Etude in situ par RMN HRMAS sur des épidermes reconstruits du métabolisme et de la réactivité de xénobiotiques allergisants / In situ study of metabolism and reactivity of allergenic molecules on reconstructed human epidermis by HR-MAS NMR

Moss, Éric 16 January 2015 (has links)
Contact dermatitis is a skin pathology particularly prevalent in industrialized countries. No therapy currently exists and only complete avoidance of the particular allergen can prevent an allergic reaction. Historically, the assessment of skin sensitisation potential of molecules placed on the market was always carried out by animal testing. However, the scope of this testing method is now limited by the new European cosmetics legislation. In this way, the development of alternative methods, not based on animal experimentation, become an important issue. Contact dermatitis results of a chemical key step: the formation of an antigenic complex allergen-protein complexe able to activate the cutaneous immune system. The aim of this PhD work was to study the in situ behaviour of allergens in reconstructed human epidermis (SkinEthic® model). By using an appropriate non-invasive analysis technique, HR-MAS NMR spectroscopy, it has been possible to study the mode of action of different allergens, from their possible activation through the metabolic pathway to the binding with epidermal proteins.

As a result of this, the common law old procedural institute of class actions resurged with force. In the last decades, the class action institute has been spread in all world as an effective technique to combat the litigiosity and to improve the access of justice. Absorbed by almost all the legal systems, the class actions had operated significant changes in the protection of the metaindividual rights. However, in the Brazilian legal system, although the recent legislative advances, the use of class actions has not achieved all the legal subsystems, as the tax law system, where the phenomenon of the litigiosity, of the legal relationships complexity, and the mass actions are rule. The analysis of this situation, including the necessity of the use of this type of legal action to strengthen citizenship and to mitigate the litigiosity in the relations Statetaxpayer, is the target of the present work.

The shadow of leviathans A critical study about the failures between the friendly and withdrawn faces of the State in Twenty-First Century Globalizations and Wars

Antonio Roberto Espinosa 27 June 2011 (has links)
A set of theoretical reflections on the contradictions between the post-Cold War inter-national order and the structuring categories of the prevailing analytical paradigms, this thesis also tries to point to empirical data and list questions to be understood by a new way of producing knowledge in international relations. It criticizes both one-dimensional paradigms, mainly those in the liberal and Lenin-Stalinist model, and two-dimensional paradigms of realistic and rational inspiration, showing that both of them build conceptual networks based on the dialectics of dichotomy, which reduces the complexity of being international and foreign to a national vision and interest. The work also suggests that the international system and the regional subsystems, as objects of study, are not limited to their units, making up a third dimension, or grey zone, whose configuration can only be understood through an integrated analysis of the war phenomena, globalization and the strengthening of the State. By making suggestions for the debate and formulation of more comprehensive interpretation concepts, in addition to some neologisms, this thesis builds some broad typologies. However, the author warns that these formulations have the purpose of illustrating the analysis, not closing the debate on a finished model.

Dynamické modely výrobních modulů / Dynamic Models of Power-Generating Modules

Kopička, Marek January 2021 (has links)
The dissertation thesis deals with the design of the concept and implementation of models of electrical power system elements with regard to the potential of the use of computer programs – simulations. The solution of the thesis focuses on the compliance simulations of power-generating modules according to RfG (Requirements for Generators), as a document which setting out the requirements for the connection of power-generating facilities and also focuses on the issue of smart grids and MAS (Multi-Agent Systems) respectively. The framework of the thesis is thus defined by the area of requirements for power-generating modules according to legislative requirements (not only RfG, but also related standards incl. DSC (Distribution System Code), CSN EN 50438 and CSN EN 50549), requirements for agent functionalities and power-generating module abilities to operate in synchronous and island operation, including transitions between them, the process of synchronization (phasing) and communication between the individual elements of the power system.

Contribution à la modélisation et à la vérification des systèmes multi agents / Contribution to Modeling and to Verification of Multi Agent Systems

Marzougui, Borhen 12 June 2014 (has links)
Petri nets (PN) are currently the most promising approaches to model and to verify complex systems such as Multi Agent Systems (MAS). Several solutions have been proposed to solve the problems of communication, coordination and interaction among Agents. However, to best of our knowledge, none of this solution has able to handle both aspects: structural and behavioral. The thesis focuses on the problem of formal modeling and automatic and semi-automatic verification of properties in Multi Agent Systems. More specifically, the objective is to propose a new original formal model based on Petri nets, Agents Petri nets (APN), which express consistently more accurate a Multi Agent Systems. There is growing interest in the extension of this model for modeling the migration of Agents within the mobile Agent systems. This class of model allows focusing on the formal verification of classical properties such as alertness or absence of deadlock in the context of Multi Agent Systems.
