Nuotolinio darbo sutarties ypatumai / Specifics of teleworking employment contract

Tobulėjant informacinėms technologijoms bei plintant jų naudojimui, sukuriamos galimybės net ir sudėtingą, aukštos kvalifikacijos reikalaujantį darbą atlikti ne tik įprastu būdu darbovietės patalpose, bet ir namuose ar kitose vietose, t. y. nuotoliniu būdu. Atkreipiant dėmesį, į tai, kad nuotolinis darbas suprantamas gana įvairiai, darbe pateikiamos tarptautiniu lygiu bei Lietuvoje egzistuojančios nuotolinio darbo sampratos ir sąvokos, lyginant su panašius teisinius santykius apibūdinančiais terminais, bei įvardinamos nuotolinio darbo rūšys. Pažymėtina, kad nuotolinio darbo samprata, atsiradusi JAV, ilgainiui formavosi bei išplito. Šiuo metu Europoje vyraujančiai nuotolinio darbo sąvokai (angl. – telework) ir sampratai būdingi šie pagrindiniai minėto teisinio santykio bruožai – tai darbo vietos nesutapimas su darbdavio darboviete bei informacinių technologijų naudojimas atliekant darbą. Tačiau Lietuvoje egzistuojanti nuotolinio darbo samprata yra platesnė, apimanti tiek Europoje vyraujančią nuotolinio darbo sampratą, pabrėžiančią informacinių technologijų naudojimą, tiek ir tradicinį namudinį darbą, kai darbas atliekamas namuose, neišskiriant konkrečių darbo priemonių. Nuotolinis darbas, nors yra viena iš darbo sutarties rūšių, įtvirtintų Darbo kodekse, tačiau pasižymi išskirtinumu. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / With the development of information technologies and the spread of their use, new possibilities are created – the complex, high-skilled jobs can be performed not only in the normal work place in employer’s premises, but also at home or other places – remotely. Noting that teleworking is understood quite differently, the paper presents at the international level and Lithuania existing concepts and definitions of telework, relating them to terms that indicate similar phenomena, and also defines the types of telework. It should be noted that the concept of teleworking, which was founded in the United States, eventually evolved and spread. The definition and concept of telework that currently prevails in Europe, has the following main features – a mismatch between the teleworker’s work place and the employer's premises and the use of information technologies while working. However, in Lithuania the existing concept of telework is broader, covering not only the concept of telework, which prevails in Europe and emphasizes the use of information technologies, but also the traditional homeworking, where the work is done at home, without the distinction of particular working equipment. Virtualios nuotolinio mokymo aplinkos duomenų gavyba / Data Mining in Virtual Learning Environment

Nuotolinių aplinkų duomenų bazėse kaupiamas didelis kiekis informacijos apie studentus ir jų veiksmus nuotolinėje aplinkoje. Kad būtų paprasčiau analizuoti šiuos duomenis į pagalbą pasitelkiama duomenų gavyba. Darbo tikslas - sudaryti sistemą, skirtą duomenų, gautų iš virtualios nuotolinio mokymo aplinkos Moodle, pirminiam apdorojimui ir duomenų gavybai. Gautus duomenis ištirti pritaikant programinės įrangos paketo StatSoft STATISTICA 7 duomenų gavybos algoritmus besimokančiųjų mokymosi intensyvumo duomenų analizei. Įvertinus gautus rezultatus parengtos rekomendacijos tolimesnei duomenų analizei. Duomenų analizei pritaikyta klasterinė k-vidurkių analizė. / The databases of virtual learning environments store large quantity of information about students and theirs activity. The data mining is usable to easer analysis of these information. The object of work is to make a system for preprocessing and data mining of data, obtained from virtual learning environment Moodle. The historical learning data can be analysed after preprocessing to study learners learning intensity with data mining algorithms by StatSoft STATISTICA 7 software. k-means cluster analysis was applied as example of data mining of learning data. Recommendations to further application of data mining of learning activities are given, too.

Informacinių komunikacijos technologijų įtaka nuotolinio švietimo plėtrai Panevėžio regione / Influence of information communication technologies on the development of distance education in Panevežys region

In Lithuania, the Life Long Learning process is realized through universities, colleges, vocational schools, adult education centers and other relevant institutions. Thus a Life Long Learning system should be established at all education levels - vocational, tertiary, etc. There is a widespread consensus in the Government and non-governmental educational sector institutions that Distance Education and training has enormous potential to tackle the new challenges. Significant policy groundwork has been laid for the development of an advanced and comprehensive distance education system. The major initiatives fostering Distance Education development are: The Government investment project „LieDM (Development of Distance Education in Lithuania 1998-2005)“, the „ITMiS -Information Technologies for Science and Studies“ program initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science, and Phare2000 projects for the development of Regional Distance Professional Training Infrastructures in Klaipeda, Taurage, Marijampole and Utena regions. The goal of this Master thesis is according the analysis of the experience of European countries in development distance education and investigation of main tools of distance courses design, to promote the development of distance education in Panevezys region.

Nuotolinio mokymosi intelektualizavimas naudojant testus atvirojo kodo sistemoje / Intellectualization of remote learning with tests in open source system

For effective remote learning realization we need the complex intelligent remote system, which would keep special and structured material for learning and tests of knowledge. Feedback is the most important thing for learning. In the usual way feedback takes a lot of teacher time, therefore it is very useful to practice electronic system functions for control of feedback and reduction of teachers work time. Creation of complex intelligent eLearning system needs profound knowledge of programming, pedagogical and strategic knowledge, therefore this work would be impossible for one person. The knowledge of study is very important too. Therefore we could use made-up open source remote learning system and readjust for our interests. We use remote learning open source system Moodle and use this system in practice. From practice in lessons of informatics and ECDL learning planning we could propose that this system is really very flexible and useful in learning processes. The suggestion of new well-tried remote learning method – learning with tests show that it is very effective method in learning processes.

Mokyme plačiai naudojami informatikos mokslo pasiekimai, ryšiams tarp mokytojo ir besimokančiojo palaikyti yra naudojamos naujausios telekomunikacijų priemonės, taip pat vis svarbesnis tampa nuotolinis mokymas. E. mokymasis yra orientuotas į besimokantįjį, suteikia jam galimybę pasiekti mokomąją medžiagą bet kuriuo metu ir bet kurioje vietoje, kur tik prieinamas interneto ryšys, o taip pat pakeičia ir mokytojo vaidmenį. Technologijos iš esmės keičia tradicinį mokymosi būdą ir plačiai jas pradėjus naudoti švietime esminiu rodikliu, tobulinant pedagogų profesinio rengimo sistemą, tampa mokytojų bei dėstytojų technologinės kompetencijos. Pedagogai, kuriems trūksta žinių, kaip naudotis technologijomis, pristabdo inovatyvių mokymosi metodų plėtrą bei inovacijų pateikimą besimokantiesiems. Šiai problemai spręsti sukurtas savivaldaus mokytojų mokymosi modelis virtualioje erdvėje, kuris padės realizuoti turimas technologines žinias, efektyviai organizuoti mokymosi procesą, bei labiau įtraukti mokinius į inovatyvių mokymosi metodų naudojimo procesą, naudojant nuotolinio mokymosi technologijas. / The teachers training field in Lithuania’s education system is not really design for today needs because quickly evolving information and communication technologies are changing the teaching and learning situation. Recently the documents about education systems improvement of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania documents focuses attention on the teacher. The younger generation's future directly depends from the teacher, so there is a need to raise the prestige of the teaching profession, improve teacher training and to diversify their qualifications. There are many innovative computer technologies applied in the educational process which expands learning opportunities and transforms the traditional learning into e. learning which makes learning process more accessible, attractive and individualized, but not many teachers in Lithuania knows how to take the best of it. Nuotolinio bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo priemonės – tai Web 2.0 aplinkos, leidžiančios naudotojams sąveikauti, kurti turinį ir juo dalintis. Šiose priemonės naudotojai nebe pasyviai vartoja pateiktą informaciją, o sukuria didžiąją dalį turinio. Trimačiai virtualieji, priklausantys nuotolinio bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo priemonių grupei, išsiskiria navigacine sistema, naudotojo atliekamomis užduotimis ir naudotojų bei virtualių objektų sąveikos būdais. Tradicinės programinės įrangos panaudojamumo vertinimo metodikos neapima šių specifinių virtualiųjų pasaulių apsektų, todėl magistro baigiamajame darbe atlikta išsami nuotolinio bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo priemonių panaudojamumo analizė, kurios pagrindu kuriama trimačių virtualiųjų pasaulių panaudojamumo vertinimo metodika. Aprašytas euristinis vertinimas taikytas pasirinktiems trimačiams virtualiesiems pasauliams ir tokiu būdu metodikos aktualumas pagrįstas ne tik teorinėmis prielaidomis, bet ir praktinio tyrimo rezultatais. / Online communication and collaborations tools are Web 2.0 applications, which allows users’ interaction, content creation and sharing. In contrast to websites where users are limited to the passive viewing of information, these tools are dependent on content which is created by users. Online virtual worlds belongs to the group of online communication and collaborations tools and distinguishes by navigational system, user tasks and manners of interaction between users and objects. Traditional methodologies do not cover these specific aspects. Therefore this paper presents the thorough analysis of online communication and collaboration tools usability. On the basis of this analysis, there is a methodology created for evaluation online virtual world’s usability. Development of this methodology required the results of literature review analysis and performed users experience research. Described heuristic assessment was applied for chosen online virtual worlds, thus the relevance of methodology was reasoned not only by theoretical assumptions, but by results of practical research as well.
