Previous issue date: 2012-06-29 / A previsão de carga é uma atividade de grande importância no Setor Elétrico, tendo em vista que a maioria dos estudos de planejamento e operação dos sistemas elétricos necessita de uma boa estimativa da carga a ser atendida. Na literatura encontram-se diversas metodologias para projeção de carga elétrica nos distintos horizontes de planejamento, porém limitadas a sistemas elétricos de médio e grande porte e poucas são as propostas de projeção de demanda no horizonte de curtíssimo prazo, principalmente para pequenas empresas do Setor Elétrico. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar uma metodologia inovadora de previsão de carga, a curtíssimo prazo, que considere as influências das condições climáticas e que possa auxiliar na programação do regime de operação de uma Pequena Central Hidrelétrica (PCH), principalmente em épocas de estiagem, quando a disponibilidade de água é restrita. A metodologia proposta envolve a criação de um modelo probabilístico discreto (cadeia de Markov) a partir da classificação dos dados históricos em um Mapa Auto-Organizável (SOM). Assim, é possível se estimar a probabilidade de um determinado nível de demanda acontecer dada uma condição climática atual, bem como o número de intervalos de tempo (horas) até que isso aconteça. Com estas informações é possível elaborar a melhor agenda de funcionamento da PCH de forma que a mesma esteja em funcionamento nos momentos em que a demanda atingir os valores máximos.
O método proposto apresenta como diferencial em relação aos demais métodos existentes o fato de considerar a influência das variáveis climáticas
(temperatura, umidade relativa do ar e velocidade do vento) para a previsão de demanda de energia elétrica no curtíssimo prazo, além de que os valores de entrada de demanda de energia e das variáveis climáticas (temperatura e umidade relativa do ar) são obtidos em tempo real, através de um sistema SCADA. Esta metodologia foi aplicada utilizando-se os dados reais de uma pequena concessionária de distribuição de energia elétrica do Rio Grande do Sul, mostrando resultados satisfatórios, suficientes para permitir a sua aplicação prática. / The electrical charge forecast is an activity of great importance in the Electricity Sector, considering that most studies of electrical systems planning and operation require a good estimative of the charge to be fulfilled. In books, there are various methodologies to have the electrical charge projection in different planning horizons, but limited to medium and large electrical systems. Furthermore, there are only a few demand projection proposals in the very short-term horizon, especially for small Electricity Sector companies. The aim of this paper is to present an innovative methodology in order to have the charge forecast, in a very short-term, which considers the climatic conditions influence and is able to assist the operation system programming of a Small Hydroelectric Power Plant, particularly in times of drought when water availability is restricted. The proposed methodology involves creating a discrete probabilistic pattern (Markov chain) from the historical data classification in a Self-Organizing Map (SOM). It is therefore possible to estimate the probability of reaching a certain demand level, taking the current climatic condition, as well as the periods of time (hours) until it happens. With this information it is possible to develop the best plant operation schedule so that it operates when the demand reaches its maximum numbers. The proposed method presents as differentials upon the other existing methods, the fact of considering the climatic variables influence (temperature, air humidity and wind speed) to forecast electricity demand in the very short-term, as well as the energy demand input values and climate variables obtainment (temperature and air humidity) in real time via a SCADA system. This methodology was applied using real data from a small electricity distribution plant in Rio Grande do Sul, showing satisfactory results, enough to allow their practical application.

Comunicação e barragens : o poder da comunicação das organizações e da mídia na implantação da Usina Hidrelétrica Foz do Chapecó (Brasil)Locatelli, Carlos Augusto January 2011 (has links)
A pesquisa trata do poder da comunicação na implantação de projetos originados em políticas públicas, com elevado impacto socioambiental, colocados pelo Estado à sociedade na condição de interesse público. Constitui o objeto os processos de comunicação vinculados à Usina Hidrelétrica Foz do Chapecó, no Rio Uruguai (SC/RS - Brasil). O recorte temporal é o “tempo da obra”, entre novembro de 2006 e outubro de 2010. A reflexão teórica assenta-se na teoria da esfera pública e nas tensões entre comunicação pública e estratégica. O estudo de caso está sediado numa abordagem qualitativa, com análise crítica de discurso. A identificação das organizações que participaram dos contenciosos revelou uma extensa e complexa rede, mas concentrada em torno da Foz do Chapecó Energia (concessionário), do Ibama, do Ministério de Minas e Energia e do Movimento dos Atingidos por Barragens (MAB). A comunicação dessas organizações foi extremamente assimétrica. A comunicação do Estado adotou uma matriz desenvolvimentista, visibilidade restrita, ausência de discussão e accountability superficial e funcional. Na sociedade civil, o MAB foi a única organização a produzir comunicação de forma sistemática (e sob uma matriz crítica), embora com baixos níveis de visibilidade. Centro da matriz cognitiva desenvolvimentista, a comunicação da Foz do Chapecó Energia foi de ordem muito superior à dos demais, marcada por alta visibilidade, ausência de debate e níveis de accountability estrategicamente selecionados. A cobertura dos meios de comunicação aderiu à comunicação da FCE e tendeu a silenciar outras vozes. No centro dessa assimetria estão questões que emergem na transferência da concessão pública para aesfera privada, sem levar consigo requisitos inerentes a um bem público. O trabalho concluiu que a comunicação é elemento central e constitutivo das negociações sobre o espaço a ser ocupado pelas barragens e fator estratégico nas relações entre atingidos e não atingidos e as organizações do Estado, do mercado e da sociedade civil. É nos espaços criados pela comunicação que estão as opções de acesso à informação e participação na esfera pública e midiática, por meio das quais opera a própria representação, se configuram simbolicamente os contenciosos e se constroem ou não espaços para a participação e avanços democráticos. / The research is about the power of communication towards the implementation of projects derived from public policies, with a high socio-environmental impact, set by the government for society in the condition of public interest. The object is the communication process linked to the Hydroelectric Power Plant Foz do Chapecó, on Uruguay River (SC/RS – Brazil). The time stretch is the “duration of the works”, between November 2006 and October 2010. The theoretical aspect is based on the importance given to communication by the theory of public sphere. The case study has a qualitative approach with a critical analysis of speech. Identifying the organizations that took part in the contentious process has revealed an extensive and complex network, but only a few, such as Ibama (the federal environmental agency), the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Foz do Chapecó Energia – FCE (concessionary enterprise) and the Movement of People Affected by Dams - MAB, had the power to interfere with them. These organizations communicated in a very asymmetric way. The government communicated adopting a developmental matrix, restricted visibility, absence of discussion and a superficial and functional accountability. On civil society, MAB has been the only organization to produce communication in a systematic way (and under a critical matrix), although with low levels of visibility. Communication undertaken by Foz do Chapecó Energia, as the center of the developmental cognitive matrix, was of a much higher magnitude than that carried out by the other organizations, marked by visibility, absence of debate and strategically selected levels of accountability. Coverage of the communication media joined the FCE communication, silencing other voices. At the center of such asymmetry are certain issues that arise from the transfer of concessionfrom the public to the private sphere, without bringing with it the requirements inherent to a pu The conclusion of this work was that communication is a central and constitutive element of negotiations regarding the space to be occupied by the dams and a strategic factor on the relations between those affected and those not affected and the governmental, market and civil society organizations. The options of access to information and participation in the public arena and the media are found in the space created by communication, which is also where representation is operated, where the contentious are symbolically shaped and where spaces are, or aren’t, created for participation and democratic advances.

Estudo e modelagem da arquitetura modular de uma usina solar fotovoltaica arrefecida com protótipo de verificação. / Study and modeling of modular architecture of a solar photovoltaic power plant cooled with verification prototype.Silva, Vinícius Oliveira da 30 November 2015 (has links)
O objetivo deste trabalho é modelar a arquitetura de uma usina solar fotovoltaica arrefecida intitulada UFVa, utilizando um protótipo de verificação. A metodologia se baseia na medição, verificação e análise dos dados de temperatura e produção de energia elétrica dos strings de teste (arrefecido) e comparação (não arrefecido), estudo do comportamento da alimentação de água do sistema de arrefecimento e o impacto das condições climáticas na operação do protótipo de UFVa. Por meio das análises dos dados constatou-se que, para o período entre as 09h00min e as 17h30min, os módulos PV do string de teste sempre operam com temperaturas inferiores aos módulos PV do string de comparação. Durante o período de testes, no qual a temperatura dos módulos PV do string de comparação operou acima de 55,0°C, as temperaturas médias e máximas registradas nos módulos PV do string de teste foram inferiores a 37,0 °C, operando sempre abaixo da temperatura nominal de operação da célula (NOCT). A produção de energia elétrica no string de teste superou a do string de comparação em 3,0kWh/dia. Portanto, o sistema de arrefecimento reduz a temperatura de operação dos módulos PV, principalmente no período de máxima geração elétrica, que corresponde ao período das 11h00min às 15h00min, proporcionando ganhos médios de rendimento de 5,9% na produção de energia, 10,3% na potência e 5,4% no FC. / In this work we use a verification prototype to model the architecture of a solar photovoltaic power plant equipped with a cooling system. The power plant we model is called UFVa. The methodology is based on the measurement, verification, and data analysis of temperature, electricity generation, test strings (cooled) and comparison strings (not cooled), along with a study of the water feeding behavior of the cooling system, and the impact of climatic conditions in the UFVa prototype operation. By analyzing the data we observed that, for the period between 09:00am and 5:30pm, the PV modules of the test string operate at temperatures below those of the PV modules of the comparison string. During the tests, in which the temperature of the PV modules of the comparison string operated above 55.0°C, the average and the maximum temperatures recorded in the PV modules of the testing string lied below 37.0°C, operating below the NOCT. Regarding the generation of electricity, the test string generated 3.0 kWh/day more than the comparison string. Hence, the cooling system decreases the operating temperature of the PV modules, particularly during the maximum power generation period which is from 11am to 3pm. This leads to efficiency average gains of up to 5.9% in the generation of electricity, 10.3% in the power, and 5.3% in the PR and PF.

For completeness, the work is complemented by missing representatives not included in the South Bohemian region, power plants from other parts of the Czech Republic. The next part of the work is dedicated to specific representatives, their description and closer presentation, which are connected to the context of the original theoretical part. The following part of the work deals with the comparison of specific data and together with the theoretical part the work is also suitable for teaching and consolidating the knowledge of the Czech energy sector. In the last part of the work you can find a list of possible excursions to several South Bohemian power plants. These excursions can be used as part of school trips at all levels of education.

論沉沒成本之攸關性:以核四決策為例 / Does Sunk Cost Matter? A Study of the Decision Making in Lungmen Nuclear Power Plant鄭錦瑩, Cheng, Ching Ying Unknown Date (has links)
會計學教課書都教學生:決策之作成,應從成本效益出發,至於過去已投入的成本屬沉沒成本,非攸關,不應影響決策,讀者少有質疑,但事實究竟如何?實務上,決策者做決策時,考量之因素甚多,不會只有成本一項,不過教課書多只著重成本一項,這又與事實相左。本研究以「核四決策」為例,探討實務上決策之作成,在諸多因素中沉沒成本是否真的沒攸關性。
核四應否停建,不論在能源、社會政策等層面皆具高度爭議性。本研究結合會計領域與重大公共政策議題,藉支持/反對停建核四之觀點,辨認決策者或旁觀者所在乎之因素,如已投入興建成本、完工程度、預期尚需投入成本、經濟結果,以及核能安全、核電廠可能面臨的風險等,再探討決策者對停建核四的態度是否受沉沒成本或其他因素之影響;以及,決策者的知識背景(會計系、政治系)及政治理念是否影響決策者的上述認知。
本研究透過問卷搜集資料,發現已投入之核四興建成本(即沉沒成本)顯著影響受測者贊成停建與否的態度:當受測者越覺得沉沒成本重要,越傾向反對停建核四,有沉沒成本效果存在。本研究也發現受測者最重視的細項決策因素,為「臺灣若發生類似福島核災之核災損失」。對臺灣而言,日本福島本具時間、地理、文化上的相近性,再加上媒體敘事的渲染力,福島核災創造人民對於核災的公共想像及恐懼。在其他因素中,「非核家園」之理念亦顯著影響核四決策:當受測者越覺得「非核家園」之理念重要,越傾向贊成停建核四。本研究還發現受測者的知識背景影響其對沉沒成本的態度:評估核四決策時,政治系受測者較會計系受測者,易受沉沒成本影響,將沉沒成本視為攸關。再者,政治理念對於受測者贊成停建與否的影響,當受測者對候選人的偏好為江宜樺先生等人,其立場以反對核四停建居多;當受測者對候選人的偏好為蔡英文女士等人,其立場以贊成核四停建居多。
本研究發現臺電的溝通效果不佳,除數據之可靠性待加強外,傳遞的資訊並未針對問題的核心,例如核能安全很受受測者重視,然而臺電於說明核電廠之安全時,使用「複合式災害」來描述福島核災,複合來自地震及海嘯,而事實上福島核災係因海嘯而造成,海嘯因地震而引發;臺灣外海斷層之地理構造使臺灣核電廠區域縱有大地震時,也不會遭遇如福島般的大海嘯。
因此本研究建議臺電和行政機關,應針對核能安全及核能政策,辨認人民容易產生誤解的資訊為何,以正確的用詞精確澄清。此外,非會計背景之決策者,應加強關於沉沒成本的認知;會計背景之決策者,應抱持批判性思考的態度,質疑「沉沒成本不應該影響決策」的理論是否事實上成立。 / There is an undoubted rule always on accounting textbooks, which is, decision making should base on the cost-benefit analysis, as for the investment in the past belongs to sunk cost and is irrelevant to the decision making. However, is this legit? There are so many concerns beyond the cost when decision maker making decision, but most textbooks only focus on the cost, which is different from the turth. This research takes “the decision making in Lungmen nuclear power plant” as a case study, to examine whether sunk cost is truly irrelevant to decision making in reality.
The issue that whether construction of Lungmen nuclear power plant should be suspended is highly controversial, no matter in aspect of energy, social policy and so on. First, across accounting and public issues, the researcher collects the viewpoints from pros and cons toward this issue, and identifies decision factors, for examples, the invested construction cost (which means sunk cost here), the degree of project completion, future expected cost, economic results, and nuclear safety, probable risk of nuclear power plant. Second, this research examines whether sunk cost or other factors influence decision makers’ attitude toward the issue. Third, whether knowledge backgrounds (major in accounting or political science) and political ideologies of decision makers influence their cognitions about sunk cost and the issue.
By questionnaire survey, the results of this research found: First, sunk cost does influence receivers’ attitude toward the issue: the more important receivers think sunk cost is, the more they against the construction to be suspended; sunk cost effect has been observed. Second, among factors, receivers take Japan’s Fukushima nuclear disaster most serious. We argue that Fukushima nuclear disaster’s timing, geography and Japan’s culture are close to Taiwan, thus the disaster deepen public imagination and fear about the nuclear disaster. Third, the idea of nuclear-free homeland also influences decision making in the issue: the more important receivers think the idea is, the more they support the construction to be suspended. Forth, receivers’ knowledge backgrounds influence their cognitions about sunk cost: compared with receivers major in accounting, receivers major in political science take sunk cost as a relevant factor. Fifth, political ideologies of receivers influence their attitude toward the issue: when receivers vote to Jiang Yi-Huah etc., most of them against the construction to be suspended; when receivers vote to Tsai Ing-Wen etc., most of them support the construction to be suspended. Sixth, Taiwan Power Company doesn’t have effective communication with the public. Not only reliability of its data, but the covey of core information should be improved. For example, it describes Fukushima nuclear disaster as a “compound disaster” including earthquake and tsunami, but actually the disaster happened only due to tsunami caused by earthquake. The geological formation of offshore faults of Taiwan is different to Japan, thus there will be no Fukushima-like tsunami in Taiwan.
This research suggest: First, Taiwan Power Company and executive administration should identify the information that public easily misunderstood, especially about nuclear safety and energy policy, and then clarify with proper words. Second, decision makers with non-accounting background should improve their knowledge about sunk cost. Third, decision makers with accounting background should have critical thinking about whether the theory that “sunk cost is irrelevant to decision-making” is found in reality.

The Effects of Nuclear Radiation on Aging Reinforced Concrete Structures in Nuclear Power PlantsMirhosseini, SomayehSadat January 2010 (has links)
In this thesis we look at one of the aging mechanisms that may have affected current aged Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs). Irradiation as an age-related degradation mechanism is studied for Reinforced Concrete (RC) in NPPs. This problem can be important for aged reactor buildings, radwaste buildings, spent nuclear fuel, research reactors, or accelerators that experience high levels of radiation close to existing thresholds. Mechanical properties of concrete are the most important parameters affected by radiation in NPPs. Compressive strength of concrete is reduced between 80 and 35 \% for radiation fluences between $2\times 10^{19}$ and $2\times 10^{21} n/cm^2$. Tensile strength reduction is more significant than compressive strength. It is reduced between 20 and 80 \% for a radiation fluence equal to $5\times 10^{19}$. We chose three radiation levels $2\times 10^{19}$, $2\times 10^{20}$, $2\times 10^{20}$ based on experimental results as the critical levels of radiation that RC structures in NPPs may be exposed to.
Structures susceptible to the problem are mostly RC walls; so the RC panel is chosen as an appropriate representative scale element for the analysis. The effect of radiation on mechanical properties of concrete is considered to analyze degraded scale elements. Material properties, geometry, and loading scenarios of scale elements are selected to be close to actual quantities in existing nuclear power plant. Elements are analyzed under six types of loading combination of shear and axial loading conditions. A nonlinear finite element program, Membrane-2000, based on the Modified Compression Field Theory (MCFT) is used to solve scale elements numerically. Element behaviors are studied considering the factors influence ultimate strength capacity, failure mode, and structural ductility index of members. The results show that ultimate shear capacity of the elements subjected to combinations of shear and tension loading are reduced significantly for highly reinforced elements ($1.35<\rho<1.88$) in $2\times 10^{21} n/cm^2$ radiation. RC panels under shear-biaxial and uniaxial compression also show significant strength capacity reduction in radiation levels $2\times 10^{20} n/cm^2$ and $2\times 10^{21} n/cm^2$, respectively. Failure modes of the elements change from yielding of steel to shear failure by increasing level of degradation for the elements with reinforcement ratio between 0.9 and 1.88. Ductility of the RC panels is reduced significantly in the critical levels of radiation. Ductility of the elements became less than the allowable ductility value by increasing level of radiation.

This thesis documents the development of a video game about sustainable energy use that unites fun with learning. Many other educational games do not properly translate knowledge, facts, and lessons into the language of games: mechanics, rules, rewards, and feedback. This approach differs by using game mechanics in new ways to express lessons about energy sustainability.
This design is based on the real time strategy (RTS) genre. Players of these types of games must manage economic problems such as extracting, refining, and allocating resources, as well as industrial problems such as producing buildings and military units. These games often use imaginative fantasy elements to connect with their audience, but also made-up economic numbers and fictional resources such as magic crystals which have little to do with the real world. This thesis' approach retains the fantasy elements and gameplay conventions of this popular genre, but uses numbers, resources, and situations based on research about real-world energy production. The intended result is a game in which the player learns about energy use simply by trying to overcome the game's challenges.
In addition, a combined quantitative/qualitative study was performed, which shows that players of the game learned new things, enjoyed the game, and became more interested in the topic of energy use.

Electricity power is an irreplaceable resource in industry for a country. Enough and steady-offered electricity is also the support to develop not only traditional industry but high technology industry. Taiwan is a place, where is lacking of natural resources. There is only 3 % of which can be self ¡Vcontained. In fact, electricity power plays one of important roles in achieving ¡§Economic Miracle of Taiwan.¡¨ Basically, electricity power embraces three parts of power generation, power transmission, and distribution. And it is managed by the way of vertically integration. Traditionally, electricity power is assorted into public utility because of its huge principal and social resources, even concerning with the economy and society of the country and is governed and controlled by the government.
Whatever country promotes electricity liberalization, the government and the academic put their eye on foster the total efficiency of management through market mechanisms. Electricity liberalization has been working for more than twenty years. Of course, there are some successful cases, for example, like England, Australia, and etc. They do benefit from increasing the occurrence, the efficiency, and decrease the price after operating electricity liberalization. As to Taiwan, the government has the same policy on it, too. The amendments are under discussion in The Legislative Yuan. By referencing to electricity liberalization of other countries and comparing their experiences with Taiwan, the questions below are searched in this thesis. First, does the policy in Taiwan really satisfy the essence of electricity liberalization? Second, could power generation, power transmission, and distribution of the electricity industry be operated by vertically integrated way? After electricity liberalization, it is important that how to do could get good combined with competition of the market, the offer of steady electricity and the society justice. If not, how to modify the rules would satisfy the needs of country development and expectations of the society.

Loss of normal feedwater ATWS for Vogtle Electric Generating Plant using RETRAN-02Rader, Jordan D. 16 October 2009 (has links)
With the ever advancing state of computer systems, it is imperative to maintain the most up-to-date and reliable safety evaluation data for nuclear power systems. Commonplace now is the practice of updating old accident simulation results with more advanced models and codes using today's faster computer systems. Though it may be quite an undertaking, the benefits of using a more advanced model and code can be significant especially if the result of the new analysis provides increased safety margin for any plant component or system. A series of parametric and sensitivity studies for the Loss of Normal Feedwater Anticipated Transient without Scram (LONF ATWS) for Southern Company's Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Units 1&2 located near Waynesboro, GA was performed using the best-estimate thermal-hydraulics transient analysis code RETRAN-02w. This thesis includes comparison to the results of a generic plant study published by Westinghouse Electric Corporation in 1974 using an earlier code, LOFTRAN, as well as Vogtle-specific analysis. The comparative analysis exposes and seeks to explain differences between the two codes whereas the Vogtle analysis utilizes data from the Vogtle FSAR to generate plant-specific data. The purpose of this study is to validate and update the previous analysis and gather more information about the plant actions taken in response to a LONF ATWS. As a result, now there is a new and updated evaluation of the LONF ATWS for both a generic 4-loop Westinghouse plant and VEGP using a more advanced code. Beyond the reference case analysis, a series of sensitivity and parametric studies have been performed to show how well each type of plant is designed for handling an ATWS situation. These studies cover a wide range of operating conditions to demonstrate the dependability of the model. It was found that both the generic 4-loop Westinghouse PWR system and VEGP can successfully mitigate a LONF ATWS throughout the core's operating cycle.

Die Schwerpunkte der Zielstellung liegen auf folgenden Punkten: · Entwicklung einer Methodik für die systematische Einbeziehung der RAM-Faktoren in die Optimierung; · Untersuchungen zur zustandsorientierten Instandhaltung von Kraftwerksanlagen, deren Hauptkomponenten durch neue bzw. fortschrittliche Technologien gekennzeichnet sind. Die Arbeit geht von dem Ansatz aus, die Optimierung von Kraftwerken als zustandsorientierte Entscheidungsprobleme aufzufassen. Die Charakterisierung des Zustandes von Anlagen und ihrer Komponenten, und damit ihrer Funktionsfähigkeit, wird anhand von RAM-Werten durchgeführt. Dabei werden die technischen Einflüsse auf die Funktionsfähigkeit bei deren Auslegung, deren Minderung bzw. Verlust sowie ihrer Wiederherstellung analysiert und systematisiert. Ein Kernaufgabe dieser Untersuchungen war die Erschließung und Aufbereitung der relevanten Daten und Informationen, um daraus Erkenntnisse für Möglichkeiten und Potentiale der Optimierung von Zuverlässigkeitsstruktur und Instandhaltung zu gewinnen. Es werden daher insbesondere die technischen Gegebenheiten untersucht, d.h. die vorliegenden Schädigungsprozesse, die Verhältnisse zwischen Beanspruchung und Beanspruchbarkeit sowie die Planung der Instandhaltung in Bezug auf Zeitpunkt und Umfang. Die Entwicklung von theoretischen Grundlagen in Form der Kombination von Systemanalyse, Datenauswertung und Optimierungsmodell wird parallel zu praktischen Untersuchungen an Kraftwerksanlagen in Cottbus und Dresden durchgeführt. Neben den technischen Aspekten spielen hierbei auch wirtschaftliche Faktoren eine Rolle. Unsicherheitsfaktoren, welche die Möglichkeit der RAM-Optimierung stark bestimmen, sind sowohl unvollständige Informationen über die an den Komponenten wirklich auftretenden Belastungen und deren Belastbarkeit, als auch die Schwankungen dieser Größen. Für eine hinreichend genaue Zustandsbestimmung anhand der normalerweise über den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung verfügbaren Informationen der betreffenden oder anderer Anlagen, ist demnach die Reproduzierbarkeit verschiedener Aspekte (Betriebsbedingungen, Qualitätssicherung, Instandhaltungsarbeiten etc.) anzustreben. Daraus ergibt sich zwangsläufig die Notwendigkeit von Langzeituntersuchungen zu Schädigungsvorgängen und Parameteränderungen. Die konsequente Überwachung des Betriebsverhaltens ist dazu die Voraussetzung, d.h. eine gründliche Analyse und Quantifizierung des Zustandes, schädigungsbedingter Zustandsveränderungen und der Relevanz bzw. Wirkungsweise von betrieblichen Einflussfaktoren. Die Komplexität moderner Kraftwerksanlagen und der Einsatz von hoch belastbaren, aber auf Veränderungen ihrer Betriebsbedingungen sehr sensibel reagierenden Werkstoffen verlangt auf Hersteller- und Betreiberseite Kenntnis und Erkenntnis über die ursächlichen technischen Zusammenhänge, um Zuverlässigkeit und Instandhaltung nachhaltig als Optimierungspotential erschließen zu können. Deshalb wurde auch untersucht, wie der resultierende hohe Wissensbedarf durch eine entsprechenden Informationsfluss zwischen Hersteller und Betreiber bzw. zwischen den Betreibern gedeckt werden kann.
