[pt] A perspectiva de entrada de novos concorrentes e a atual rede de postos revendedores existentes no mercado estão intimamente ligadas à inserção do segmento de combustíveis nos trilhos do mercado livre. Esta pesquisa estuda as possibilidades de retenção de postos revendedores por parte das distribuidoras de combustível. Tomando por base o modelo Delta (Hax e Wilde), investiga os atributos que possam vir a ser valorizados pelos clientes nas três perspectivas abordadas pelo modelo: economia do produto, economia do consumidor e economia do sistema. O estudo adota uma pesquisa de campo para identificação e avaliação dos atributos tanto por parte dos postos revendedores quanto das distribuidoras. Os resultados mostram os tanto graus de preferência quanto às discrepâncias entre eles no que diz respeito aos atributos avaliados por cada entidade - revendedor e distribuidora. Os resultados podem auxiliar as distribuidoras a melhorar seus posicionamentos estratégicos e a caminhar melhor na trajetória do modelo Delta, rumo à retenção de revendedores. / [en] The perspective of entry of new competitors in the market and the actual service stations network are closely linked to the insertion of the combustible segment in the open market. This research studies the possibilities of service stations` retention by the combustibles distributors. Taking the Delta model (Hax e Wilde) as base, investigates the attributes that can be valorized by the clients on the three perspectives of this model: product economy, consumer economy and system economy. The study uses a field research to identify and evaluate the attributes from the service stations as much as the distributors part. The results show the grades of preference and the discrepancies between them in concern of the evaluated attributes for each instance - retail and distributor. The results can also help the distributors to improve theirs strategical positioning and to walk toward the retail loyalty using the way of Delta Model.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la NIC 40 cuyo título es propiedades de inversión, la NIIF 13 con nombre de Medición al Valor Razonable y su impacto en las empresas dedicadas a ser estaciones de servicio ubicadas en Lima Centro durante el año 2018. Los instrumentos principales de investigación son las normas contables mencionadas anteriormente, cuya aplicación afecta la razonabilidad de la información financiera presentada por las organizaciones en general. En el primer capítulo, se trata el Marco Teórico, donde se realizan un estudio respecto a las normas contables vistas en el presente trabajo de investigación, definidas por sus dimensiones las cuales son Objetivo, Alcance, medición e información a revelar, así como realizar un resumen sobre el sector al que se aplicarán los objetivos de la investigación. En el capítulo 2, se plantean los problemas principales y secundarios, de igual forma los objetivos y las hipótesis para resolver los mismos. En el capítulo siguiente, se define la metodología de la investigación, el tipo de investigación a utilizar y las herramientas que van a ser utilizadas para poder obtener resultados cualitativos y cuantitativos. Posteriormente, en el capítulo 4 se realiza el desarrollo de la investigación explicado en líneas anterior. Para concluir, en el capítulo 5 se realiza el análisis de los resultados obtenidos, así como las pruebas estadísticas correspondientes con la ayuda de Software denominado SPSS. Así mismo, con el fin de obtener un mayor entendimiento del funcionamiento de las normas, se realizó un caso práctico donde se aplican las normas investigadas en el presente trabajo y se explica su impacto dentro de los resultados brindados por una empresa. / The purpose of this research work is to analyze IAS 40 whose title is investment properties, IFRS 13 with the name of Fair Value Measurement and its impact on companies dedicated to being service stations located in Lima Centro during 2018. The main instruments of investigation are the accounting standards mentioned above; whose application affects the reasonableness of the financial information presented by organizations in general. In the first chapter, the Theoretical Framework is discussed, where a study is carried out regarding the accounting standards seen in this research work, defined by their dimensions, which are Objective, Scope, measurement and information to be disclosed, as well as carrying out a summary on the sector to which the research objectives will be applied. In Chapter 2, the main and secondary problems are presented, as well as the intentions and the hypotheses to solve them. In the following chapter, the research technique is defined, the type of research to be used, as well as the tools that will be used to obtain qualitative and quantitative results. Subsequently, in Chapter 4 the development of the research explained in the previous lines is carried out. To conclude, in Chapter 5 the analysis of the results obtained is carried out, as well as the corresponding statistical tests with the help of Software called SPSS. Likewise, in order to obtain a better understanding of the operation of the standards, a practical case was carried out where the standards investigated in this work are applied and their impact is explained within the results provided by a company. / Tesis

This thesis deals with a new building technical control station, office space and hotel. The building is situated on three floors, on the first floor we find technical inspection station and office premises manual technical lines. On the second floor there are offices. On the third there is a hotel. The building is designed by a rectangular shape with a flat roof and on the third floor there is a trafficable terrace. The supporting structure consists masonry Porotherm and reinforced concrete system columns, which is found only on the first floor. The supporting structure of tensioned ceiling consists of prestressed beams ceilings Spiroll a concrete slab. External surface finish on the first floor is made up of silicate plaster paste and the remaining two floors are made of ventilated facades. Utility room is located on the first floor, from where a chimney Schiedel is build. Most of the floor space in the building are made of a carpet or tiles, only in the service line is epoxy coating

Целью данного проекта является разработка теоретических и методических подходов к управлению качеством и эффективности сервисного центра ООО «АМК-Екатеринбург» и обеспечение устойчивого дальнейшего развития. Проведенное исследование позволило доказать актуальность проблемы повышения эффективности производственной деятельности СТОА и сформулировать ряд теоретических выводов и практических рекомендаций. Особую значимость в обеспечении безопасности автомобильной техники сейчас приобретают автотехцентры автомобилестроительных компаний, составляющие фирменную сеть послепродажного обслуживания автомобилей, инфраструктура которых обеспечивает социальную и экономическую эффективность использования автомобилей. Сфера предоставления услуг должна функционировать таким образом, чтобы полностью удовлетворять требования клиентов с возможно малыми затратами средств и времени. Было проведено исследование практики управления качеством ПАО «АВТОВАЗ», а также произведен анализ предприятия ООО «АМК-Екатеринбург». Сбор, обработка и анализ показателей спроса на услуги ООО «АМК-Екатеринбург» позволяют целенаправленно подойти к их прогнозированию с целью изучения возможностей предприятия по удовлетворению обращений клиентуры по ТО и ремонту на перспективу. Расчет основных технико-экономических показателей показывает нам, что в целом предприятие работает эффективно. Выполнив технико-экономическое сравнение вариантов предприятия до модернизации и после, наиболее целесообразным из них является проектный вариант. / The aim of this project is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches to managing the quality and effectiveness of the service center of LLC AMK-Yekaterinburg and ensuring further development. The study allows us to prove the relevance of the problem of improving the efficiency of production activities of service stations and formulate a number of theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations. At present, auto-technical centers of the automotive industry have been acquired, which make up the company’s after-sales service network of automobiles, and the infrastructure that ensures the social and economic efficiency of car use. The scope of the provision of services should operate in such a way as to fully meet the requirements of customers with low cost and time. A study of the quality management practice of PJSC AvtoVAZ was carried out, as well as an analysis of the enterprise LLC AMK-Yekaterinburg. The collection, processing and analysis of demand indicators for the services of AMK-Yekaterinburg LLC allow you to purposefully switch to their forecasting in order to explore opportunities to meet customer needs. Calculation of the main technical and economic indicators shows that the company works efficiently. A technical and economic comparison of the project options before modernization and after has been issued, the most appropriate of which is the project version.
