LOSC graikų - romėnų imtynininkų rengimas metinių treniruočių ciklu / LOSC Greek-Romans wrestlers training in annual exercises cycle

Antoščenkov, Oleg 07 June 2005 (has links)
Contemporary Greco-Roman wrestling has been rapidly developing – competition among sportsmen has increased, sportsmen s selection system and technologies of athletes preparation of many countries have improved, sporting results have been becoming better, thus all these things stimulate the interest of searching for scientifically approved methods, means and forms of training’s of sportsmen preparation. The study comprises the analysis of the cycle of annual training’s (years 2003-2004) for Greco-Roman wrestlers of the Lithuanian Olympic Sports Centre. The structure of the annual preparation of sportsmen, volume of training’s, intensity, specification, change of physical and functional capacity during the annual cycle of training sessions have been analyzed. The research has shown the content of separate periods of the wrestlers' annual preparation cycle to be too monotonous. A similar number of competitions in terms of percentage in all the periods, comparatively small amount of time spent for general and special physical preparation, almost unchanged intensity of training sessions have been revealed. This is confirmed by wrestlers'minor change of physical and functional capacity in the cycle of annual training sessions. The conclusions of this study allow us to presume that the programme of annual training cycle for Greco-Roman wrestlers at Lithuanian Olympic sports centre must be improved.

ŠMAJCL, Filip January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the physical strain of a PE teacher at the second stage of the primary education during the PE lessons and within the everyday school life. In the theoretical part of the thesis key concepts pedagogy, pedeutology and a brief history of teaching are explained. Furthermore, the profession of a teacher, their duties, personality traits, role and teaching styles are described, as well as the job-analysis of a PE teacher. The most important part is the description and analysis of the physical strain, stress, noise and workload of a PE teacher and the influence of the physical strain on their heart rate. In the practical part of the thesis we deal with eight days of surveying in which we describe in detail the PE lessons. Afterwards we collect the data obtained by using a sport tester within these 30 PE lessons and its parts and we can find out what the energy output of the PE teacher is. From the data obtained according to general physiology we can put the demandingness of the profession of a PE teacher into the corresponding category of work load.

Nicht-invasive Bestimmung der Gewebetemperatur der Arbeitsmuskulatur und des Gehirns bei körperlicher Belastung

Wilfinger, Anke 07 December 2016 (has links)
Method of treatment using hyperthermia in tumor therapy or questions in sports medicine related to the influence of intensive sport activities on different tissue, especially the question of health effects or threat because of the possibility of load induced hyperthermia, need practicable method to measure brain temperature during physical activity. The influence of physical strain on temperature change in differerent tissue, in brain and in muscle, at moderate temperature about 21° C examinated in the present paper. A viable method using MRS for measuring tissue temperature in muscle and brain during physical aktivity resp. directly after load is described. For examination of the influence of different physical load on the local tissue temperature in musculature 31P-MRS was applied. 21 healthy male test person have been examinated using 31P-MRS during aerobic load with 30 % MVC and anaerobic load under ischemia with 60 % MVC . The load, a especially desingned kick experiment, occured directly in the magnetic resonance tomographic unit. 1H-MRS was used for examination of load induced temperature change in brain. 14 healthy male test person were loaded on cycle-ergometer during 150-min without liquid substitute with 60 % individual anaerobic threshold. MR-spectra observed in three different Voice of Interest (VOI''s) sized 2 x 2 x 2 cm³: grey substance occipitoparietal, white substance partietal on the right and white substance parietal on the left.

A Latent Profile Analysis of Benefactor and Beneficiary Organizational Citizenship Behaviors toward Individuals

Jang, Seulki 24 May 2018 (has links)
Although organizational citizenship behaviors toward individuals (OCB-I) have been studied over decades, the beneficiary side of OCB-I has been understudied. The co-existing and interactive possibility of benefactor OCB-I and beneficiary OCB-I within individuals has been ignored. Therefore, this research adopted a person-centered approach and examined different profiles of benefactor OCB-I and beneficiary OCB-I on the basis of Grant’s (2013) theory. Results from Study 1 data (cross-sectional data) and Study 2 data (multiple waves of data) revealed the three profile groups: vigorous (high benefactor OCB-I and high beneficiary OCB-I), moderate (moderate benefactor OCB-I and moderate beneficiary OCB-I), and passive OCB-I groups (low benefactor OCB-I and low beneficiary OCB-I). Also, the three profiles were significantly differentiated by positive affect, other-oriented empathy, task interdependence, and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the vigorous OCB-I group showed the lowest psychological strain while the passive OCB-I group showed the lowest physical strain. The results offer theoretical implications for Grant’s (2013) theory, OCB-I and employee health research, and equity theory in comparison to conservation of resources theory. In addition, practical implications for enhancing employee health are discussed.

The Work Environment of Welding Operators at Volvo Group Trucks Operations : An Investigation to Reduce the Risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders Among Welders

Jonsson Roos, Linda January 2018 (has links)
This master thesis report presents a 20 weeks long project within Industrial design engineering at Luleå University of Technology, performed at Volvo Group Trucks Operations in Umeå. Since the company from a previous study knew that the operators on segment two work in unfavorable work postures, a further investigation of the operators’ work environment was needed. Therefore, the subject of investigation in this project became the physical workload and more specifically, the factors related to the appearance of work related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Segment two is positioned at the end of Volvos’ production line called finishline where the work is primarily done manual by two shift teams with approximately 14 operators in each one. The project objective was to map the current situation for the manual welding operators at segment two and identify potential ergonomic risks within their everyday work. The focus was placed on finding improvements that could decrease the operators’ risk for developing MSDs during work. The project aim was to develop improvements that direct, and over a longer time span, could ease and improve the operators work situation. By observing, filming, interviewing and hand out questionnaires, the current state for the operators could be mapped. Three interviews were held, 22 questionnaires were answered and almost 50 film sequences were made. The work on segment two are station based where the operators are allocated a specific time for each operation within the station. Usually, the operators rotate after ten truck cabs and then move to the next station. The work consists of screwing, welding, grinding, drilling and controlling. The situation analysis was done by investigating the questionnaire responses further, explore the body postural MSD risks with help of RULA and REBA and using the software AviX to let the operators self-estimate the strain in different muscle groups during work. According to the questionnaires, the operators are highly or partly strained physical and psychological where the experienced psychological strain variates more than the physical strain. Furthermore, most of the operators experienced the occurring work acceleration as positive and the manager and coworker relationship as good. Also, ten operators expressed that they had experienced pain in their body the last 12 months caused by their work and over 70 % of the operators wanted to have a greater opportunity to affect the number of work tasks. By relating this to the findings in the study made at Volvo in 2011, where the investigators identified knee-standing work together with some critical work postures that caused the operators an unfavorable strain in mainly the neck, the back and the arms, I assume that the work on segment two today is performed during similar circumstances and in a similar way. The concept development started with an ideation session together with the operators. Here, the analysis findings were discussed, and my own ideas and improvement suggestions were presented. From these discussions, three tests were arranged including a step construction to facilitate when entering and leaving the truck cab, new knee pads and a stretch program, developed by Volvos’ ergonomist. The findings from the two first tests showed how different the operators found the concepts where some operators appreciated both the step construction and the knee pads, and some didn’t. The stretch test on the other hand, were appreciated by all operators where over 50 % felt an improvement in their body. Also, an educational approach including an additional introduction, updated work instructions and a continuous dialogue about work environmental risks during the group meetings were proposed. The tests resulted in a concept development, a concept evaluation with help of previous established specifications of requirements and the ergonomist, together with an implementation strategy. The strategy proposes an implementation of stretch during the workday within the following months, a further investigation of the knee pads and the step construction, and an implementation of the complete educational approach within 5-10 years. Also, based on the results of this thesis, Volvo are recommended to establish guidelines for how to measure work environmental factors linked to physical and psychosocial work environment. Further, the company are recommended to prioritize their employees’ health, well-being and work environment by working systematically in a close cooperation with the workforce to not risk costs in terms of dissatisfaction, sick leaves and poor reputation.

Pracovní zátěž u pracovníků v sociálních službách v domově se zvláštním režimem / Workload of Social Service Workes in a Special Programme Regime Home

TOBOLKOVÁ, Barbora January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with workload of social service workers in special regime homes. The aim of this paper is to chart the factors influencing workload of social service workers in special regime homes. The main research question asked is: How do social service workers in special regime homes perceive their workload subjectively? The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part is divided into five chapters which are based on professional literature. The chapters contain a detailed description of the profession of social service workers including professional qualifications together with the definition of the social service - special regime home. The term strain is defined and divided into workload, mental strain and physical strain in the following chapter together with a mention of the term work-life balance in connection with this topic. The subsequent chapter is dedicated to prevention of inception of strain, more precisely to supervision and mental health hygiene. The last chapter deals in detail with occupational burnout. The research part contains the specifications of the aim of the thesis, of the main research question and of five research sub-questions which have been based on the main one. The data have been collected by means of qualitative research, survey methodology and the semi-structured interview method. A specific special regime home in the Vysočina region has been selected for the purposes of this research. The nine participants in the research are social service workers who have been employed at the facility for a minimum of one year. The research was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, a preliminary research was done to serve as a base for adjusting the research questions. The actual research was realised in the next phase. The acquired data were processed using the clustering method and evaluated subsequently. The evaluated data are ordered in relation to the research questions. The social service workers cope with the workload well. They consider their work to be not only physically but also substantially mentally demanding. Manipulating with bedridden clients is viewed as the most physically challenging operation by the facility workers. The most mentally challenging situations for them are the decease of clients, incessant explaining, dealing with clients, etc. The workers experience stressful situations with clients, however more frequently with clients' families as well. The most common work-related health problems of the workers at the facility are backaches. The results of this diploma thesis can serve the selected special regime home in the Vysočina region or as a study material to the lay and professional public.

Zátěž sociálních pracovníků na dávkách pomoci v hmotné nouzi na příkladu sociální reformy / Strain of social workers dealing with the benefits of help in material deprivation illustrated by the social reform

BOČANOVÁ, Jana January 2014 (has links)
The degree work deals with the issues of psychic and physical strain of social workers who are in charge of the benefits of help in material deprivation. More deeply it describes the social work difficulties and problems connected to performing this profession, especially after the social reform of 01/01/2012. All aspcts of the strain that social workers at the benefits of help in material deprivation can meet, e. g. overwork, burn-out syndrome, growing sickness rate, communication problems, conflicts at work places, agressive clients. Neither prevention nor coping with strain can be omitted. In the background of the degree work the social work before and after the social reform is compared and the consequent proposals for the improvement of the situation of social workers at job centres are introduced.
