Optimalizace výrobního procesu ve vybraném podniku / Optimization of manufacturing process in a selected company

Kubíček, František January 2020 (has links)
This thesis is primary focused on optimization of the production process in a selected company.Teoretical part of this thesis is the result of literature research of Lean Six Sigma, which is mostly used by the company. It is a brief insight to an issue and introduction of the most often used tools from Lean Six Sigma methodology, which were used afterwards in practical part of this thesis. Also there is an introduction of the company and its production portfolio. Crucial part of this thesis is it‘s practical part focused on improving of current situation on the production line with an economical and technical assessment. The main goal was to create more compact and smaller area of product line with lower work in progress.

Použití měřících sond (nástrojové a obrobkové) pro stroje z produkce TOS KUŘIM / Using measuring probes ( for tools and workpieces) for production machine of range of products firm TOS KUŘIM

Kohút, Josef January 2011 (has links)
The purpose of this dissertation is to familiarize the reader with basic recognition of machine measuring probes for tools and workpieces. Namely then in area of measurement on CNC machining centers. Both recognition from aspects of principle of function of sensing elements and type of transmition to control system, and recognition from constructional aspects are described here. Further it puts mind on equipment of machine probes (touches etc.) and rules for best selection of this equipment. Next part of this work describes selection of appropriate probes, for universal machines from production of firm TOS Kuřim. Last part deals with testing of designed measuring system for concrete machine from production of firm TOS Kuřim. His typical composition, evaluation of tests results and achieved accuracy is also described here.

Výroba pastorku objemovým tvářením / Production of pinion by solid forming

Fic, Pavel January 2012 (has links)
In a present diploma thesis is detail study from volume hot-forming knowledge – forging. In thesis is make proposal of technologies how to produce a pinion d140 drawing nr.: DP2012 -01 and the optimatization of technology procedure with help a computer simulation. Quality of part is steel 14220. Semi-product is a bar 80 x 150 ČSN 42 5510.21. For presumtion series 160 thousand pieces and mechanical stressed working of piece is choose drop forging technology in the vertical forging press LMZ 2500, product of Šmeral Brno. From technical procedure were made necessary calculations and follow drawing documentation.

Technologie výroby plastového tělesa clony / Production technology of plastic body aperture

Dluhoš, Jan January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with the production of a plastic body of the aperture by the method of injection moulding. The work includes a design of the injection mould for the given component. First, an appropriate material for the moulded piece was chosen and then the necessary calculations for the injection mould were made. A quadruplex injection mould with a heated inlet nozzle and pullout cores was designed based on these calculations. Modular components were chosen when designing the injection mould. The next part of the thesis contains the selection of the injection moulding machine for the given mould. The conclusion contains a technical-economical evaluation including the cost estimating for the injection mould and cost estimating for one moulded piece.

Způsob vývoje výkovku v podmínkách moderní kovárny / Method development of forged piece in conditions of modern forge

Vraštiak, Michal January 2013 (has links)
Taking into account modern technology solutions has been selected die forging of the wheel hub of automobile steel 14220 (DIN 16MnCr5) about the serial 50000 pcs. Based on the literature study and practical experience has been solved forging process, including technological calculations, engineering drawings and results of simulations of the forging process performed by the Qform software tool. A tool was designed to be made of 19552 grade alloy tool steel. The forged piece is to be forged on an LZK 1000 crank press with the nominal forming force of 10 MN manufactured by Šmeral Brno. The stock is divided with shears from bar 45 mm 6 m long to bar 89.5 mm long.

A theoretical analysis of selected solo repertoire for saxophone by Paul Bonneau.

Johnson, Keith T. 08 1900 (has links)
The primary purpose of this dissertation is to provide greater insight into the compositional design of Paul Bonneau's Caprice en forme de valse solo pour saxophone and the Piece Concertante Dans L'Esprit "Jazz" pour saxophone alto et piano through a detailed analysis of the pieces. Paul Bonneau's Caprice en forme de valse is a major work for saxophone. It has been referred to as one of the most technically demanding works in the classical saxophone repertoire. In addition, the Caprice has been transcribed for the flute, clarinet and bassoon. In fact, the Caprice has been designated as "one of the most musically cohesive unaccompanied works written for any wind instrument." Bonneau's Piece Concertante Dans L'Esprit "Jazz" is also an important work in the repertoire due to its high degree of virtuosity and unique fusion of traditional classical and jazz elements. The analysis process focuses initially on the fundamental elements of music. Each analysis begins with an outline and description of the formal design of the piece. Major sections and their various subdivisions are detailed specifically. The tonal organization of the piece is presented. Large scale tonal areas are identified along with detailed discussions pertaining to specific harmonic structures. Due to the nature of the harmonic content of the pieces, standard contemporary chord symbol nomenclature is used. A table detailing various chord types and their associated symbols is provided. Information regarding the character and construction of Bonneau's melodies is presented. Items pertaining to melody include the use of step progressions, the variation principle, canonic effects and sequence. Basic rhythmic characteristics are outlined, as well. In addition to items related to the harmonic, melodic and rhythmic organization of pitches, other aspects of the music such as texture, articulation, dynamics and tessitura are integrated into the analytical discussion. Specific comments regarding the application of analytical conclusions to performance practice are presented following the analysis of the pieces.

An Investigation of the Iron-Ore Wheel Damages using Vehicle Dynamics Simulation

Hossein Nia, Saeed January 2014 (has links)
Maintenance cost is one of the important issues in railway heavy haul operations. For the iron-ore company LKAB, these costs are mainly associated with the reprofiling and changing of the wheels of the locomotives and wagons. The main reason for the wheel damages is usually surface initiated rolling contact fatigue (RCF) on the wheels. The present work tries to enhance and improve the knowledge of the vehicle-track interaction of the Swedish iron-ore freight wagons and locomotives used at Malmbanan. The study is divided into two parts. Firstly, it is tried to get into the roots of RCF using the simulation model of the iron ore wagon (Paper A). Secondly, the study is focused on predicting wear and RCF on the locomotive wheels also via a dynamic simulation model (Paper B).In the first paper, some key issues of the dynamic modelling of the wagons with three piece bogies are first discussed and then parameter studies are carried out to find the most important reasons of wheel damages. These parameter studies include track design geometry, track irregularities, wheel-rail friction level, cant deficiency and track stiffness. The results show a significant effect of the friction level on the amount of RCF risk.As the locomotive wheel life is much shorter than that of the wagons, LKAB has decided to change the locomotive wheel profile. Two final wheel profiles are proposed; however, one had to be approved for the field tests. In the second paper, the long term evolution of the two profiles is compared via wear simulation analysis. Also, the RCF evolution on the wheel profiles as a function of running distance is discussed. The process is first carried out for the current locomotive wheel profiles and the results are compared with the measurements. Good agreement is achieved. Finally, one of the proposed profiles is suggested for the field test because of the mild wear and RCF propagation. / <p>QC 20150210</p>
