Master’s thesis deals with the analysis of personnel management in selected high-tech company. The theoretical part of thesis describes the basic concepts of personnel management, diverse teams and characteristics of the high-tech sector. In the practical part is analyzed the current state using questionnaires and subsequently proposed recommendations, including their economic evaluation.

The aim of this dissertation thesis is to propose a new system of evaluation and subsequent remuneration in the company Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on the theory of motivation, employee evaluation and reward system. The practical part is based on the survey assessed the current system of motivation, evaluation and rewards and compared with the theoretical part. The conclusion includes suggestions that I recommend to improve the current system of remuneration in the company of Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees in a particular enterprise. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge, which I use in the practical part. The second part focuses on the analysis of the company, the current system of motivation, evaluation and compensation. The last part outlines the recommendations and suggestions for changes that will improve the system of motivation and evaluation of staff.

The diploma thesis concerns the internal communication in the company which I have selected. The theoretical part of the thesis describes generally the findings about communication and internal communication. The body focuses on an analysis of the internal communication within the selected company, using the questionnaire. The analysis includes recommendations based on the results of the survey, which could enhance the effectiveness of internal communication within the company structure.

Diploma thesis deals with a motivation of employees in concrete company. On the basis of empiric survey are proposed instruments, which really motivate employees to make better job performance. These motivation instruments could help cut down stress and improve communication in the company. The aim of this thesis is on the basis of analysis current status to purpose concrete motivation instruments, which will increase job performance of employees.

The subject of my thesis is to analyze incentive program and evaluation process in the company ČSOB a.s. The theoretical part presents and theoretical background of the issue. The practical part is focused on analyzing the current incentive program and evaluation process of employees. The last part is a presentation of possible recommendations that will lead to improve of both systems in the company.

The current motivation system is analyzed and problematic areas identified by using the questionnaire research and interviews with key employees. Based on identified weaknesses of the current motivation system are recommended steps for improvement of motivation system and high satisfaction of employees in the company.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation and optimization of the system of benefits in an engineering company. Introductory part of the thesis describes the basic ways to increase motivation of employees through the comprehensive system of remuneration and benefits. Next part of the thesis presents a comparison of benefits provided by companies operating in the Czech Republic and the particular engineering company ABC. Practical part of the thesis carries out a survey focused on the most frequently provided benefits by different companies. The thesis also includes the questionnaire in which the interest for specific benefits was expressed. The benefits in which the greatest interest was shown are supplied with a financial description of costs for the employer. The conclusion provides additional recommendations for further optimization of the questionnaire and specific proposals to improve the system of benefits in the engineering company ABC.

Diploma thesis deals with motivation and stimulation of employees in a particular company. On the basis of questionnaire survey are proposed changes that could help to increase the motivation and stimulation of employees. It helps the managers who receive proposals to eliminate weaknesses in the area of motivation and stimulation of employees in the company.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of work-life balance of employees and especially managers in a chosen company. The theoretical part is about issues of gender, factors influencing managers’ careers and possibilities of work-life balance. In the practical part, there is an analysis of a present situation in a company. On the basis of theoretical findings, analysis of company’s documents, a questionnaire and interviews with chosen employees, there will be made some suggestions for improving a present situation in a company. There will be also a financial evaluation of new steps as a part of final suggestion.
