The thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits, the reward system and evaluation of employees in the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical background, concepts related to motivation and current surveys on employee benefits. In the second part, the thesis focuses on the selected company, the current state is analyzed by means of a questionnaire survey and interviews with company employees. In the last part, based on the results of the analysis, the optimal solution is proposed to improve the motivation of employees.

The purpose is to analyze the current remuneration system and propose a possible change in the remuneration system with new knowledge gained through empirical research. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of remuneration. The practical part examines the current situation in the company, includes a questionnaire research. The final part of the thesis contains possible suggestions for improvement and last but not least economic evaluation of the proposed changes.

My thesis deals with a system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a selected company. The company wanted to remain anonymous. The theoretical part defines basic concepts from the personnel work and employees motivation. In the practical part, I introduce the company and analyse the system of remuneration and motivation of employees. Subsequently, a survey in the form of a questionnaire will be conducted among employees, focusing on their satisfaction with the system of remuneration. Based on the findings, I will propose measures that would improve the current situation and may contribute to a higher motivation of the employees in the future as well as to the improvement of their performance.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to detect actual motivational instruments of this company and examine its quality and utilization. The final part presents some suggestions in order to improve the actual processes that would lead to higher satisfatcion of the employees.

The theoretical part is based on a comprehensive overview of flexible forms of employment that make it possible to reconcile work and personal life. This thesis is focused on improving the state of corporate culture in Nutrend D.S., a.s. On the basis of analysis of results obtained in questionnaire inquiry, there were some drawbacks detected in managers getting familiar with the vision and long-term business objectives, in the financial evaluation and incentive system, and also in the working environment. Further there was an existing rivalry identified between different departments and low willingness of employees to attend corporate events. Subsequently, the proposals and recommendations have been processed leading to the elimination of these drawbacks and to improvement of the present state.

The theoretical part was focused on the basic concepts and definitions that are connected with the given problematics. In the practical part of the thesis was carried out an analysis of the current motivation system of the company through an interview, study of business documents and questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, proposals for changes resulting from the results of the questionnaire survey were presented. Key proposals included regular employee evaluation, increase knowledge about the provided benefits, transport allowance and corporate events.
