This way, we dedicate ourselves to do a historic of the behavior of the Catholic Church in Brazil until nowadays, when, making use of several references, we demonstrate the declared institution s option to poor people, in national and international scope. That posture is reinforced by the entity s declarations and actions, which allied to other organized sectors of society, harmonize politics and religion. We got as fundamental references to these actions: the plebiscite of 2000 against the payment of the external debit and the plebiscite of 2002 against FTAA (Free Trade Area of de Americas), trying to demonstrate how a religious institution is able to establish itself as an agent of national mobilization and of political and social actions. We understand that more than the shown goals, the religious entities, specifically the Brazilian Catholic Church, making use of the CNBB and its pastorals, want to keep their importance and influence, being up-to-date in their speech and in their actions in an uncertainty era. / A presente dissertação buscou estabelecer de forma clara e objetiva a atuação da CNBB, no contexto da globalização, diante das profundas e vertiginosas transformações que assolam o nosso tempo. Nesse sentido, nos dedicamos a realizar um histórico das ações da Igreja Católica no Brasil até chegarmos aos dias atuais, quando, através de várias referências, demonstramos a declarada opção da instituição pelos menos favorecidos, em âmbito nacional e internacional. Tal postura é reforçada pelas declarações e ações da entidade, que aliada a outros setores organizados da sociedade, conciliam religião e política. Tomamos como referências fundamentais dessas ações: o plebiscito de 2000, contra o pagamento da dívida externa e no plebiscito de 2002 contra a ALCA (Área de Livre Comércio das Américas), buscando demonstrar como uma instituição religiosa é capaz de estabelecer-se como agente de mobilização nacional e de ações político-sociais. Compreendemos que além dos objetivos revelados, as entidades religiosas, em específico a Igreja Católica no Brasil, através da CNBB e suas pastorais, visam manter a sua importância e influência, atualizando seu discurso e suas ações em uma era de incertezas.

Partindo das primeiras produções na década de sessenta até a última publicação na década de noventa do século XX, a leitura se constituirá em dois eixos: a presença do erotismo amoroso e o engajamento político-social, como traços que se entrelaçam na evolução da escrita. Os textos da teoria crítica feminista, além de outros textos, que trazem pressupostos teóricos a propósito dos temas relacionados ao erotismo amoroso e a questão do engajamento político-social na poesia; serão colocados como embasamento teórico e crítico à leitura dos poemas. / This research aims to analyse the feminine and feminist writing process in Maria Teresa Horta's works, a Contemporary Portuguese writer and poet. Starting from her first production in the sixties up her last publications in the nineties (20th century), our project will be presented in two parts: the presence of the 'loving eroticism' and the political and social engagement considering them as traces that are engaged in the evolution of the writing process. Some texts about Feminist Literary Criticism as well as other texts that present theoretical support will be taken as theoretical basis for this thesis.

Orientador: Hilda Maria Gonçaves da Silva / Resumo: A política educacional é regida por uma série de leis que a sancionam e que a regulamentam, a fim de torná-la exequível. Ela se insere no contexto de política universal, gratuita, não contributiva e compulsória, na questão da educação básica pública, a qual se estrutura em três níveis: educação infantil; fundamental de anos iniciais e anos finais; e ensino médio. Dentro deste âmbito, delineiam-se os Conselhos Escolares, que são órgãos colegiados de fundamental importância para a representatividade dos elementos constituintes da comunidade escolar e local, para que estes possam compartilhar o poder decisório e a corresponsabilidade da escola, por meio da gestão democrática. A perspectiva que traz este modelo de gestão se concentra na possibilidade de congregar os principais elementos que representam o arcabouço da política educacional, desvelando seus direitos, outorgando-lhes vez, voz e voto, com a finalidade de lhes permitir a participação política e social. O que caracteriza a participação política é o dever ético e a necessidade primordial da natureza humana na convivência em dada sociedade. O hábito da participação intensa e constante faz com que haja o impedimento de uma atuação injusta, por parte de alguns, em detrimento de todos. No entanto, acredita-se que os membros colegiados, na sua generalidade, não conhecem as atribuições que lhes são próprias e não exercem a efetiva participação nos Conselhos Escolares, os quais visam a garantia de um processo de melhoria da edu... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Educational policy is governed by a series of laws that sanction and regulate it, in order to make it enforceable. It is insered in the context of universal, free, non- contributory and compulsory policy, in the issue of public basic education, which is structured on three levels : child education ; primary years and final years ; and high school. Within this scope, the School Councils are outlined, which are collegiate bodies of fundamental importance for the representation of the constituent elements of the school and local community, so they can share the decision-making power and co-responsibility to the school through democratic management. The perspective that this management model brings focuses on the possibility of bringing together the main elements that represent the framework of educational policy, unveiling their rights, giving them time, voice and vote, in order to allow them to participate politically and socially. What characterizes political participation is the ethical duty and the primordial need for human nature to live together in a given society. That habit of intense and constant participation makes it possible for some to act unfairly to the detriment of all. However, it is believed that the collegiate members, in general, do not know their duties and do not exercises effective participation in School Councils, which aim to garantee a process of improving education, which is proposed for the formation of citizens, through the participation of the entir...
