O cotidiano de uma escola rural ribeirinha na Amazônia: práticas e saberes na relação escola-comunidade / The daily life of a rural riverside school in Amazonian: practices and knowledges in school-community relation

Essa pesquisa teve como alvo a dinâmica cotidiana da vida escolar em uma comunidade rural ribeirinha, localizada no entorno de uma cidade amazônica. Com o acelerado crescimento demográfico das metrópoles e sua intensa e desordenada expansão, comunidades ribeirinhas vem sendo incorporadas ao espaço urbano, com significativas alterações em seu modo de vida e formas de enfrentamento das questões ambientais, econômicas e sociais, que até recentemente não se configuravam no cotidiano destas localidades. O estudo buscou investigar os agenciamentos operados na escola na produção de modos de subjetivação, no contexto destas transformações. Para tal, procurou-se caracterizar a comunidade e o estabelecimento educacional em seus aspectos históricos, políticos e sociais; procurou-se descrever cenas do cotidiano escolar, investigando práticas, e trazendo as avaliações e expectativas sobre a escola e a relação escola-comunidade. A pesquisa, de cunho qualitativo, foi desenvolvida através do estudo de caso etnográfico, adotando como procedimento de investigação a observação participante, a análise documental e a realização de entrevistas. Buscou-se ainda aliar alguns pressupostos que norteiam a pesquisa cartográfica com o campo de estudos com o cotidiano. A leitura dos dados foi feita com base no aporte teórico fornecido principalmente pela análise institucional e esquizoanálise. Para análise do material discursivo utilizou-se o método de análise de conteúdo. O estudo apontou a importância que os moradores atribuem à escola, sendo percebida como componente que favorece a melhoria das condições de vida. Estas concepções são partilhadas com os agentes institucionais, que afirmam a importância da escola enquanto responsável pela socialização e transmissão de conhecimentos acumulados pela humanidade. A escola apresenta-se distante da realidade local, desqualifica o saber tradicional, impondo concepções mercantilizadas e a transmissão de um saber hegemônico, reforçador de uma estrutura de desigualdades. As dificuldades escolares são identificadas como consequência das dificuldades do aluno, de sua família e do ambiente rural. Cabe à escola empreender práticas necessárias à socialização dos alunos e à transmissão de conteúdos e valores necessários à inserção no mercado de trabalho e ao modo de vida citadino. A escola engendra práticas coercitivas, que instituem a diferença como algo qualitativamente inferior, vivenciada como negação. Entretanto, se por um lado é valorizada por representar a possibilidade de ascensão social, por outro, questiona-se a possibilidade de a escola concretizar sonhos e esperanças. Mas algo escapa aos processos de modelização de subjetividades. Há táticas usadas no enfrentamento das estratégias propostas pelo sistema de ensino, que em certos momentos se desprendem da trama dominante e podem movimentar a criação de outros sentidos. A pesquisa intenta contribuir para a compreensão dos atravessamentos presentes nas ações pedagógicas que constituem o cotidiano escolar, potencializando a desnaturalização de práticas instituídas e a produção de novos processos de subjetivação que agenciem o enfrentamento ao projeto histórico de escolarização estabelecido para a educação rural. / This research has targeted the daily dynamics of school life in a rural riverside community located in the vicinity of an Amazonian city. With the fast increasing population growth of cities and their intense and disorderly expansion, riverside communities have been incorporated into the urban space, with significant changes in their lifestyle and ways of dealing with environmental, economic and social subjects, which until recently was not incorporated in the everyday of these communities. The study sought to investigate the agencies operated in the school production of subjectivity modes in these transformations context. To achieve this, we sought to characterize the community and the educational establishment in their historical, political and social aspects, sought to describe scenes of everyday school life, investigating practices, and providing assessments and expectations on the school and school-community partnership. The survey, of qualitative nature, was developed through an ethnographic case study, adopting as research procedure the participant observation, document analysis and interviewing of the subjects. We tried to combine some further assumptions that guide the cartographic research with the field studies with the everyday. The reading of data was based on the theoretical support provided mainly by institutional analysis and schizoanalysis. For analysis of the discursive material it was used the method of content analysis. The study pointed out the importance that residents give to school, being perceived as a component which promotes the improvement of conditions in which they live. These conceptions are shared with institutional agents, whom affirm the importance of school as responsible for socialization and transmission of knowledge accumulated by mankind. The school presents itself away from the local reality, discredits the traditional and popular knowledge, imposing concepts and commoditized transmission of hegemonic knowledge, reinforcing a structure of inequalities. The learning difficulties and disorders are identified as a result of the students problems, his familys and the rural environments. It is for the school to undertake the necessary practical socialization of students and the transmission of content and values necessary for integration into the labor market and the way of city life. The school engenders coercive practices, establishing the difference as something qualitatively inferior, experienced as negation. However, if one part is valued because it represents the possibility of social ascent, on the other hand, the possibility of the school to realize hopes and dreams is questioned. But something escapes the modeling processes of subjectivity. There are tactics used in coping with the strategies proposed by the education system, which at times come off the plot dominant and can move the creation of other senses. The research intends to contribute to the understanding of these crossings in the pedagogical actions that constitute the school daily, increasing to unnatural practices and introduced new production processes of subjectivity that agencies confronting the historical project of education provided to rural education.

Trafikpolitik och regional omvandling : Beslutsprocesserna om isbrytningen längs Norrlandskusten 1940-1975 / Transport Policy and Regional Transformation : The Decision-making Processes Concerning Ice-breaking along the Coast of Norrland, Sweden, 1940-1975

The aim of this thesis is to understand the decision-making processes concerning ice-breaking along the coast of Norrland, with the specific aim to analyse the activities of regional interest groups in the Norrland region and government agents at different administrative levels at the key stages of the decision-making processes: initiation, drafting and decision-making. The thesis also explores how institutional factors at different administrative levels affected the agents that were involved at those stages of the decision-making processes. As navigation along the northern Swedish coast must negotiate winter conditions which causes ports to freeze over, the government ice-breaking service functions as an instrument to compensate the export firms in Norrland for these constrains. Year-round navigation in the north Swedish coastal waters was achieved through a series of decision-making processes that took place during the period from 1940 to 1975. These decision-making processes are important to study since ice-breaking was an integrated component of the expanding heavy basic industries in Norrland and thereby for the rapidly growing exports during the 1950s and 1960s. This period is the decisive point in the economic history of the Norrland region regarding how the natural resources should be exploited and how exports should be advanced. This study concludes that the decision-making processes were initiated by government agents at different administrative levels. Official investigatory commissions were set up at several occasions to deal with issues related to the government ice-breaker service by the ministries responsible for ice-breaker policy. It is also demonstrated that the decision-making processes concerning ice-breaker investments were initiated by the government boards that were responsible for the operation of the ice-breaker service. In this respect, the study concludes that the government activities during the initiation stages should not be confused as a sign of regional interest group passivity on these issues. The activities of the interest groups during the initiation stages were primarily intended to draw attention to the problems caused by winter to regional shipping, in order to put the issue on the political agenda. As the decision-making processes proceeded into the drafting stages, the participation from regional interest groups was much more significant as the government offered interest groups forums and procedures for structural consulting through various organisational arrangements. The regional interest groups that participated in those arrangements were industrial firms in the heavy basic industries sector. In those cases other regional interest groups participated, they would promote the interests of those firms. As a result, the final drafts from committees and government bodies included arguments that favoured an expansion of ice-breaking to promote the growth of the heavy basic industries in the Norrland region. The analysis of the decision-making stages suggests that a combination of institutional factors at different administrative levels contributed to the outcome of the decision-making processes. One result is that the general aims of macro policy such as trade policy, growth policy and regional development policy were favourable towards an expansion of the government ice-breaker service, which would benefit the export industries in the Norrland region. Another result is that the sectoral organization within the government maritime bodies contributed significantly to the outcome of the decision-making processes. Large-scale planning and operational experimentation was allowed to take place within the ice-breaker service, which convinced the government that ice-breaking and winter navigation was a feasible transport alternative.

In this dissertation, the journey of this branch will be analyzed throughout Brazilian capitalism History. The main goal is to verify how BNDESPAR performance changed over time. Thereunto, the relationships of power over the strategy on how the branch should perform will be commentated. For this study, the methodological tools from Economic Sociology will be used, mainly the ones related to institutional analysis of organizations. Based on Neil Fligstein, Economics will be seen as a space for dispute, in which transformation, crisis and stability play roles. Therefore, the performances of the social groups that helped building the operation strategies from BNDESPAR will be mapped, since the beginning to nowadays. We will analyze the symbolic actions took by these social actors, and how they resignified BNDESPAR’s tactics. The data was obtained through research over the annual reports provided by BNDES, as well as news articles. / A BNDES PARTICIPAÇÕES (BNDESPAR) surgiu em 1974 como uma subsidiária integral do Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento (BNDES). Neste trabalho, as atenções estarão voltadas para a trajetória dessa subsidiária ao longo da história do Capitalismo brasileiro. O objetivo geral consiste em verificar como o formato de atuação da BNDESPAR se transformou através do tempo. Para isso, serão analisadas as relações de forças ocorridas em torno da definição da estratégia de atuação da subsidiária. Para o estudo, será utilizado o ferramental metodológico da análise institucional das organizações e da sociologia econômica. Será entendido, amparado em Neil Fligstein, o espaço econômico como um ambiente de disputas, no qual se passa por momentos de transformações, estabilização e crises. Dessa forma, serão mapeadas as atuações dos grupos sociais que contribuíram para construir as estratégias de atuação da BNDESPAR desde o seu surgimento até o período atual. Serão analisadas as ações simbólicas desses atores e como eles ressignificaram os entendimentos acerca do funcionamento da BNDESPAR. Os dados foram obtidos através de pesquisa documental em relatórios anuais do BNDES e mapeamento da mídia do negócio.

The political economy of economic diversification in Nigeria

As Africa's largest economy and its most populous country, over a decade of rapid economic growth in Nigeria contributed to the 'Africa Rising' narrative. However, like many African commodity exporters, this economic growth, billions of dollars in oil earnings and electoral democracy have not translated into a diversified and industrial economy. This study examines why the Nigerian economy remains so dependent on oil and is non-industrial, which I argue are economic and development outcomes of specific policy choices constrained by Nigeria's institutional configuration or the political settlement. In this endeavour, my central preoccupation is with the political processes of decision making which at any point in time favour one policy choice over the other in resource-rich and plural societies such as Nigeria, and the economic and development outcomes of these policy choices. I employ the political settlements analytical framework to unveil these political processes and the conditions they create in which certain policies are preferred over others. This entails an examination of the causal relationship within the three variables of 'constraints', 'policies' and 'economic and development outcomes'. I argue that understanding Nigeria's challenges of economic diversification requires an examination of its political settlement to identify horizontal (elite competition), vertical (societal agitations for resource redistribution) and external (oil shocks) constraints on a ruling coalition, and the specific economic policy responses each constraint generates. Essentially, my research explains how policy makers are constrained to pursue certain courses of action over others, and the outcomes of these policies on economic growth and the structural transformation of production, exports and government revenue. In the Nigerian context, the study also examines how sub-national and regional differentiation in the distribution of growth in states like Lagos and Kano affect future political processes and their policy outcomes. The thesis draws from multiple data sources, including economic data, semi-structured interviews with various stakeholders, documentary sources, and participant and non-participant observation.

Commons Governance for Robust Systems: Irrigation Systems Study Under a Multi-Method Approach

abstract: Sustainability depends in part on our capacity to resolve dilemmas of the commons in Coupled Infrastructure Systems (CIS). Thus, we need to know more about how to incentivize individuals to take collective action to manage shared resources. Moreover, given that we will experience new and more extreme weather events due to climate change, we need to learn how to increase the robustness of CIS to those shocks. This dissertation studies irrigation systems to contribute to the development of an empirically based theory of commons governance for robust systems. I first studied the eight institutional design principles (DPs) for long enduring systems of shared resources that the Nobel Prize winner Elinor Ostrom proposed in 1990. I performed a critical literature review of 64 studies that looked at the institutional configuration of CIS, and based on my findings I propose some modifications of their definitions and application in research and policy making. I then studied how the revisited design principles, when analyzed conjointly with biophysical and ethnographic characteristics of CISs, perform to avoid over-appropriation, poverty and critical conflicts among users of an irrigation system. After carrying out a meta-analysis of 28 cases around the world, I found that particular combinations of those variables related to population size, countries corruption, the condition of water storage, monitoring of users behavior, and involving users in the decision making process for the commons governance, were sufficient to obtain the desired outcomes. The two last studies were based on the Peruvian Piura Basin, a CIS that has been exposed to environmental shocks for decades. I used secondary and primary data to carry out a longitudinal study using as guidance the robustness framework, and different hypothesis from prominent collapse theories to draw potential explanations. I then developed a dynamic model that shows how at the current situation it is more effective to invest in rules enforcement than in the improvement of the physical infrastructure (e.g. reservoir). Controle judicial das políticas públicas: contribuição ao estudo do tema da judicialização da política pela abordagem da análise institucional comparada de Neil K. Komesar / Judicial review of public policies

As políticas públicas decorrem de escolhas a respeito de fins, meios e prioridades da ação estatal. O judiciário vem desempenhando papel cada vez mais destacado tanto no desenho como na implementação de políticas públicas. Sua participação ocorre, sobretudo, quando do controle judicial de atos administrativos e legislativos. Nessa oportunidade, fins e meios que haviam sido escolhidos pelos demais Poderes sujeitam-se à revisão judicial, dada a inafastável subordinação dessas escolhas ao ordenamento jurídico. Esse fenômeno, comumente denominado judicialização da política, introduz outro nível de escolha, além daquelas a respeito dos fins (o que?) e dos meios (como?): a escolha a respeito de quem deve fazer essas escolhas (quem?). Subjacente ao debate sobre os limites da revisão judicial das políticas públicas está, consciente ou inconscientemente, a busca por saber qual a instituição mais vocacionada a decidir sobres as variáveis fins e meios da forma mais aderente ao interesse público. O tema é enfrentado por uma vasta literatura, compilada segundo o tipo de abordagem: dogmática/deontológica, institucional/consequencialista, teoria política e crítica da capacidade institucional. O presente trabalho pretende contribuir para o debate introduzindo duas críticas. A primeira, relativa à tradicional abordagem dogmática/consequencialista, volta-se contra a crença disseminada nas escolas de direito e tribunais de que os fins e meios das políticas públicas estão previamente dados no ordenamento jurídico, bastando uma mais ou menos sofisticada técnica de interpretação para serem revelados. Sem dúvida, o discurso dogmático-jurídico, por sua racionalidade própria, contribui (de forma não exclusiva) para a construção coletiva do sentido da ação e dos fins do Estado. Todavia, a depender de qual instituição for encarregada de fazer, na prática, a escolha a respeito dos fins, meios e prioridades da ação estatal, haverá diferentes resultados. Em uma frase, a escolha de quem escolhe pode ser a escolha do que se escolhe. Por essa razão, ao lado do debate a respeito dos fins da ação estatal, deve o juiz ou o formulador de política pública levar em consideração também a análise institucional. Essa formulação não deixa de ser o objeto central dos trabalhos recolhidos sob a designação crítica da capacidade institucional, para os quais determinadas características institucionais do judiciário limitam sua capacidade de lidar com questões coletivas. Entretanto, os trabalhos dessa abordagem centram o foco apenas e tão somente nas falhas institucionais do processo adjudicatório, sem compará-las com as falhas e limitações das demais instituições, em especial o processo político (executivo e legislativo) e o processo de trocas (mercado). Contra essa abordagem monoinstitucional é que se volta a segunda crítica: sendo todas instituições imperfeitas, é imprescindível uma análise institucional comparada, que pondere as forças e fraquezas relativas de cada uma. A serviço do argumento, é apresentada a teoria da análise institucional comparada, de Neil K. Komesar (1994), e a metodologia de análise que propõe para a tarefa: o modelo centrado na participação. / This work aims at a contribution to the debate on the judicialization of politics, focusing on two critics to the current debate in the law field, in Brazil: (i) the traditional dogmatic/consequentialist approach to the issues concerned; and (ii) the institutional capacity critiques prevalent monoinstitutional analysis. Public policies results from decisions considering priorities and objectives of state action, as well as the available tools. The judiciary has increasingly been requested to play a prominent role in both the design and the implementation of public policies, especially for revising decisions taken by the Executive and the Legislative powers. As a result, the Judiciary has become the last instance to evaluate the appropriateness of the Executives and Legislatives decisions, a phenomenon named the judicialization of politics. The traditional debate on public policies focuses on the questions about the goals (what?) and the tools (how?) elected by the policy-maker. The phenomenon of the judicialization of politics introduces a new instance of decisions to the policy arena, claiming then for a new level of analysis in the law and public policy debate: who might decide? The proposal is favor the search for the institution best equipped to decide on the objectives and tools as aligned to the public interest. I have compiled the current debate on those topics in four categories, according to their approach: (i) dogmatic/deontological; (ii) institutional/consequentialist; (iii) political theory; and (iv) institutional capacity critique. The first critic I address in this work is to the traditional dogmatic/consequentialist approach. Widely spread in law schools and courts, such approach proclaims that the legal system itself has already defined all the goals and tools for public policies; therefore, to the judicial review remains the role of interpreting the law solely. This approach ignores that depending on who decides there may be different results. Alongside the debate about the purposes of state action either the judge or the policy-maker might take into account the institutional capacity. The institutional capacity critique approach contributes then with the assertion that institutional characteristics of the judicial system may limit its ability to deal with communitarian issues. My reading is that this institutional capacity analysis is however limited, as it centers exclusively in the institutional failures of the adjudicatory process. Such monoinstitucional analysis disregards the flaws and limitations of other institutions, particularly those comprehending the political process (executive and legislative) and the market. My critic to the institutional analysis critique is that any institution is imperfect; therefore it is essential to consider the strengths and weaknesses of each whenever a decision about who has to decide is to be taken. Que(m) nomeia a deficiência? / Who/what, does denominate disability?

Este trabalho estuda os modos de produção discursiva do que se denomina, na atualidade, deficiência. Vale-se da análise institucional do discurso, proposta por Marlene Guirado, como referência teórico-metodológica em todas as etapas da pesquisa, em especial para a análise das entrevistas realizadas. Estas trazem à cena o discurso de quatro pessoas (re)conhecidas como pessoas com deficiência e de seus familiares; todas as quatro matriculadas na rede municipal de ensino de uma cidade próxima à cidade de São Paulo. O período de realização das entrevistas (2008-2010) coincide com o momento em que as práticas vinculadas ao modelo tradicional de ensino ofertado àqueles alunos (educação especial) passam a ser substituídas por práticas enunciadas como visando outro modelo de ensino, denominado educação inclusiva. Também é analisado o discurso de seis educadores e seis profissionais de outras áreas, todos eles ligados direta ou indiretamente às quatro pessoas com deficiência e em contato direto ou indireto entre si, no cotidiano profissional. Analisadas uma a uma, as entrevistas são agrupadas primeiramente pela sua origem, a saber: pessoas e familiares; educadores e terapeutas. São analisadas as singularidades que se destacam em cada entrevista e as regularidades que se desenham pela repetição de termos e expressões no entrecruzamento desses discursos. Obtêm-se, dessa forma, categorias que não só constituem o campo discursivo específico do conjunto de entrevistas como indicam os gêneros discursivos e os modos particulares de dizer e colocar em circulação um discurso da deficiência. Assim efetivada, a análise permite afirmar que a deficiência, dita como falta, limitação, dificuldade; mostrada como imperfeição, doença, bloqueio, também é associada, pela negação, à capacidade/incapacidade dos sujeitos. A transitividade dos termos enunciados não é complementada senão com termos vagos e gerais, como artigos e pronomes indefinidos. Contrastada, no discurso, com as narrativas de experiências e histórias concretas de vida, em especial na fala das pessoas com deficiência e de seus familiares, a dimensão conceitual e abstrata da categoria deficiência parece não ter destaque na enunciação, dando lugar ao inefável da experiência humana / This is a study of modes of discourse production of the currently so-called disability. The institutional analysis of discourse as proposed by Marlene Guirado was used as a theoretical and methodological reference of the research study in all phases of this study, particularly in the analysis of the interviews. The interviews conveyed the discourses of four individuals known as people with disabilities and their families. The individuals were public school students from a town near the city of São Paulo, southeastern Brazil. The study was conducted during a transition period when the traditional model of special education was replaced with inclusive education. All interviews were carried out between 2008 and 2010. The discourses of six educators and six providers from other areas were also analyzed. They worked directly or indirectly with the individuals in study and maintained direct or indirect relationships between themselves during their daily work. The interviews were analyzed one by one and then grouped by their origin: individuals and their families; educators and therapists. Notable distinctive features and common characteristics of discourses evidenced by word repetition and use of similar expressions were examined. This analysis produced categories that not only marked specific discursive areas but also identified discourse genres and particular ways of expressing and conveying a discourse of disability. This analysis showed that disability articulated as lack, limitation, difficulty, and shown as imperfection, disease, and restraint is associated by denial with the subjects ability/inability. The transitivity of the terms used is complemented only with vague, general words such as articles and indefinite pronouns. The abstract conceptual dimension of the disability category contrasting with narratives of experiences and stories of real life, especially in the discourse of those with disabilities and their families, seems to have no highlight in the enunciation, giving rise to the inexpressible human experience

O presente trabalho consiste na realização de uma análise institucional do discurso do texto Introdução ao Narcisismo (Freud, 1914/2010), configurando assim uma pesquisa sobre o conceito de narcisismo que, ao tomá-lo por sua contextualização na obra freudiana, visa a um estudo que considere a especificidade de sua emergência no âmbito institucional da psicanálise e seu impacto no corpo da teoria freudiana. Busca-se, nesse sentido, pensar o narcisismo não apenas em referência ao seu conteúdo como conceito, mas principalmente em referência à sua qualidade de acontecimento no âmbito do pensamento freudiano, de modo que seja possível, a partir do texto em análise: traçar os sentidos adquiridos pelo conceito em relação ao seu contexto de produção e suas condições de possibilidade; procurar os pontos de tensão e ruptura na teoria; problematizar as verdades produzidas em relação àquilo que pretendem responder. Todo o trabalho circunscreve-se no domínio da Análise Institucional do Discurso (Guirado, 2010), a estratégia metodológica que permitiu o levantamento da questãotítulo, que dispõe as hipóteses norteadoras da pesquisa, que delimita os procedimentos de análise. Pela atenção ao contexto que se mostra no texto, ao modo como Freud faz a introdução desse conceito, às interlocuções travadas nessa introdução, as análises puderam configurar o narcisismo: como um saber que parece demarcar fronteiras institucionais ao reiterar, no âmbito da legitimidade da produção de conhecimento psicanalítico, a sexualidade; como um saber que parece instaurar pontos de tensão na teoria freudiana (desde a teoria das pulsões até a concepção de psiquismo e neurose) precisamente pelos efeitos do conceito de narcisismo como modo de enunciação; como um saber que parece introduzir um novo modo de falar/tratar do conceito de pulsão que dá foco aos seus movimentos de direção e localização entre o Eu e o objeto, e não à sua qualidade ou conteúdo , desenhando-se, a partir disso, o narcisismo como ponto de partida e condição de possibilidade de relação, no início da vida, e de formação de uma censura ao Eu real, no decorrer do desenvolvimento; como um saber que, pelas aberturas do discurso de Freud, mostra-se na tensão entre método e verdade / This work consists of making an institutional analysis of discourse of the text Introduction to Narcissism (Freud, 1914/2010), thus setting a research on the concept of narcissism that, taking it for its contextualization in Freud\'s work, aims at a study that considers the specificity of its emergence within the institutional framework of psychoanalysis and its impact on the body of Freudian theory. It seeks, in that sense, to think narcissism in reference not only to its content as a concept, but mostly in reference to its quality of event within the Freudian thought, so that it is possible, from the text analysis: to trace the senses acquired by the concept in relation to its context of production and its conditions of possibility; to look for the points of tension and rupture in the theory; to question the truths produced in relation to what they intended to respond. This work is limited in the field of Institutional Analysis of Discourse (Guirado, 2010), the methodological strategy that enabled the lifting of the question-title, that disposes the guiding hypotheses of the research, that delimits the analysis procedures. By paying attention to the context that is shown in the text, to how Freud introduces this concept, to the interlocutions made in this introduction, the analyses were able to configure the narcissism: as a knowledge that seems to demarcate institutional frontiers by reiterating, at the scope of legitimacy of production of psychoanalytic knowledge, the sexuality; as a knowledge that seems to place points of tension in Freudian theory (from the theory of the drives up to the conception of psyche and neurosis) precisely by the effects of the concept of narcissism as mode of enunciation; as a knowledge that seems to introduce a new way to talk/to deal with the concept of drive that gives focus to its movements of direction and location between the Self and the object, not to its quality or content , in a manner that the narcissism is placed as starting point and condition of possibility to relation, in the beginning of life, and to the formation of a censorship to the real Self, in the course of development; as a knowledge that, by the openings in Freuds discourse, presents itself in the tension between method and truth
