La présente thèse tend à démontrer l’existence d’une langue oraculaire, spécifique au sanctuaire apollinien de Delphes ; elle s’appuie sur un corpus de deux cent vingt et un oracles conçus dans l’esprit de la divination chresmologique delphique. Ces textes recueillis par les inscriptions, et surtout par la littérature qui les cite abondamment, servent de supports d’analyse pour dégager les traits caractéristiques de la formulation oraculaire, linguistiques, stylistiques et poétiques au sens large du terme. L’étude part des recueils d’oracles qui se sont constitués dès l’époque classique, avec des buts divers, et ont perduré jusqu’à l’époque impériale romaine. La première partie, qui analyse la présence de la chresmologie dans les textes, vise à y retrouver des traces de la divination delphique et à établir toutes les étapes de la production et de la réception oraculaire. Une fois ces données présentées, la deuxième partie fait une étude systématique des recueils d’oracles delphiques, de l’Antiquité à nos jours ; elle envisage aussi les oracles cités. La troisième partie a pour but de travailler les seuls textes dans le seul contexte de leur production et de révéler ce qui fait à la fois l’unité et la diversité du corpus : en relevant des procédés de langue et de style, l’étude définit une langue spécifique à l’Apollon de Delphes : la langue d’Apollon. / The study of 221 oracles from the Delphic sanctuary shows how a language has been created, specific to the sanctuary of Delphi : it is the voice of the god Apollo and his own language. The oracular texts, conceived in the spirit of the Delphic chresmologic divination, collected by inscriptions and especially by the literature which quotes them abundantly, are used as supports to analyse the linguistic, stylistic and poetic aspects and processes of the Delphic oracular language. The first part, which analyses the presence of the Delphic divination in the texts, shows that linguistically the oracles are exchanges between an enquirer and the god ; it is possible to find all the stages of their production and reception. The second part analyses the setting up of the Delphic collections, from Antiquity to our times. The third part shows a strong propensity for establishing linguistical codes, when it offers examples of meticulous, argumentative constructions. It also underlines the importance of the images (metaphors), puns, plays on syntactic or lexical antitheses, frequent riddles which the god subjects to the clearsightedness of the enquirers. The Delphic oracles are considered to be quoted texts which vary less in their enunciation than in their functions. We can tell that an oracular genre really exists, but the particular genre cannot exist without the others genres and depends on them. A Delphic oracular genre really exists, because the Delphic shrine was very powerful and very well known in the ancient Greek civilization as a cultural center, because we find in the Greek literature imitations of the oracles (pastiche and parody). Even if the texts do not belong to a specific and independent work, they present many linguistic and stylistic common marks : La langue d’Apollon (Apollo’s language).

A comunicação ineficiente dos objetivos estratégicos, a falta de definição de critérios quantitativos e qualitativos para o estabelecimento das ações em nível operacional e a ausência de um sistema de acompanhamento por ocasião da implementação estratégica, pode gerar uma baixa eficiência dos resultados, quanto à consecução dos objetivos propostos. Sendo assim, com o objetivo de aprofundar os princípios e práticas da utilização da medição de desempenho, este trabalho busca consolidar uma sistemática para operacionalização da estratégia utilizando o Balanced Scorecard por meio de análise crítica da pesquisa bibliográfica e da utilização do Método Delphi para consultar especialistas da área. A sistemática proposta é composta por quatro fases distintas que visam otimizar a utilização do Balanced Scorecard por meio da utilização de métodos, ferramentas e contribuições do autor desta tese. A primeira fase consiste na análise do posicionamento estratégico da organização. A segunda fase elabora um diagnóstico estratégico utilizando dois métodos: a análise SWOT e o Método da Global Business Network. A terceira fase é a operacionalização do Balanced Scorecard utilizando o resultado das fases anteriores e ferramentas estratégicas, tais como: análise de cenários para a definição de objetivos estratégicos; dinâmica de sistemas para a construção de mapas estratégicos; o performance prism para a seleção de indicadores; utilização do benchmarking estratégico para o monitoramento das metas; a metodologia CommonKADS e o gerenciamento pelas diretrizes para a gestão estratégica de iniciativas e o orçamento perpétuo para elaboração do orçamento estratégico. A última fase identifica mecanismos para sistematizar o aprendizado estratégico utilizando os conceitos de aprendizagem e enfoque sistêmico de Argyris e Schön (1978). Após a definição da sistemática procedeu-se a validação de suas fases e etapas por meio da aplicação do Método Delphi, onde a visão dos especialistas foi sistematizada e analisada para compor o resultado final deste trabalho.

Background: The Good Lives Model (GLM) is a novel strengths-based rehabilitation framework, the principles of which are increasingly being integrated into sexual offender treatment programmes. Previous research has suggested that positive therapist characteristics are empirically associated with treatment change in sexual offender treatment. However, considering the theoretically informed shift from a deficits-based approach to a strengths-based approach in GLM-consistent treatment (GLM-CT), it is reasonable to suggest that therapist characteristics might be reflected differently. Objective: To explore and identify, by expert opinion, what therapist characteristics are important in GLM-consistent treatment and how they might be recognised in a treatment session. Methods: A systematic review of the literature was carried out to appraise the reporting quality of studies that used the Delphi method to develop knowledge on psychotherapeutic models. The empirical study used a three-round Delphi method, a structured consensus-gathering technique, with 28 GLM experts from five different countries. The data in the first round were analysed using content analysis, and data in subsequent round were analysed using descriptive statistics. Results: The systematic review found that the reporting quality in Delphi method studies was respectable in relation to the preparatory stages; however, the reporting quality of aspects of the Delphi methodology important for interpreting the results varied. In regards to the empirical paper, experts endorsed 71 items reflecting the GLM ethos and principles in treatment, listed between twelve categories. Conclusions: The results of the present study suggested that therapeutic characteristics previously identified in sexual offending treatment are indeed important in GLM-consistent treatment. However, additional characteristics were highlighted as important by experts, including emphasis on future-focused and strengths-based language, motivational interviewing skills, flexibility with session material and a good knowledge of clients’ good lives plans. Finally, the results indicated that use of self-disclosure and directiveness in GLM-CT might need to be elucidated in future research.

Nesse contexto, os cenários podem fornecer tendências alternativas sobre o futuro e suas incertezas, tornando possível preparar antecipadamente a instituição para as ameaças e oportunidades. O objetivo principal deste trabalho é uma contribuição metodológica utilizando técnicas prospectivas, Método Delphi, Matriz de Impactos Cruzados e Cenários Prospectivos, que possa ser empregada como ferramenta auxiliar no planejamento estratégico em corredores de transporte de carga. Inicialmente são apresentadas as definições e finalidades do planejamento e da prospecção, assim como do Método Delphi e da Matriz de Impactos Cruzados. Em Cenários Prospectivos, são descritos e comparados alguns métodos utilizados em sua elaboração, bem como se enumeram algumas instituições, públicas e privadas, que adotam esta técnica para a elaboração de estratégias futuras. A seguir, são relatadas as etapas do estudo de caso. Os resultados obtidos possibilitaram, a partir dos eventos selecionados pelos peritos, compor vários Cenários Prospectivos relativos ao Porto de Paranaguá para o ano de 2012. Dentre eles foram analisados três com as respectivas avaliações dos eventos.
