Este trabalho apresenta um modelo para sistemas multiagentes constituídos por agentes de informação destinados a auxiliar comunidades humanas que partilham conhecimento. Tais agentes são cientes do entorno social dos usuários, pois possuem representações do conhecimento dos mesmos e também das redes sociais que os circundam, organizadas subjetivamente. Conceitos pertencentes às suas ontologias são estendidos com informação organizacional para representar de forma explícita as situações nas quais foram aprendidos e utilizados. Discute-se como tais agentes autônomos podem raciocinar sobre o uso e a privacidade de conceitos em termos de construções organizacionais, possibilitando raciocinar sobre papéis sociais em comunidades abertas na Internet. / This work presents a model for multi-agent systems for information agents supporting information-sharing communities. Such agents are socially aware in the sense that they have representations of the users' knowledge and also of their social networks, which are subjectively organized. Concepts in their ontologies are extended with organizational information to record explicitly the situations in which they were learned and used. It is discussed how such autonomous agents are allowed to reason about concept usage and privacy in terms of organizational constructs, paving the way to reason about social roles in open Internet communities.

O estudo propôs conhecer as relações dos jovens Guarani com a comunidade da aldeia Boa Vista e a cidade de Ubatuba. O trabalho de campo e análises foram realizadas com 12 jovens entre 13 e 29 anos que participaram como colaboradores. As principais temáticas foram no campo da educação e saúde; além dos estudos das histórias de vida compostas nos eixos entre cidade/ aldeia relativos aos itinerários dos jovens, suas redes sociais e perspectivas futuras. Na saúde verificamos as tensões existentes nas relações de poder entre o conhecimento técnico-científico e os procedimentos Guarani de saúde. E na educação, o aprendizado e domínio do português aparecem como essenciais nas relações sociais interculturais, isto é, para o diálogo e negociações com outras culturas / This study intended to deepen the knowledge of the relationship of Guarani youths with the community of Boa Vista village and the city of Ubatuba (SP). Field work and analysis were performed with twelve 13- and 29-year old youngsters, in which they took part as collaborators. The main themes focus in the field of Education, Health and also studies of Composed Life History within the axis of the city-village related to the youths\' itineraries, their social nets and of their future perspectives. In the Health issue, we witnessed the existence of tensions between the power of the technical-scientific knowledge and the procedures undertaken within the Guaranis own Health approach. In the Education issue, the fact of having fluency, learning and dominating the Portuguese language seems as an essential part of their social relationship with Brazilian society, because of the need to negotiate and dialog with other cultures

Este trabalho propõe a discussão de formas organizativas inovadoras para a implantação de sistemas de informação em saúde nos estabelecimentos públicos do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS).Para isso, procura deslindar conhecimentos basilares sobre redes sociais e gestão em redes, regionalização da atenção à saúde no Brasil e implantação de sistemas de informação, em revisão bibliográfica realizada sobre os temas. Os referenciais teóricos e empíricos, atributos e definições selecionados na literatura consultada permitiram a identificação de alguns requisitos e critérios para compor uma modelagem da implantação de sistemas de informação em saúde. / In order to make available the automatic data processing it’s necessary at first successfully to carry out the implantation projects of health information systems. This paper elaborated through a bibliographical research proposes the discussion of an innovative organizational pattern in implantation of health information systems (HIS) at government hospitals and polyclinics of Unified Health System (SUS). Hence, in the literature review, it unravels basic knowledge about social networks and network management, regionalization of health care in Brazil and information systems implantation. The theoretical and empirical knowledge and concepts selected from literature, allowed the identification of some requirements and criteria to compose a implantation modeling of health information systems.
