“…..ändå är det så mycket man ser!” : utvecklingsteoretiska perspektiv i BOF, Barnorienterad familjeterapi

Wesslund, Anders January 2008 (has links)

Pouzar, Johanna, Brennander, Maria January 2009 (has links)
<p><p>Statistics shows that drunk driving and relapse increases in the Swedish society and it’s a problem that can be considered worth examining because of all the negative consequences that it conveys. To reduce the number of relapse it’s urgent that individuals that have been drunk and driving begins treatment and precedes it. The purpose of this study was to, from a client and therapeutic perspective, examine why drunk drivers begin treatment for their alcohol abuse and furthermore to investigate what’s important for the individual so that he completes the treatment. The study is built on eight interviews with both clients and therapists in the region of Kalmar in Sweden. The clients have been driving a car under the influence of alcohol, not any drugs. The individuals that has participated are men in the ages 25-60 years old. The methodological approach is qualitative, moreover the study is descriptive and comparing. The intention was to seek comprehension about central factors in a successful treatment for clients. The research findings are fairly similar between the clients opinions and the therapists. Overall a respectful attitude and reception from the therapist has turned out to be important. Furthermore the relationship and support from the family, relatives and friends has turned out to be central for the clients to commence and continue treatment. The therapeutic relationship is another essential aspect. There’s no simple answer why individuals initiate and completes treatment, the causes are several and variety.</p></p>

Nationella riktlinjer för terapi och offentliganställda seniora terapeuters arbetssituation / National guidelines for therapy and the work situation for therapists with seniority, working in the public sector

SjöstrandBenktson, Anitha January 2015 (has links)
When the national guidelines for care regarding depression and anxiety disorders were published in 2010, psychodynamic therapy was considered to lack evidence and was subsequently ignored almost entirely as a method in public care. What this meant for public servants, dynamic therapists and their patients is unknown. The aim was to find out how the psychodynamic therapists experience their current work situation and if the national guidelines, published in 2010, have affected their work as dynamic therapists in the public sector. A qualitative interview with an open issue where five senior qualified therapists with at least fifteen years in the profession attended was used as method. The interviews were processed in a thematic analysis, which resulted in four overarching themes. The results are reported against a timeline consisting of past, present situation and future. The current situation has made it difficult to maintain the psychodynamic framework and therapists paint a fairly bleak picture of the future of psychodynamic therapy and their own future within the public mental health services. The discussion concerns registered psychodynamic psychotherapists’ right to practice within their given responsibilities. The discussion also concerns the patient’s situation when requesting psychodynamic therapy, as well as the link to current legislation.

Bergsjö, Yvette, Åkesson, Catharina January 2010 (has links)
<p>The purpose of this study is to examine what professionals tell about stress, rewards, impact and treatment in the professional treatment with young sexual offenders. Eleven qualitative interviews of half-structured design brought up results about the professional role in the treatment process. During the interviews the professionals described which methods of treatment they work with. We examined the methods through literature research, which was added to the study whit the purpose of strengthening the interview data. The professionals consider their work important and meaningful and they feel safe in their working role. They differentiated between the person and the actions in their view of a young offender, which non professionals many times are incapable of doing. There was no single factor causing the development of offensive behaviour, but rather a combination of factors. It was something that the professionals and researchers in the field agreed upon. In the professional work place they experienced both strains and rewards. Signs of stress could occur in terms of powerlessness, not feeling complete in their work. This could be due to work being a burdensome in itself and lack of professionalism working with the young offenders. The rewards in working with youth took many forms, including satisfaction when making progress, and motivated them to continue whit their work and to develop it even more. Methods of treatment for young sexual offenders were cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic theory, individual therapy, group therapy, environmental therapy, aggression replacement training and network therapy. The professionals found themselves having a lot of room for professionalism in their work although it also had challenges.
