The diploma thesis discourses Improvement Suggestion in the Firm of Motivation System. The thesis consists of two substructures. The theoretical part focuses on work motivation and remuneration of employees. The practical part includes the analysis of motivation system , the results of empirical investigation and the idea of new system.

The aim of this thesis is to propose ways for improving work motivation in the company operating in field of financial services. In the introduction there are discussed theoretical knowledge concerning the motivation, stimulation, handling, motivation of individuals and others. There are mentioned world´s renowned authors of motivational theories, their specific theories of motivation, recommendations and strategies in motivation of managers. In the context of the work there are mentioned characteristics of the company, questionnaire survey and analysis of contemporary status in the company. At the end there are brought up problematical areas and proposed recommendations and ways to improve current situation in the company. This thesis was made for being used as a supportive material, which contains basic information that allow orientation in problems of work motivation and increase of work efficiency.

The managers are important persons for easygoing operation of companies. That is why I am concerned with their skills and abilities in this dissertation. Thank to these skills and abilities can managers help companies to come through the market or not. I will try to suggest solution for three managers after analysis of their personalities. This solution can be helpful for development of companies, where they work in.

The diploma work is worked on the subject of improvement upon the firm culture. The theoretical pieces of knowledge realize detailed investigation of firm culture problems. The diploma work includes collection of single theoretical informations and empirical experience with their resulting exploitation in the practical part. The proposal part should be an economie contribution to the firm TATSUNO-BENČ EUROPE a.s. after its application in the practice.

This Diploma project deals with motivation of unemployed people who are forced to search for a new job. The key problems are described here, together with their solution that should contribute to increased motivation to find a job. The ultimate effect of these proposals is total saving of state finance funds.

The diploma thesis deals with suitable creativity stimulation in working with people. It deals with problems connected with stimulation of creative invention in managerial work. Methods and possibilities of creativity development in manager's work. It includes recommendations, strategies and alternatives leading to the stimulation of creative invention and thus increase of work effectivity.

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of the current state of recruiting – graduates, and comparing their requirements to the actual state of the company Motorola. Using questionnaire survey identifies criteria that prefer graduates in finding work, and on the basis of submitted proposals for streamlining the methods that used in recruiting.

In my annotation I dead with the problems concerning company´s culture and its influence upon the effectiveness of work in given firm. In publication we find by basic theoretic knowledge relating to company´s culture, it´s investigation, formation, meaning, etc. Publication of this thesis contains the summary of the problematic section and suggestion how to improve the current firm´s culture in which will the firm find practical usage.

The thesis focuses on proposal of bonus system in the company. Target is to increase work efficiency and to set juster evaluation of employees. It analyzes current situation in the company, employees´ satisfaction and remuneration system. The thesis includes proposals of implementing a bonus system in the company which can contribute to an increase of work efficiency.

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na vytvorenie návrhu motivačného program v spoločnosti FlatEarth. Návrh tohoto programu sa odvíja od výsledkov výskumu uskutočneného v športových teamoch a medzi bývalými zamestnancami spoločnosti FlatEarth.
