesta Tese uma classe de modelos espa¸co-temporais que considera as caracter´ısticas de longa depend encia comumente observadas em s´eries temporais
de concentra¸c oes de poluentes atmosf´ericos. Este modelo ´e aplicado a s´eries reais provenientes de observa¸c oes di´arias de concentra¸c ao m´edia de PM10 e SO2 na Regi ao da Grande Vit´oria,
ES, Brasil. Os resultados evidenciaram que a din amica de dispers ao dos poluentes estudados pode ser bem descrita usando modelos STARMA e STARFIMA, propostos nesta Tese. Essas classes de modelos permitiram estimar a influ encia dos poluentes sobre os n´ıveis de polui¸c ao nas regi oes vizinhas. O processo STARFIMA mostrou-se apropriado nas s´eries sob estudo, pois essas apresentaram caracter´ısticas de longa mem´oria no tempo. A considera¸c ao dessa
propriedade no modelo conduziu a uma melhora significativa do ajuste e das previs oes, no tempo e no espa¸co.

Subjacente à escolha do referencial teórico e ao tipo de aplicação a que o Logo se destina está o suposto que a linguagem natural tem uma participação fundamental na atividade de programação Logo. Por meio de atividades inter-relacionadas baseadas no uso da linguagem Logo, desenvolve-se uma avaliação com um sujeito com afasia semântica, sintomas de apraxia vísuo-construtiva e vísuo-espacial com o objetivo de analisar a relação entre a linguagem do sujeito e o modo como ele se organiza espacialmente por meio de uma atividade que requer construção. Características importantes do Logo como, comandos pragmaticamente informados (e redefiníveis) ,interatividade (que pressupõe alternância de interlocutores) e aplicação de noções espaciais, foram fundamentais para sua eleição como instrumento
de avaliação. Os resultados mostram que o uso discursivo da linguagem Logo, compreendido como uma prática discursivarealizada por interlocutores que relaciona o uso cognitivo e social da linguagem, revela-se um importante espaço de produção de linguagem provocando a emergência de processos verbais e não verbais, bem como de suas relações, dando visibilidade ao trabalho lingüístico-cognitivodo sujeito / Abstract: Themain objective of this study isto show the pertinence of the use of the Graphic Logo programming language as evaluation and longitudinal follow up protocol of subjects with linguistic-cognitive difficulties, taking as theoretical referencial an enunciativodiscursive conception of language. Therefore the study is focused on the work accomplished by the subject, the process that he develops, through the dialogue (with the computer and with the investigator) that takes place in the evaluation. Underlying the choice of the theoretical referencial and the kind of application of Logo used is the supposition that natural language has a fundamental participation in programming activity. Through interrelated activities based on the use of Logo, an evaluation was developded with a subject with semantic aphasia, symptoms of visual-constructive and visual-spatialapraxia with the objective of analyzing the relationship between the subject's language and the way he accomplishes an activity that requiresconstruction using spacial notions. Important characteristics of Logo such as commands informed pragmatically (and
that can be redefined), interactivity (that presupposes interlocutor alternation) and application of space notions, were fundamental for its selection as an evaluation instrument. Utformningen hos toppuniversitets logotyper : en visuell innehållsanalys / The design of top-university logotypes : a visual content analysisVibrandt, Anna January 2014 (has links)
Föreliggande studie syftar till att genom en visuell innehållsanalys kartlägga gemensamma drag i 120 universitetslogotypers visuella utformning, samt undersöka samband mellan dessa karaktärsdrag och universitetens internationella rankningsposition.Med utgångspunkt från topprankningslistan Times Higher Education World University Rankings med 400 internationella universitet, indelade i fyra grupper i intervaller om 100 (d.v.s. rankningsposition 1–100, 101–200 etc.), valdes 30 universitet ut per grupp genom ett obundet slumpmässigt urval. Logotyperna för universiteten inhämtades främst från deras grafiska manualer.I studien presenteras förekomsten av generella drag med avseende på färg, typografi, typologi, detaljrikedom samt innehåll och form. Resultatet visade på tydliga gemensamma drag med i regel en till två dominerande karaktärsdrag per kategori. Resultaten tyder dock inte på att universitetens rakningsposition påverkar den visuella utformningen. / This study was initiated to identify common or general themes apparent among university logotypes and the correlation between these and the respective global ranking of the university.This visual content analysis was conducted across a sample of 120 university logotypes drawn from the top 400 list of Times higher education world university rankings. Thirty universities were chosen at random from each of the four groups of 100, according to rank (i.e. 1–100, 101–200 etc.).In particular in this study the categories compared were: colour, typography, typology, detail level and content/shape. The findings showed that there were strong themes present across all the universities generally. In most cases for each category of comparison, one or two dominant characteristics took form. It was concluded however that these themes did not correlate with the ranking level of the university.

Visi mokiniai, nepriklausomai nuo jų gabumų, polinkių ar mokymosi ypatumų turėtų pajusti matematikos praktinę naudą. Pagrindinėje mokykloje kiekvienas mokinys turi patirti sėkmę mokydamasis matematikos, o matematikos ugdymo turinys, jo perteikimo būdai ir tam naudojami metodai turi padėti mokiniui susiformuoti į mokymosi sėkmę. Atlikus tyrimą apie moksleivių ir mokytojų požiūrį į esamų mokomųjų kompiuterinių priemonių panaudojimą mokantis skaičiuoti įvairų trikampių plotus 7-oje klasėje, buvo kuriama interaktyvi mokymo priemonė „Trikampių plotai“. Šiame darbe pristatoma mokymo priemonė „Trikampių plotai“, kuri padeda mokyti(s) įvairių gebėjimų mokiniams matematikos pagrindų. Mokomoji priemonė sukurta Imagine Logo pagalba (Logo programavimo kalba). Mokomosios kompiuterinės programos „Trikampių plotai“ interaktyvi ir teorinė, ir praktinė dalis. Produktas buvo pristatytas Ukmergės Dukstynos pagrindinės mokyklos 7-os klasės moksleiviams ir matematikos mokytojams. Pagal atliktą matematikos mokytojų ir mokinių apklausą (tyrimą), mokomoji kompiuterinė priemonė yra patraukli, lengvai valdoma, suprantama, padedanti interaktyviai mokyti(s) skaičiuoti trikampio plotą įvairių gebėjimų mokinimas. / All pupils independent of their learning skills, abilities and peculiarity have to notice the practical advantage of mathematics. In Basic school every pupil has to delight in learning mathematics. The training content, its means of impart and used methods have to help pupil to form its attitude to learn successfully. The development of interactive learning tool “The Area of Triangles” was based on the results of the of research the attitude of pupils and teachers towards the use of exiting educational teaching computer courses in learning how to calculate the area of triangles in the 7th classes. In this work you can find the attractive visual, simple in use teaching aid “The Area of Triangles” which helps to teach/ learn the essentials of mathematics for pupils with different abilities. Teaching aid was created with the help of Image Logo (Logo computerese). Teaching computer aid “The Area of Triangles” include interactive theoretical and practical parts. The course was introduced to the pupils of 7th classes and teachers of mathematics. According to the results of the research the teaching aid is attractive and easy to use, comprehensible and instrumental to teach/learn interactively to calculate the area of triangles for pupils with different abilities.

Šis darbas yra apie Logo programavimą mokykloje. Darbe išanalizuota S. Paperto filosofija, kurią gerai apibūdina frazė „mokymasis kuriant“. Apžvelgtos Logo savybės bei skirtingi mokimo stiliai. Išanalizuotos Logo konstravimo–programavimo galimybės.
Palygintos mokykloje naudojamos dvi programavimo kalbos Logo ir Pascal, apžvelgtas jų tinkamumas mokimui pagal moksleivio amžių. Darbe apžvelgtos devynios programavimo kalbos, nagrinėtas jų tinkamumas mokymui.
Darbe apžvelgti respublikinės Logo olimpiados darbai, išanalizuotas užduočių vyriausiems moksleiviams programavimo užduočių sudėtingumas, moksleivių kūrybiškumas atliekant jas.
Atliktas tyrimas su skirtingomis moksleivių grupėmis, kurio metu buvo nustatyta kad pradedant mokinius mokinti nuo procedūrinio programavimo, skatinamas jų savarankiškumas bei ugdomi konstruktyvaus programavimo įgūdžiai.
Konstravimo mokymąsi gerai apibūdina frazė „mokymasis kuriant“ (angl. Learning by making). Tokį mokymąsi realizuoti padeda informacinės ir komunikacinės technologijos.
Pradininkas – Seymouras Papertas – žymus matematikas, informatikas ir edukologas, vienas iš dirbtinio intelekto teorijos ir Logo programavimo pradininkų. Jau prieš išleidžiant „Minčių audras“ Papretas savo laboratorijoje Masačiusetso technologijos institute tyrinėjo, kokia programinė įranga būtų tinkamiausia vaikams dirbant kompiuteriu. Tada, 7-ajame dešimtmetyje (1967–1968) ir buvo sukurtos pirmosios programos, išreiškiančios S. Paperto Logo idėjas.

The comparative analysis of two programming languages – Logo and Pascal – was done. Their suitability according the pupil’s age was relieved. Nine programming languages were reviewed and their suitability for teaching was investigated.
Olympiad works of the republic of Lithuania were reviewed and the complexity of the tasks for older age pupils was analyzed. The pupils creativity was taken into account also.
The research with different groups of pupils was done and it was determined that while starting to teach pupils from procedural programming the independence and constructive programming skills are encouraged.
The phrase “Learning by making“ is the best description of the construction learning. The information and communication technologies help to realize such type of learning.
Seymour Papert (born February 29, 1928) is well known mathematician, computer scientist, and educator. He is one of the pioneers of artificial intelligence, as well as an inventor of the Logo programming language. Papert in his laboratory at Massachusetts Institute of Technology was searching for the best software for children to work with computer at his researches.
