<p>En majoritet bland ledare i olika organisationer har en bakgrund som storasyskon eller ensambarn (Hudson, 1990). Denna studie genomfördes för att få svar på om personer med ledaransvar skiljer sig åt gällande syskonplats och locus of control jämfört med de personer som inte har ledaransvar. Ledare och medarbetare på en statlig myndighet svarade på en enkät gällande plats i syskonskara, erfarenhet av ledarskap och locus of control. Resultatet visade att sistfödda i detta urval hade en högre grad av intern locus of control än förstfödda vilket kan tyda på en annan typ av sistfödd på denna myndighet. Urvalet var dock bristfälligt (N = 48) och slutsats kunde inte dras utan att riskera ett felaktigt resultat.</p>

This search was conducted to focus on the effect of upward influence behavior on manager¡¦s leadership , and find out if Employee¡¦s personality traits affect the relationship. Based on the result of statistical analysis on 575 questionnaires from the employees in the technology industry, the following findings were obtained: 1.By using the factor analysis, there are four different types of upward influence behavior ¡GRational Persuasion, Tricking and Impeding , Image Management, Ingratiating . 2. a. The upward influence behavior of rational persuasion with gender, marital status, job level, age and educational background has significantly effect. b. Literatūros šaltinių analizė; Trianguliacija (J. Hollando profesinės orientacijos tipo testas, anketinė apklausa, rašinio ,,Mano pedagoginė autobiografija (vizija)“ kontent analizė; Kiekybinė duomenų analizė, atlikta kompiuteriniu pagrindu, rezultatai apskaičiuoti statistinės analizės programa PAULA; Lyginimas. Mokytojo profesija yra nuo seno siejama su pašaukimu. Kiekvienas iš autorių skirtingai apibūdina pašaukimą, o siejant jį su pedagogo profesija, pedagoginį pašaukimą. Buvo atliktas tyrimas, kuriame buvo ištirtos visos pedagoginio pašaukimo struktūrinės dalys: motyvacija, potencija, charakteris. Tyrimo hipotezės pasitvirtino. The primary objective of this study was to investigate the entrepreneurial orientation of a vehicle management and sales company. This was done to help design recommendations to establish an entrepreneurial orientation in the company and enhance the personal traits of the company. A vast journey into the body of knowledge about entrepreneurship emerged when the literature review of Chapter 2 resulted in the leaders in the field, internationally and local, gave shape and depth to the study. The empirical study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to a target population of 120 employees. A total of 41 questionnaires were received and was used to conduct a statistical analysis on. The reliability of the questionnaire was tested by calculating the Cronbach Alpha coefficients for all the variables of entrepreneurial orientation as well as the personal traits. The data was used to calculate the mean and standard deviations of the individual responses for all the variables. The analysis also included the relationship between different demographic information and the variables of the study to test for any significant differences in the means. Conclusions were drawn from the data extracted from the questionnaires and recommendations were made based on the conclusions and the data on the relevant topics identified in the study. An action plan that supports the data, conclusions and recommendations was designed to help the company enhance the entrepreneurial orientation as well as the companies’ entrepreneurial behaviour. Vybrané psychologické aspekty osobnosti umělce / Psychological Aspects of Artistic Personality

Background: The purpose of the master thesis was to explore connections among artistic cre- ation and some psychological aspects of the personality of artists. Apart from differences in creativity and psychopathology in theoretical part some characteristics of personality through the theories of personality are discussed. A sample of visual art university students and university of economics students (n=49) was tested on method GPOP, which in its core is based on the Jung's theory of psychological types. Conclusions: The results of incident research support the foreign studies results and indicate that artists score higher in "Intuition", "Perceiving" and "Feeling". Other high scores were measured in "Abstraction" and "Imagination" traits. In the last part of the study the obtained results are discussed. Keywords Art, Artists, Personal Traits, Creativity

Darbo tikslas: Išsiaiškinti pirmą kartą ir pakartotinai atliekančių bausmę nuteistųjų adaptacijos ypatumų ir asmenybės bruožų sąsajas. Tiriamieji: tyrimas buvo atliekamas nuo šių metų sausio mėnesio 8 dienos iki rugsėjo mėnesio 1 dienos ir vyko dviem etapais. Tyrime dalyvavo 316 bausmę atliekančių nuteistųjų (vyrų). Pirmajame etape tyrimo anketos buvo išdalintos pakartotinai bausmę atliekantiems nuteistiesiems, kuriems buvo pasibaigęs 3 mėnesių adaptacijos laikotarpis. Šią grupę sudarė 134 asmenys. Antrame etape tiriamųjų grupę sudarė 182 pirmą kartą atliekantys bausmę nuteistieji, kuriems buvo pasibaigęs adaptacijos programos taikymas. Tiriami asmenys buvo atrinkti pagal tai, ar jų adaptacijos laikotarpis jau buvo pasibaigęs. Tyrimui buvo naudotos Adaptacijos klausimynas, Eyesenck H. Ir S. klausimynas (asmenybės bruožų klausimynas), BDI (Beck Depression Inventary) metodikos. Išvados: tyrimo metu įvertinta, kokios įtakos nuteistųjų adaptacijai pataisos namuose gali turėti tokie veiksniai kaip išsilavinimas, darbas/ mokymasis, priklausomybės, nuteistųjų subkultūros tradicijų laikymasis, fizinė bei psichologinė sveikata, žalojimasis, santykiai su kitais nuteistaisiais, laisvalaikio prasmingumas, drausminės nuobaudos, bei kaip nuteistųjų adaptacija pataisos namuose susijusi su asmenybės bruožais. Nustatyta, jog pirmą kartą atliekantys bausmės nuteistieji adaptuojasi geriau nei pakartotinai atliekantys bausmę nuteistieji. Gauti rezultatai rodo, kad nuteistųjų amžius neturėjo... The object of the research: research was performed from 8th of January till 1st of October of this year and took place in two stages. In this research participated 316 (three hundred and sixteen) convicts, who serve the punishment (males). In first stage of research forms were given out to convicts, who served punishment repeatedly, and whose three month adaptation period was expired. This group was formed out of 134 (one hundred and thirty- four) individuals. In second stage of research group was formed out of 182 (one hundred and eighty-two) convicts who serve punishment for the first time, and whose adaptation program application were expired. Individuals were selected based on their expired adaptation period. In this research was used Adaptation questioner, Eyesenck H. ir S. questioner (personal traits questioner), BDI (Beck Depression Inventory) methodic. Conclusions: at the time of research was evaluated, which influence to convicts adaptation in penitentiary can effect factors like education, job/ study, dependency, convicts subculture tradition observance, physical and mental health, relations with other convicts, free time meaning, discipline penalty, and how convicts adaptation in penitentiary were connected with personal traits. Darbo tikslas - nustatyti darbuotojo organizacinio įsipareigojimo, pasitenkinimo karjera ir asmenybės savybių sąsajas. Uždaviniai: 1) nustatyti organizacinio įsipareigojimo ir pasitenkinimo karjera sąsajas; 2) nustatyti organizacinio įsipareigojimo ir asmenybės savybių (neurotiškumas, ekstraversija, sąmoningumas, sutarimas su kitais, atvirumas naujam patyrimui) sąsajas; 3) nustatyti pasitenkinimo karjera ir asmenybės savybių (neurotiškumas, ekstraversija, sąmoningumas, sutarimas su kitais, atvirumas naujam patyrimui) sąsajas. Tyrimo metodika. Tyrimas atliktas 2007-2008 metais. Buvo apklausti 220 respondentų, iš jų 45,5 proc. vyrų ir 54,5 proc. moterų, kurių amžiaus vidurkis buvo 30,7 metų. Klausimyną sudarė Pasitenkinimo karjera skalė, Įsipareigojimo organizacijai skalė ir Didžiojo penketo Inventorius. Duomenims analizuoti buvo naudojami aprašomosios statistikos metodai, vidurkių palyginimas, dispersinė analizė ANOVA, Regresinė analizė, Pearsono bei Spearmano koreliacijos koeficientai. Rezultatai. Siekiant išanalizuoti darbuotojų organizacinio įsipareigojimo, pasitenkinimo karjera ir asmenybės savybių sąsajas, buvo nustatyta, kad didesnis įsipareigojimas organizacijai yra siejamas su žemesniu išsilavinimu, darbu privačiose, mažesnėse negu 50 darbuotojų turinčiose organizacijose, žemu ekstraversijos ir sąmoningumo išreikštumu, tačiau didesniu sutarimo su kitais, neurotiškumo ir atvirumo naujam patyrimui išreikštumu. The tasks of the MA paper: 1) to ascertain the links between the organizational commitment and career satisfaction of the respondent; 2) to ascertain the links between the organizational commitment and personal traits (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, openness) of the respondent; 3) to ascertain the links between career satisfaction and personal traits (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, openness) of the respondent. The methodology of the research. The research was carried out in 2007-2008. 220 respondents were surveyed, 45, 5% of them were men and 54.4% women. The average age was 30, 7 year old. The questionnaire was comprised of the Career Satisfaction scale, the Organizational Commitment scale and the Big Five Inventory (BFI). It was used the descriptive statistics, the average comparison, dispersive analysis “ANOVA”, Regression analysis, Pearson, Spearman correlation rates. The results.
