The subject of the diploma thesis is the motivation, and evaluation of employees in a particular enterprise. Theoretical part is focused on the description of the theoretical knowledge, which I use in the practical part. In practical part I am going to do analysis, which I will focuse on motivation and evaluation, so I will be able to evaluate current status of company. The conclusion includes suggestions that I recommend to improve the current system of remuneration in the company.

The main target of my master’s thesis was to design a motivation program for employees of a company. I focused on the range of employee benefits and personal needs of employees. I offered a low cost and administrative unexacting solution for providing employees benefits, which should motivate employees to stay in a company and encourage them to achieve and maintain a high standard of work. I hope, thanks to my thesis and all the calculations of necessary cost, that the company will finally understand that these benefits can reduce salary costs.

The aim of this thesis is to define the corporate culture and communication in construction companies. The thesis contains definition of both terms. Evaluation of corporate cultures and communication in individual companies will be based on a quantitative questionnaire survey. Individual questions will have their own comments and at the end I will evaluate which of the cooperating companies has the best corporate culture and communication. I will also provide recommendations for possible changes. The cooperating companies are: DELTA Projektconsult, s.r.o .; KOMFORT, a.s .; OHL ŽS, a.s. The aim of the thesis is to theoretically define the topic of the importance of corporate culture and communication in the construction industry. In the practical part, then carry out a research investigation, analyze its results and assess their practical application in the construction area.

The diploma thesis is focused on the motivation system of the selected company. The theoretical part explains the basic terms connected with this issue. In the practical part is presented the selected company and also describes its current motivation system. The practical part also contains suggestions and measures to improve the existing motivation system.

The last part of the diploma thesis deals with proposing measures to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty.

The Diploma Work analyses problems connected with the stimulation of creative invention in managerial work of managerial employees at public administration of Municipality at Sternberk.It contains advancement proposals and strategies motivating managerial employees, which will increase the productivity of all employees and improve working relationship between the management and employees.

One of the director activities is motivation of workers. The motivation is internal process, that express desire and willingness of human to take a certain pains leading to reach an important goal or result. This work occupies with the motivation and efficiency of the company . To obtain the information about the motivation of work behaviour is used a methody of questonnaire exploration. On basis of result this analysis is identified the problematic areas and suggested posibilities how to improve the motivation and efficiency system of this company.

This Diploma Work analyses Problems connected with Organizational Culture and its Change in the Company. It includes Change Proposals of the Organizational Culture and the Motivational System, which contribute to achieve Strategic Aims and increase the Effectivity of the Employe's Work.
