Motivace, stimulace a její vliv na řízení podniku / Motivation, stimulation and it's effect on business management

The aim of the thesis was to analyze the level of motivation and stimulation in a choosen company, it's effect on the current management, and proposals for measures leading to the desired condition. The research was conducted at the company CVP Gavanika s. r. o., whose major activity involves electroplating. The company has operated on the Czech market since 1992. The assessment of this condition was primarily based on the information resulting from a questionnaire survey. Uncontrolled interviews with the executives of the company served as another source of information. The survey was conducted in all branches of the company including it's headquarters. At this point two grades of employees were addressed: the average employees and the management. The obtained data were processed according to appropriate methods. Following the ordination and analysis of the data, the description, comparation and overall assessment of the effect of motivation and stimulation on the current management was done. The final part of the thesis features a synthesis of the obtained information and provides practical suggestions leading to a desired state within this field. The management team of the company was advised on how to make improvements in the following issues: praising and appreciation, stress management, participation of employees to the decision-making process, education, awareness, comunication, use of feedback, relations, equality at the workplace, and strengthening the corporate culture.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the motivation, motivation, and stimulation means in the selected organization in relation to job satisfaction. The first step was to study literary sources related to motivation and stimulation in relation to job satisfaction in the present and future knowledge economy. Followed by the selection of the company in which the analysis was conducted. Through an anonymous questionnaire in the selected company, a questionnaire survey was carried out among the employees, and the information obtained from the questionnaires was supplemented by uncontrolled interviews. Employees were divided into two categories: techno-economic and managers versus workers. The results were interpreted using tables and graphs, which has always been connected to discussions on the topic. In conclusion, all the essential facts were summarized for better clarity and proposals were made to improve the identified deficiencies in the company being investigated.

In the first part of the thesis are clarified theoretical basis of the work, then the second is an analysis of the company and its information system, in the third part based on the results of the analysis are stated suggestions for increasing the efficiency of the examined information system.

The thesis aims to improve the existing communication mix of GreenMech Ltd. on the basis of theoretical findings and the analysis of its current format. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section provides theoretical knowledge collected from literature, which is related to this topic. The second section focuses on the characteristics of the company GreenMech Ltd. followed by the analysis of the company's current business structure and by a marketing research done by survey. The third and final section contains proposals to improve the company's communication mix which arose from the collected information and analysis. These suggestions should improve the product presentation and ultimately attract more customers.

Plattform för verksamhetsutveckling : Vårdprocess i primärvård med utgångspunkt i första sjukskrivning

Processkartläggning, som plattform för processbaserad verksamhetsutveckling, kan användas i hälso- och sjukvård för att kunna förstå en process och ge förutsättningar för förbättringar av den. Utgångspunkten var att det i litteraturen saknades en kartläggning av en vårdprocess som inkluderar sjukskrivningar, och sjukskrivningar ökar. Syftet var att förstå förutsättningarna för processbaserad verksamhetsutveckling gällande hälso- och sjukvårdens aktiviteter i primärvård för de patienter som söker vård vid förstämningssyndrom eller ångest/stress. Datainsamling gjordes i form av intervju samt processkartläggning av aktiviteter mellan sjukskrivning 1 och 2. Resultatet visade att berättelser med utgångspunkt i bra och dåliga erfarenheter av vårdprocessen kunde kopplas till framgångsfaktorer vad gäller förbättrad hälsa och återgång till arbete. De intervjuades roller, erfarenheter och syn på patientens behov gav upphov till olika förbättringsförslag gällande processen. Processkartläggningen visade på behov av en gemensam bild. Förslag till framtida processkartläggning gavs med utgångspunkt i resultatet. / Process mapping, as a prerequisite for process based organizational development, can be used in health care in order to understand the process and to provide possibilities of improving it. In the literature there was no mapping of the care process that includes sick leave, and sick leave increases. The purpose of the study was to understand the prerequisites for organizational development based on process mapping concerning primary health care activities for psychiatric diagnoses. Data collection was done by interviewing health professionals and by process mapping activities in the first period of sickness absence. The results showed that the stories based on good and bad experiences of the care process could be linked to success factors in terms of improved health and return to work. The informants different roles, experiences and perspective on the patient's needs gave rise to various suggestions for improvement of the process. Process mapping showed the need for a joint picture. Proposals based on the results, for future process mapping were given.

This diploma thesis deals with an evaluation of the financial situation of the company, which focuses on manufacturing rubber products and technical foams. Assessment period is between 2010 - 2014. In the theoretical part the basic indicators, concepts and methods of financial analysis, which are used in the practical part. The practical part contains basic information about the company and the calculations of financial indicators. Based on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company derived from the results of the financial analysis are presented possibilities proposals and recommendations, which should lead to improved management of the company.
