[pt] O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar a avaliação ergonômica da usabilidade de um ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA) para demonstrar que a falta de conhecimento dos benefícios da usabilidade e do ergodesign pode contribuir com a baixa qualidade do ensino a distância. O ambiente virtual de aprendizagem do CEAD/IFES-ES foi o objeto do estudo e para realizar esta avaliação definiu-se os seguintes métodos e técnicas: aplicação do questionário SUS, Avaliação Cooperativa e Avaliação Heurística. Os resultados obtidos com esta avaliação apontaram que este ambiente apresenta graves problemas de usabilidade. E, a partir destes resultados, foi possível gerar recomendações de melhoria da usabilidade e do design da interface do ambiente. Espera-se que este estudo possa auxiliar outras pesquisas que visam melhorar a qualidade dos ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem. / [en] This study’s aim was carry through the ergonomic evaluation of the usability in a virtual learning environment to demonstrate how the lack of usability criteria and ergodesign can contribute with low quality of the distance education. The study’s object was CEAD/IFES-ES’s virtual learning environment and to conduct this evaluation the following methods and techniques were applied: SUS questionnaire, Cooperative Evaluation and Heuristic Evaluation. The obtained results pointed that this environment presents serious usability problems and showed that was possible to generate improvement recommendations for this interface environment with usability and design. There’s a hope that this scientific investigation can help other researches to improve the quality of virtual learning environments.

[pt] Uma questão central percorre a filosofia de Gilles Deleuze, a da determinação das multiplicidades nelas mesmas: o que são; qual a sua matéria; seus elementos; o tipo de relação que elas implicam; sua realidade singular e seus acontecimentos. Nossa pretensão foi explorar essa questão a partir do mapeamento de três registros fundamentais: o primeiro, correspondente à emergência das multiplicidades no livro Bergsonismo; o segundo, correspondente à elaboração de uma teoria das multiplicidades, propriamente deleuziana, presente em Diferença e Repetição e; por fim, em uma projeção prático-política a que o conceito é alçado em Mil Platôs. / [en] A central question runs through the Gilles Deleuze s philosophy, the determination of multiplicities in themselves: what they are; what the substance is; their elements; the type of relationship they imply; their singular reality and their events. Our intention was to explore this issue the mapping of three fundamental registers: the first corresponds to the emergency of multiplicities in the Bergsonism s book; the second corresponds to the elaboration of a theory of multiplicities, properly deleuzian, present in Difference and Repetition and, finally, in its pratical-political projection to which the concept is raised in a Thousand Plateaus.

[pt] Traição, infidelidade e adultério são temas que geram até hoje diversas reações e opiniões nas pessoas. Em diferentes momentos históricos e culturais podemos dizer que o ser humano vivenciou as três situações de formas diversas. Por ora foram socialmente aceitos, e em outros momentos, punidos e vistos como pecado. Mas existe um consenso com relação à reação frente à descoberta de uma traição, que é o fato de ser geradora de muito sofrimento, decepção e de um sentimento de condenação por parte de quem a descobre. Com o advento da Internet, surgem os relacionamentos virtuais e, por conseguinte, novas facetas começam a ser reveladas com relação à infidelidade. A comunidade virtual Orkut serviu de pano de fundo para este trabalho, pois lá existe uma liberdade de acesso por parte dos seus membros às informações pessoais, fotos e mensagens que são trocadas. A possibilidade de visualização de conteúdos que possam denunciar a infidelidade ou a traição por parte de alguém é muito grande. Desta maneira, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo principal investigar os principais sentimentos e opiniões dos usuários do Orkut a respeito da infidelidade online. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa com dez sujeitos, usuários do Orkut, através de entrevistas online. Quinze depoimentos da comunidade Eu descobri pelo Orkut também foram analisados. Os resultados revelaram principalmente que a troca de mensagens mais ardentes, carinhosas ou ilícitas pelo Orkut é considerada como traição pelos sujeitos, assim como a visualização de fotos de outros homens e mulheres. / [en] Betrayal, infidelity and adultery are subjects that cause several reactions and opinions on people, until today. In different historical and cultural moments, we can say that the human being lived those situations differently. For the time being, they were socially accepted, and in other moments, punished and seen as sins. But there is a consensus in relation to the reaction of people facing the discovery of a betrayal, which causes a lot of pain, deception and a feeling of censure from those who find it out. With the happening of Internet, virtual relationships emerge, therefore, new strategies start being revealed in relation of infidelity. The virtual community Orkut, performed as a background for this project, because there is a freedom of access, on the behalf of the users, to personal information, pictures and messages which are swapped. The possibility to visualize the contents that may denounce the infidelity or betrayal of someone is huge. Thereby, this project had as its main goal, to investigate the main feelings and opinions from users of Orkut, about infidelity online. A quality research was performed with ten users through interviews online. Fifteen testimonials from the community Eu descobri pelo Orkut were also analyzed. The results mainly revealed that the swap of spicy, tender or illicit messages by Orkut, are considered betrayal, such as to visualize pictures from other men or women.

[pt] A dissertação analisa a ficção de André Sant`Anna e se divide em 3 capítulos. O primeiro estabelece um paralelo entre certos procedimentos narrativos utilizados por Sant`Anna e outros próprios à vanguarda das artes visuais do último século. Destaca-se, desse modo, tanto a especificidade do texto de Sant`Anna quanto a maneira como este aponta, pelo mencionado paralelo ou não, para as novas tecnologias de representação visual. O segundo capítulo confronta alguns textos de Sant`Anna com o livro PanAmérica (1967), de José Agrippino de Paula, tomando este como uma matriz à qual os textos de Sant`Anna responderiam de diferentes modos, formal ou conteudisticamente. O terceiro capítulo confronta a ficção de Sant`Anna com as considerações de Hal Foster sobre o real, o abjeto e a razão cínica, esforçando-se por referi-las devidamente ao contexto brasileiro e ao âmbito literário. / [en] This dissertation is about the fictional work of André Sant`Anna and is divided in three chapters. The first one establishes a parallel between certain narrative procedures used by Sant`Anna and other procedures commonly used in the visual arts of the last century. In this way, the specificity of San Anna s text is revealed, as well as the way through which it points to new technology and visual representation. The second chapter relates some of Sant`Anna`s texts with José Agrippino de Paula`s PanAmérica (1967), taking the latter as a source which Sant`Anna`s texts respond to in different ways, either formally or thematically. The third chapter confronts Sant`Anna`s fiction with Hal Foster`s formulations about the real, the abject, and the cynical reason, trying to refer them to the literary and Brazilian context.

[pt] A sociedade contemporânea se afirma sobre o mercado, a efemeridade e o espetáculo. Ao mesmo tempo, e em consonância com tal estado de coisas, a realidade virtual se impõe como novo universo na configuração da experiência, de forma que a literatura – sobretudo, a poesia – acaba perdendo espaço, apesar de políticas e ideologias voltadas para a valorização da leitura. Nesse contexto, a obra de Manoel de Barros aparece como dissonância. Trata-se do único poeta brasileiro vivo que constitui best seller, encontrando um nível de aceitação e identificação por parte dos leitores digno de análise. Como um poeta de dicção moderna pode representar um fenômeno de vendas? De que maneira e em que medida a figura de Barros circula e é construída pelo público? Sobretudo, o que isso significa na relação literatura/sociedade? Tais indagações motivam a análise da figura e da obra de Manoel de Barros, que pode apresentar hipóteses de resistência da linguagem poética na sociedade do espetáculo. / [en] The contemporary society is established over the market, the efemerality and the spectacle. At the same time, and according to such state of things, the virtual reality imposes itself as a new universe in the configuration of the experience, so that literature - especially poetry - come to loose room despite ideologies and political movements towards the valorization of reading. In this context, the work of Manoel de Barros appears as an incongruity. He is the only live Brazilian poet who is a bestseller, reaching such a level of acceptance and identification from the readers part. How can a poet of modern phraseology represent a sales phenomenon? In what way and to which extent does the image of Barros goes around and is built by the public? Above all, what does that mean in the relationship between literature and society? Those questions motivate the analysis of the character and the production of Manuel de Barros, which may present hyphotesis of the poetry language resistance in the society of the spectacle.

[pt] O projeto moderno de colonização do branco ibérico desencadeou em uma sequência de fatos históricos que levaram a escravidão, o tráfico de africanos para o Brasil, o genocídio de nativos e a construção de uma nova nação nas Américas. Pouco a pouco a Branquitude, construto de poder imbuído na identidade racial do branco, influenciou políticas públicas, a ciência, as artes e a imprensa no Brasil, e devido a um pacto compulsório para manter privilégios, brancos se mantiveram fora do radar como tema de estudos raciais até recentemente. Ambientes ou realidades digitais refletem problemáticas colonialistas, e um desses reflexos é compreendido a partir do entendimento em como os brancos são retratados e representados nestes ambientes. Esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de analisar, a partir da perspectiva teórica de Branquitude, como a Lu, a Virtual Influencer da Magazine Luiza, é representada nas redes sociais. Para alcançar esse objetivo, foi realizada uma análise semiótica de 40 publicações. Após a análise semiótica, foi realizada uma análise crítica com base em teorias de branquitude desenvolvida por autoras brasileiras, procurando assim verificar a existência de elementos que compõem a identidade racial de Lu. / [en] The modern white Iberian colonization project triggered a sequence of historical events that led to slavery, the trafficking of Africans to Brazil, the genocide of natives and the construction of a new nation in the Americas. Little by little, the concept of Whiteness influenced public policies, science, the arts and the press in Brazil, and due to a compulsory pact to maintain privileges, whites remained off the radar as a subject of race studies. Digital environments or realities reflect colonialist social problems, and one of these reflections is understood from how whites are portrayed and represented in these environments. This research aims to analyse, from the theoretical perspective of whiteness, how Lu, Magazine Luiza s Virtual Influencer, is represented on social networks. To achieve this goal, a semiotic analysis of 40 social media posts was done, within this set, we sought to verify the existence of aesthetic elements, both visual and verbal, that compose Lu s racial identity and reinforce structures of whiteness. After the semiotic analysis, a critical analysis was carried out based on theories of whiteness developed by Brazilian authors, thus seeking to verify the existence of elements that make up Lu s racial identity and that reinforce structures of whiteness.
