The present thesis deals with the theory of internal communication and its applications in T-mobile CZ during major organizational and process changes. The objective of the thesis is to develop new rules for internal communication based on relevant literature, the best practice and observation, with the focus on the most common tools -- e-mail messages and meetings. The objective also includes elaboration of the new managerial roles that are to become the basis of the new corporate culture as a part of the current bigger project focused on increasing competitiveness in the new market environment. The thesis contains recommendations for more effective e-mail communication and more efficient meetings and it elaborates the new roles of managers aimed at customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, cooperation, personal growth and responsibility.

Étude du recours informatique dans l'enseignement des mathématiques au collège / Study of the use of computer in the teaching of mathematics at the college

Avec plus d'un tiers de professeurs pratiquants dans l'académie de Toulouse, les enquêtes ont constaté que, désormais, le recours informatique est un phénomène historique irréversible dans l'enseignement des mathématiques au collège dû : premièrement, à la généralisation des équipements (vidéoprojecteurs en classe) ; à l'engagement des professeurs qui a compensé les défaillances de l'institution dans leurs administrations ; deuxièmement, aux incitations et obligations institutionnelles des nouveaux programmes et des inspections ; troisièmement, à la disponibilité des logiciels gratuits qui ont suppléé les carences budgétaires ; à l'abondance des activités diffusées en ligne par les sites académiques, les IREM et l'association Sésamath ; quatrièmement, au rôle éminent de la formation continue volontaire qui a mobilisé 40 % des professeurs en douze ans ; cinquièmement, à l'enclenchement d'un cercle vertueux de reconnaissance de la valeur du recours informatique. L'étude pragmatique et théorique a révélé que les diverses activités informatiques d'enseignement-apprentissage (AIEA) pratiquées (apprenticiel, imagiciel, exerciseur, didacticiel, praticiel), en utilisant les apports spécifiques de l'informatique (concrétisation, expérimentation intensifiée, individualisation, interaction, motivation), ont apporté des situations instrumentées nouvelles de transposition interne offrant des champs conceptuels féconds qui sous l'effet de schèmes opératoires sont capables d'améliorer l'enseignement-apprentissage des notions et méthodes mathématiques. Un résultat qui dépend de la qualité de ses composantes praxéologiques (intégration, pertinence, performance, supériorité, scénario, mise en scène, durée) et du respect de règles pratiques qui déterminent conjointement les valeurs éducologiques de l'AIEA (propre, efficace et d'usage, professionnelle et institutionnelle) susceptibles de donner un meilleur rendement et une plus grande productivité à l'enseignement des mathématiques. / With more than a third of practicing teachers in the Academy of Toulouse, surveys found the computer use is now, an irreversible historical phenomenon in the teaching of mathematics at the college due to : 1st, the generalization of equipment (video projectors in the classroom); the commitment of teachers has offset the institution failures; 2nd, the incentives and institutional obligations of new programs and inspections; 3rd, the availability of free software who have deputized budgetary deficiencies; the abundance of broadcast activities online by academic sites, the IREM and the association Sésamath; 4th, the prominent role of continuing education who has mobilized 40% of teachers in twelve years; 5th, the engagement of a virtuous circle of recognition of the value of the computer use. The pragmatic and theoretical study revealed that activities computer teaching-learning (ACTL) carried out (learnial, imagicial, exerciser, tutorial, practical), using the specific contributions of computing (implementation, testing intensified, individualization, interaction, motivation), brought new instrumented situations of internal transposition offering fertile conceptual fields which, under the effect of operative schemes, are able to improve the teaching-learning of concepts and mathematical methods. A result that depends on the quality of its components praxiological (integration, relevance, performance, superiority, scenario, staging, duration) and respect of practical rules that jointly determine the training values of ACTL (intrinsic, efficient, to use, professional and institutional) able to give better performance and higher productivity in the teaching of mathematics.

Le contrat est un outil destiné à servir les intérêts des parties par la mise en oeuvre d'un projet dont le résultat est désiré. Exécuté conformément aux stipulations convenues, le contrat est censé procurer au créancier la satisfaction qu'il escompte, tout en libérant le débiteur de son obligation.Toutefois, dans certaines hypothèses, et sans que le contrat fasse l'objet d'une exécution reflétant ce qui a été convenu à l'origine, le créancier est satisfait tandis que le débiteur est libéré du poids de sa dette. En effet, en dépit de sa nature prévisionnelle, le contrat ne s'achève pas nécessairement par un paiement, ce dernier ne constituant pas l'unique forme de dénouement satisfactoire et libératoire. La satisfaction substitutive fait appel à différents mécanismes issus du droit des contrats et du régime général des obligations. L'étude de cette notion offre une grille de lecture apportant une lumière nouvelle sur des concepts classiques mais qu'il semble a priori impossible de relier, tant leurs natures juridiques et fonctions respectives semblent inconciliables. Par un examen de leur structure et de la logique qui les inspire, il apparaît toutefois possible de mettre en évidence des problématiques convergentes et des conséquences pratiques susceptibles d'impacter la technique contractuelle. Face à l'imprévu, la meilleure stratégie consiste à recentrer le contrat sur son véritable objectif, à savoir la réalisation d'un dénouement optimal, quitte à ce que celui-ci s'écarte du projet initialement convenu. La satisfaction substitutive illustre la recherche permanente de la solution la plus économiquement avantageuse, que ce soit par les parties, le juge ou la loi. / The contract is a commitment aimed to serve the interests of the contracting parties through the execution of a project carrying a desired outcome. Executed accordingly to what has been agreed originally, the contract is supposed to provide to the creditor the satisfaction he is expecting, while the debtor is being released from the obligation. However, in some hypotheses, and while the contract is not performed the way it should beaccording to what was agreed, the creditor benefits from a satisfaction where as the debtor isnot anymore under the burden of his debt. Indeed, despite its forward-looking nature, the contract does not always end by a payment, as this form of termination does not constitute the single way to provide satisfaction to the creditor and discharge to the debtor. The substitute satisfaction, as an atypical form of termination, relies on different mecanismscoming from contract law and general rules of obligations. Studying this notion gives keys forunderstanding that bring a new light on some classical concepts which seem difficult to linktogether, since their structure and logics appear irreconcilable. By examining their structureand their logic, it appears possible to highlight convergent problematics and practicalconsequences that can have impact on contractual technique. To face the unforeseen, the best strategy is to refocus the contract on its true objective, which is to bring an optimal termination, even if there is a discrepancy between what was agreed andwhat is done. Substitute satisfaction illustrates the permanent search for the most worthwhile solution on an economic point of view by the contracting parties, the judge or the law.

MUNICIPAL AND REGIONAL PROCEDURE RULES Abstract The theme of work are municipal and regional procedure rules according to positive law. An important issue is legal nature and relevance of procedure rules according to positive law. The conclusion of this part of the diploma work is the negative and positive definition of the legal nature of procedure rules. The core of the assessment of the appropriatiness and legality of the specific procedure rules is the analysis of contemporary case law addressing the legal action against unlawful interference with the rights the question of right of a citizen of the county, eventually municipality to comment on individual agenda items discussed by the council. The specific procedure rules of various councils were analysed from the point of possible discrepancies with the law, redundant provisions copying the law or details concerning the implementation of the citizen rights to express their attitudes towards the issues discussed by the council. The conclusion of my work are suggestions de lege ferenda, which can be briefly summarized into three scopes. The first of all is an explicit statutory regulation of the obligation to publish the procedure rules in a manner allowing remote access. A construção da norma no movimento franciscano: Regulae e Testamentum nas práticas jurídicas mendicantes (1210-1323) / The construction of the norm in the franciscan movement: Regulae and Testamentum in the mendicant juridical practices (1210-1323)

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a evolução das práticas jurídicas no movimento Franciscano e, para esse fim, partimos da proto-Regra de 1210, Regula non bullata de 1221, da Regula bullata de 1223 e do Testamentum beati Francisci de 1226. Ao estudarmos a construção da norma no movimento da primeira geração menorítica, demonstramos que a pobreza franciscana e a Imitatio Christi, que tem por base as Regras e o Testamento, foram adequados paulatinamente ao modelo jurídico da Igreja da época, ajustando-se ao Corpus Iuris Canonici e ao IV Concílio de Latrão, igualando-se às demais instituições religiosas tradicionais. Para o período de 1230 a 1323, foi imprescindível avaliar a dissidência franciscana dos resistentes a esse ajustamento, a qual influenciou as relações sociais e políticas entre a Igreja e a Ordem. Este trabalho de mestrado também discutiu a institucionalização do movimento Franciscano na época de vida de Francisco de Assis (1182-1226) e as contendas jurídicas em torno dos seus escritos legislativos formuladas posteriormente à sua morte. Para fazer tal análise, avaliamos de maneira serial um conjunto de bulas exegéticas sobre a Regra e o Testamento formuladas por diversos papas. Ademais, os debates internos à Norma gravitaram em torno de dois frades de atuação significativa para a Ordem, a saber, Boaventura de Bagnoregio (1221-1274) que, ao longo de seu generalato (1257-1274), introduziu mudanças institucionais importantes na Ordem e Angelo Clareno (1245-1337), um dos dissidentes do movimento Franciscano, originário da região da Marca de Ancona, lugar de importante produção teórica por parte de uma série de frades. A partir da análise dos aspectos acima relacionados, o principal intuito deste trabalho será aquele de verificar a evolução do conceito de pobreza franciscana no âmbito das discussões jurídicas da Igreja e da Ordem dos Frades Menores. / The present work aims at evaluating the evolution of the judicial practices in the Franciscan movement and, to do so, we departed from the proto-Rule of 1210, the Regula non bullata of 1221, the Regula bullata de 1223 and from the Testamentum beati Francisci of 1226. By studying the construction of the norm in the first minorite generation, we demonstrated that the Franciscan poverty and the Imitatio Christi, which have the Rules and the Testament as their base, were adapted to the judicial model of that time, gradually adjusting itself to the Corpus Iuris Canonici and to the IV Lateran council, equalizing itself to the traditional religious institutions. The period from 1230 to 1323 was crucial for the research because we evaluated the Franciscan dissidence of the resistants to this adjustment, which influenced the political and social relations between the Church and the Order. This Masters dissertation also discussed the institutionalization of the Franciscan Movement during Francis of Assisis life and the judicial dissents about his legal writings formulated after his death. In order to analyze this, we carried out a serial evaluation a set of exegetic bulls about the Rule and the Testament formulated by several popes. Moreover, the internal debates to the Norm gravitated around two friars who had significant roles to the Order: Bonaventure of Bagnoregio (1221-1274) who, along his generalate (1257- 1274), introduced important institutional changes in the Order and Angelo Clareno (1245-1337), one of the dissidents from the Franciscan movement, who comes from the region of Marca of Ancona, a place of important theoretical production by several friars. By analyzing the aspects above, the main goal of this dissertation will be verifying the evolution of the concept of the Franciscan poverty in the context of the judicial discussions of the Church and the Minor Friars Orders.

Mineração de Dados é um processo de natureza iterativa e interativa responsável por identificar padrões em grandes conjuntos de dados, objetivando extrair conhecimento válido, útil e inovador a partir desses. Em Mineração de Dados, Regras de Associação é uma técnica que consiste na identificação de padrões intrínsecos ao conjunto de dados. Essa técnica tem despertado grande interesse nos pesquisadores de Mineração de Dados e nas organizações, entretanto, a mesma possui o inconveniente de gerar grande volume de conhecimento no formato de regras, dificultando a análise e interpretação dos resultados pelo usuário. Nesse contexto, este trabalho tem como objetivo principal generalizar e eliminar Regras de Associação não interessantes e/ou redundantes, facilitando, dessa maneira, a análise das regras obtidas com relação à compreensibilidade e tamanho do conjunto de regras. A generalização das Regras de Associação é realizada com o uso de taxonomias. Entre os principais resultados deste trabalho destacam-se a proposta e a implementação do algoritmo GART e do módulo computacional RulEE-GAR. O algoritmo GART (Generalization of Association Rules using Taxonomies - Generalização de Regras de Associação usando Taxonomias) utiliza taxonomias para generalizar Regras de Associação. Já o módulo RulEE-GAR, além de facilitar o uso do algoritmo GART durante a identificação de taxonomias e generalização de regras, provê funcionalidades para analisar as Regras de Associação generalizadas. Os experimentos realizados, neste trabalho, mostraram que o uso de taxonomias na generalização de Regras de Associação pode reduzir o volume de um conjunto de regras. / Data Mining refers to the process of finding patterns in large data sets. The Association Rules in Data Mining try to identify intrinsic behaviors of the data set. This has motivated researchers of Data Mining and organizations. However, the Association Rules have the inconvenient of generating a great amount of knowledge in the form of rules. This makes the analysis and interpretation of the results difficult for the user. Taking this into account, the main objective of this research is the generalization and elimination of non-interesting and/or redundant Association Rules. This facilite the analysis of the rules with respect to the compreensibility and the size of the rule set. The generalization is realized using taxonomies. The main results of this research are the proposal and the implementation of the algorithm GART and of the computational module RulEE-GAR. The algorithm GART (Generalization of Association Rules using Taxonomies) uses taxonomies to generalize Association Rules. The module RulEE-GAR facilitates the use of the algorithm GART in the identification of taxonomies and generalization of rules and provide functionalities to the analysis of the generalized Association Rules. The results of experiments showed that the employment of taxonomies in the generalization of Association Rules can reduce the size of a rule set.

Desenvolvimento moral na análise do comportamento: uma revisão bibliográfica / Moral Development in Behavior Analysis: a literature review

Em Psicologia, a moral é geralmente considerada como um conjunto de costumes, hábitos, valores e regras de uma determinada sociedade ou cultura. Inúmeras abordagens têm se debruçado sobre a área do Desenvolvimento Moral, sendo, porém, poucos os estudos na perspectiva da Análise do Comportamento. O objetivo deste trabalho foi fazer um levantamento da produção analítico-comportamental acerca do Desenvolvimento Moral, destacando as questões mais frequentemente estudadas, tanto no âmbito teórico como experimental e aplicado, comparando essa produção com o que vem sendo produzido em outras abordagens psicológicas. Para tanto, foi feita uma revisão bibliográfica nos principais periódicos na área, além dos livros Sobre Comportamento e Cognição e Comportamento em Foco. A análise do material selecionado indicou que, embora a terminologia desenvolvimento moral seja pouco empregada pelos analistas do comportamento, as pesquisas desenvolvidas na área abarcam a consideração sobre sequências e progressão no desenvolvimento da moralidade, educação e práticas parentais. Nesse contexto, o comportamento moral tem sido tratado na perspectiva da governança por regras, com destaque para a correspondência entre dizer e fazer e comportamentos pró-sociais. São analisadas algumas semelhanças e diferenças entre esses estudos e os desenvolvidos por outras abordagens psicológicas. Constata-se que, de uma maneira geral, a temática do Desenvolvimento Moral frequentemente se confunde com a Psicologia da Infância, possivelmente por ser dada ênfase na aquisição de padrões de comportamento moral, que, na nossa sociedade, ocorrem principalmente nos primeiros anos de vida. Sugere-se que a análise aqui realizada seja ampliada para outra base de dados, especialmente livros e capítulos de livros especializados em Análise do Comportamento e/ou acerca do Desenvolvimento Moral / In Psychology, the moral is usually considered as a set of mores, habits, values and rules of a specific society or culture. Several approaches give some attention to the Moral Development field, however only a few studies adopt the Behavior Analysis perspective. This study aimed to do a review of the behavioral analytic production about Moral Development, addressing the most frequently studied questions, in the theoretical field and both experimental and applied, comparing this production with what is being produced in other psychological approaches. Hence, a literature review was conducted on the main journals of the field, as well as on the books Sobre Comportamento e Cognição and Comportamento em Foco. The analysis of the selected data shows that although the \"moral development\" terminology is slightly used by behavior analysts, the research conducted on the field embraces the consideration of sequence and progression on the development of morality, education and parental practices. In this framework, the moral behavior has been treated in the perspective of rule governance, addressing the correspondence between saying and doing and prosocial behaviors. Some similarities and differences are analyzed between these studies and the ones developed by other psychological approaches. In general, it is noted that the Moral Development theme is commonly confused with Infant Psychology, possibly because emphasis is given to the pattern acquisition of moral behavior, which occurs mostly in our society during the early years of life. It is suggested that the analysis conducted in this study should be expanded to other databases, especially books and chapters of books specialized in Behavior Analysis and/or Moral Development

Indução de léxicos bilíngües e regras para a tradução automática / Induction of translation lexicons and transfer rules for machine translation

A Tradução Automática (TA) -- tradução de uma língua natural (fonte) para outra (alvo) por meio de programas de computador -- é uma tarefa árdua devido, principalmente, à necessidade de um conhecimento lingüístico aprofundado das duas (ou mais) línguas envolvidas para a construção de recursos, como gramáticas de tradução, dicionários bilíngües etc. A escassez de recursos lingüísticos, e mesmo a dificuldade em produzi-los, geralmente são fatores limitantes na atuação dos sistemas de TA, restringindo-os, por exemplo, quanto ao domínio de aplicação. Neste contexto, diversos métodos vêm sendo propostos com o intuito de gerar, automaticamente, conhecimento lingüístico a partir dos recursos multilíngües e, assim, tornar a construção de tradutores automáticos menos trabalhosa. O projeto ReTraTos, apresentado neste documento, é uma dessas propostas e visa à indução automática de léxicos bilíngües e de regras de tradução a partir de corpora paralelos etiquetados morfossintaticamente e alinhados lexicalmente para os pares de idiomas português--espanhol e português--inglês. O sistema proposto para a indução de regras de tradução apresenta uma abordagem inovadora na qual os exemplos de tradução são divididos em blocos de alinhamento e a indução é realizada para cada bloco, separadamente. Outro fator inovador do sistema de indução é uma filtragem mais elaborada das regras induzidas. Além dos sistemas de indução de léxicos bilíngües e de regras de tradução, implementou-se também um módulo de tradução automática para permitir a validação dos recursos induzidos. Os léxicos bilíngües foram avaliados intrinsecamente e os resultados obtidos estão de acordo com os relatados na literatura para essa área. As regras de tradução foram avaliadas direta e indiretamente por meio do módulo de TA e sua utilização trouxe um ganho na tradução palavra-a-palavra em todos os sentidos (fonte--alvo e alvo--fonte) para a tradução dos idiomas em estudo. As traduções geradas com os recursos induzidos no ReTraTos também foram comparadas às geradas por sistemas comerciais, apresentando melhores resultados para o par de línguas português--espanhol do que para o par português--inglês. / Machine Translation (MT) -- the translation of a natural (source) language into another (target) by means of computer programs -- is a hard task, mainly due to the need of deep linguistic knowledge about the two (or more) languages required to build resources such as translation grammars, bilingual dictionaries, etc. The scarcity of linguistic resources or even the difficulty to build them often limits the use of MT systems, for example, to certain application domains. In this context, several methods have been proposed aiming at generating linguistic knowledge automatically from multilingual resources, so that building translation tools becomes less hard. The ReTraTos project presented in this document is one of these proposals and aims at inducing translation lexicons and transfer rules automatically from PoS-tagged and lexically aligned translation examples for Portuguese--Spanish and Portuguese--English language pairs. The rule induction system brings forth a new approach, in which translation examples are split into alignment blocks and induction is performed for each type of block separately. Another new feature of this system is a more elaborate strategy for filtering the induced rules. Besides the translation lexicon and the transfer rule induction systems, we also implemented a MT module for validating the induced resources. The induced translation lexicons were evaluated intrinsically and the results obtained agree with those reported on the literature. The induced translation rules were evaluated directly and indirectly by the MT module, and improved the word-by-word translation in both directions (source--target and target--source) for the languages under study. The target sentences obtained by the induced resources were also compared to those generated by commercial systems, showing better results for Portuguese--Spanish than for Portuguese--English.

Grounded on these motives, some documents (Laws, Rules and Standards, Curricular Organization), which are part of the base of the educational reforms, occurred within the studied period, will be analyzed. / Este trabalho coloca-se no âmbito da Historiografia Lingüística, procurando investigar a formação dos professores da educação básica, especialmente na ênfase dada à formação para o ensino de Língua Portuguesa. O enfoque, a partir do qual o trabalho que aqui propomos se desenvolveu, parte do pressuposto de que a educação, como um fenômeno cultural, encontra-se inserida em um contexto social, econômico e político e, portanto, a análise que se buscou fazer situa-se dentro da História e da Historiografia Lingüística, as quais nos permitem observar as interações que ocorrem entre as dimensões política, social e educativa. Para tanto, serão analisados alguns documentos (Leis, Decretos e Parâmetros, Organização Curricular), que são a base das reformas educacionais ocorridas dentro do período estudado.

O presente estudo tem por objetivo registrar a variação dialetal no léxico do município de Guiratinga-MT. Para isto utilizou-se do Questionário Semântico-Lexical do projeto ALiB, versão 2001, na recolha in loco do corpus, a qual se deu em conformidade com os princípios metodológicos da Geolinguística atual, em três pontos do município: a sede e dois distritos.Na sede foram entrevistados 05 homens e 05 mulheres em cada uma das quatro faixas etárias estabelecidas: acima de 65 anos, 50/64 anos, 35/49 anos e 20/34 anos; no distrito 1, Alcantilado, entrevistaram-se 02 homens e 02 mulheres em cada faixa etária; no distrito 2, Vale Rico, os sujeitos entrevistados foram 03 homens e 03 mulheres, também naquelas faixas etárias. Os dados obtidos a partir dessas respostas estão em tabelas nas quais consideram ponto linguístico, faixa etária, gênero e frequência absoluta e relativa de acordo com as noções de estatística lexical de Muller. Ao final de cada área semântica expõem-se as lexias mais frequentes em histogramas, e a seguir se dão as análises, privilegiando a abordagem semântico-lexical, com base em Rastier semas inerentes e aferentes , a partir da concepção de norma de Coseriu. Enfim, a pesquisa apresenta a realidade linguística de um pequeno município do centro-oeste do Brasil, antes que ela se perca pela ação natural de dinâmica e mutabilidade da própria língua ou por questões denominadas homogeneizadoras. / The present study has as aim to register the lexical dialectal variation of Guiratinga-MT; In order to reach that objective, the Semantics-Lexical Questionnaire, of the ALiB project, version 2001, was used during the collection of corpus in loco, according to the current Geolinguistics methodological principles, in three sites: the headquarter (the town) and two districts. In the headquarter, 5 men and 5 women from each of the following age categories were interviewed: over 65 years old, 50/64 years old, 35/49 years old and 20/34 years old; in the first district, Alcantilado, 2 men and 2 women of those age categories were interviewed. The obtained data are in tables which consider linguistics point, age, gender, and, absolute and relative frequency, in accordance to Mullers lexical statistics notion. At the end of each semantical field, the most frequent lexis were exposed in histograms, followed by analysis, granting the semantical lexical approach, based on Rastier inherent and afferent semas from the model conception of Coseriu. Finally, the study presents the linguistics reality of a small town in the Brazilian Midwest, before it disappears because of the natural action of dynamics and changeability of the own language, or because of homogenizing matters.
