Previous issue date: 2009 / Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar de que modo as esferas da educação e do trabalho se integram na área da saúde a partir da implementação da Rede de Integração da Educação e Trabalho na Saúde. Para tanto, foram abordadas a integração educação trabalho, através de um resgate das experiências de aproximação entre o ensino e o serviço nas décadas de 70 a 90 e nos anos 2000, chegando à perspectiva das redes. Sendo o objetivo da Rede mencionada ordenar a formação em saúde conforme premissa constitucional, identificar os obstáculos e fatores que favoreceram a sua implementação, facultará o entendimento acerca da efetividade desta como estratégia de articulação ensino-serviço. Com este intuito, além da análise dessa implementação, o estudo buscou avaliar a adequação e suficiência de um instrumento normatizador em uso pela rede, o Fluxo para Concessão dos Campos de Prática e Estágios no SUS-BA, no atendimento às demandas e especificidades das unidades de saúde e dos estudantes que nelas realizam estágios e práticas. Como conseqüência, foi possível detectar os principais obstáculos (resistências) e os fatores que favoreceram a operacionalização deste Fluxo, bem como sua importância para a manutenção da existência da rede. Por fim, como recurso metodológico, foi adotada a análise documental. Sua aplicação serviu como base para a exploração do conteúdo dos relatórios produzidos nas oficinas de avaliação e acompanhamento das ações desenvolvidas dentro da Rede com vistas a integração da educação e do trabalho na saúde. / This study aimed to examine how the spheres of education and work are integrated in health through the implementation of the Integration of Education and Health at Work has thus been dealt with education, the integration work, from of a redemption of the experiences of approach between education and service in the 70 to 90 and in 2000,

His application was the basis for exploring the contents of the reports produced in the workshops to assess and monitor the actions
developed within the network with a view to integrating education and health work.
