This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the motivational factors identification and the employee´s reward system evaluation. The theoretical part explains the basic terms related to motivation, rewarding and evaluation. The practical part is focused first on the description of the chosen company and its current reward system. The results of my research follow – the evaluation of questionnaires and conducted interviews with employees and company´s management. In conclusion, I will summarize all the important findings and suggest solutions which could help to improve the reward system and motivating to the mutual satisfaction of employees and management.

Diploma thesis „Company Motivation System and Proposals for Its Improvement” analyses the specific Company’s motivation system. Using the questionnaire, the employees’ satisfaction with the current system and the level of their motivation are surveyed. Based on the findings and the motivation theories the improvements are suggested. This aims to enhance the motivation system of the Company, desirably motivated employees and their performance increase.

It focuses on a project that describes a change in the holiday process and introduces a motivation system for employees. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis based on professional literature. The analytical part describes the current state of the process, the company and identifies the risks. The draft section proposes measures to reduce the risks in the project, and recommendations are made to increase the likelihood of adopting the proposed changes.

The dissertation‘s thesis, called „The Specifics of Motivation in Construction Company“, deals with problems connected with motivation, company’s culture and leading of employees in construction companies. The theoretical part includes basic information about motivation and its theories and practise. The practical part handles with a present situation in two construction companies. Based on previous hypothesis and questionnaire, which was prepared by me, new processes were suggested. These new suggestions use for a future improvement in motivation and company’s culture.
