Various virtual learning environments are suggested for e. learning, however there is little information about the alternative choosing design methods learning in e. learning creation sphere. The object of work is to analyze the methods of e. learning and e. learning content creation tools. The e. learning design importance and attitude to final creation of product are accentuated in the work. The description of experimental design by Reload editor is presented. Combining the learning design methods with newer integrated program packets-learning tools, e. learning will gain more advantages realizing it in any learning environment.

Kuriant informacines sistemas ir siekiant jas geriau pritaikyti verslui, pastaraisiais metais vis daugiau dėmesio yra skiriama vartotojų reikalavimų specifikacijai. Vartotojų reikalavimus galima specifikuoti pasinaudojus sistemos reikalavimų specifikacijos (SRS) šablonu, tačiau bet kurį SRS šabloną vis tiek reikia pritaikyti kiekvienam individualiam projektui. Šioje reikalavimų inžinerijos stadijoje susiduriama su problema, nes dar nežinant kokie bus vartotojų reikalavimai reikia pasirinkti tinkamą SRS šabloną bei programinę įrangą. Ne visi šablonai yra suderinami su individualiomis programomis ir ne visos programos pasižymi tomis pačiomis savybėmis. Kadangi šiuo metu nėra būdų, kurie padėtų išsirinkti tinkamą projektui vartotojų reikalavimų specifikacijos įrankį, šiame darbe toks būdas bus kuriamas ir aprašomas. Problemos ištyrimo lygis. S U M M A R Y MBA graduation paper goal is to create a method that would allow consumers to choose the right tool for specifying requirements before knowing them. In order to achieve the goal, following tasks are solved: perform analysis of system requirements specification templates, user requirements specification tools and their compatibility with each other; develop SRS and user requirements specification tools criteria; and investigate a proposed tool with experimental data. Scientific literature, SRS templates and user requirements specification tools summary are used during analysis. The main result of this work is the proposed iVRS tool that solves the problem under investigation, since it allows choosing the exact and correct SRS template and software. This solution differs from existing solutions because it allows users to select the requirements specification tool in the pre-specification stage, where the error price is lowest. Šis darbas skirtas suprojektuoti ir realizuoti „No Limits“ bibliotekos (biblioteka) klases, atsakančias už sąveiką su „No Limits“ duomenų bazę, ir dinaminės grafinės vartotojo sąsajos generavimo klases, realizuotas bibliotekos galimybėmis. Remiantis projektu, buvo realizuotos klasės sąveikaujančios su duomenų bazę. / The prupose of this work is to create classes of „No Limits“ library, that organizes the way to „No Limits“ database, and create classes that dynamicaly generates graphic user interface from model described in database. Darbo tyrimo sritis yra informacinių technologijų vertinimo metodologijos ir jų praktinis taikymas, detaliau nagrinėjamos COBIT (angl. Control Objectives for Information and related Technology) ir CMM (angl. Capability Maturity Model). Tyrimo objektas - vertinimo proceso kompiuterizavimas, problema - informacinių technologijų atitikimo įmonių veiklos poreikiams nustatymas. Tikslas yra suteikti galimybes įvertinti įmonių informacinių technologijų atitikimą jų veiklos poreikiams, sukuriant kompiuterizuotą vertinimo sistemą. / The problem of identifying the adequacy beside information systems and business needs exists in enterprises. This research work analyzes a few evaluation methodologies and proposes supporting software tool developed for this purpose on the base of integration of two methodologies - Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) and Capability Maturity Model (CMM). The developed software tool allows to approach to the main purpose of this research work – to provide the opportunity to evaluate the adequacy beside information systems and business needs.

Šiuolaikinės organizacijos informacinėse sistemose gausu įvairių ataskaitų kurios reikalingos darbuotojams. Problema yra didelės laiko sąnaudos šių ataskaitų kūrimui ir atnaujinimui. Ji kyla iš to, kad egzistuoja funkcinė atskirtis tarp profesionalių ataskaitų dizainerių ir galinių vartotojų. Magistrinio darbo tikslas yra panaikinti funkcinę atskirtį tarp galinių vartotojų ir profesionalių ataskaitų dizainerių sukuriant internetinėje aplinkoje veikiantį įrankį ataskaitų kūrimui automatizuoti. Toks sprendimas turėtų ženkliai sutrumpinti ataskaitų kūrimo–spausdinimo ciklo trukmę. Įrankio vartotojo sąsaja bus stengiamasi kiek galima priartinti prie panašaus funkcionalumo kaip lokalių ataskaitų kūrimo įrankių. Šiame darbe yra analizuojama organizacijos aplinka ir ataskaitų kūrimo–spausdinimo ciklas, pateikiama jau sukurtų įrankių ir sprendimų analizė panašioms problemoms spręsti. Taip pat yra pateikiami išnagrinėti sistemos archietktūros variantai bei įvertintos rizikos susijusios su būsimo projekto vykdymu ir pasiūlytos priemonės rizikai mažinti. The problem is the high amount of time that is used for creating and editing these reports. The roots of this problem is the functional separation between professional report designers and end-users. The goal of this work is to eliminate functional separation between professional report designers and end-users by creating online tool for report development . This solution should have significant impact on reducing development time of report creating-printing cycle. The user interface of this tool should be similar to local report development tools. During the analysis there were analyzed report creating-printing cycle and existing tools for solving similar problems, several software architecture types for realization of the tool, risks related to the development of this tool and means to lower them. The designing of the tool was done following RUP process using MagicDraw UML software. The presentation layer of this tool was realized with bleeding edge AJAX technology and the application layer is realized with ASP.NET platform. To evaluate the product there was performed an effectiveness research on the newly created „Tool for online report development“. Šiame darbe sprendžiamos grafinio vientisumo reikalavimų vaizdavimo loginiuose duomenų modeliuose bei jų kodo realizavimo problemos. Sprendžiant šiuos uždavinius, buvo analizuojami vientisumo reikalavimų tipai, UML plėtimo mechanizmai bei esamos vientisumo reikalavimų įgyvendinimo CASE įrankiuose galimybės.Vientisumo reikalavimus UML modeliuose galima užrašyti OCL kalba, tačiau OCL yra per sudėtinga daugeliui projektuotojų. Be to, SQL kodo generavimas iš OCL kol kas nėra efektyvus. Šio magistrinio darbo tikslas yra padidinti UML CASE įrankių duomenų bazių projektavimo galimybes, sukuriant vientisumo reikalavimų vaizdavimo ir kodo generavimo priemones. / Fulfillment of data integrity constraint requirements is one of main problems in information system development process. The constraints are implemented at physical system development level. Despite the fact that most of current UML CASE tools allow to specify constraints using OCL language, for the most of system analytics and architects use of OCL is too complicated. Currently SQL code generated from OCL constraint implementation is not effective. In this study we will present alternative approach for constraint requirement implementation using UML2 extension possibilities – profiles and stereotypes with tag values. Also we will present SQL code generation template language and code template based constraint requirement transformation to SQL code algorithm. It was used to extend UML Case tool MagicDraw.

The identification of personality adequacy includes complete research of a person. There are various psycho diagnostic testing methods for such researches. The most testing methods are being created abroad, therefore it takes a lot of time to evaluate the results and to adapt them to the Lithuanians situation. This means that the psychologist have to make a lot of tests of different patient’s groups as well. At the moment, there is no program in Lithuania, which would be helpful by creating computerized version of tests and able to collect all data related to the patient and to the process of theinvestigation. Such program would be able to computerize confidential methods as well. All data related to the patient and the method of research, has to be protected. The information system of personality adequacy identification gives a possibility for the psychologists to register the investigative persons and the process of this investigation. It also helps to create textual and visual tests, to test the investigative persons, to accumulate the diagnosis and the experience of the applied methodic. The created system of programs helps the psychologists to work more efficiently and to generalize the date of Lithuanian’s patients groups as well. This program is going to ensure the required grade of confidentially and security of tests data.

Duomenų bazių našumo analizė yra viena iš pagrindinių siekių programinės įrangos testavimo srityje šiuo metu. Atliekant tyrimus sukurta nemažai metodikų, kurios leidžia nustatyti duomenų bazių našumo lygį. Tačiau priemonės sukurtos remiantis šiomis metodikomis yra prieinamos dažniausiai tik uždaroms bendruomenėms. Šiame darbe yra nagrinėjama duomenų bazių našumo tyrimo metodika, pagrįsta programinės įrangos apkrovos ir stresinio testavimo principais. Sukurtas įrankis suteikia vartotojui galimybę atlikti duomenų bazių našumo tyrimo scenarijus, bei pakartotinai atlikti istorinius scenarijus ir palyginti gautus rezultatus. Formuojamos ataskaitos pateikia daug svarbios informacijos skirtos analizei. / The analysis of the database performance is the common challenge in the nowadays software testing. There are several methodologies of the analysis of the database performance in the market. However, tools, which are based on these methodologies, are available for the narrow circle of the privileged persons. According to the results of the analysis, this master thesis investigates a new methodology, which is based on several other methodologies. The methodology of the database performance audit, which is discussed in this project, is based on the principles of the software load and stress testing. In order to identify the issues of database performance, values of the performance parameters are registered. These values are counted during the execution of the scenario of the automatic scenarios. The user has the possibility to re-execute historical scenarios and to compare the results of the separate executions. Generated reports with the deep data level facilitate the analysis of the database performance.

Šiame darbe nagrinėjama veiklos taisyklių sąvoka, jų klasifikacijos būdai bei panaudojimo galimybės skirtingiems poreikiams realizuoti. Kaip veiklos taisyklės yra specifikuojamos ir kokiais būdais galima jomis manipuliuoti. Pagrindinis šio darbo tikslas ištirti taisyklių valdymo įrankį (Blaze Advisor), išnagrinėti veiklos taisyklių specifikavimo principus, naudojant objektiškai orientuotą SRL kalbą bei jų panaudojimo galimybes remiantis vidiniais įrankio komponentais, skirtais veiklos taisyklių realizacijai. Atlikus išsamią analizę pastebėta, jog esti trūkumų, kurie neleidžia efektyviai modeliuoti veiklos taisykles bei apriboja įmonių atstovų priėjimą prie jų. Siekiant pašalinti trūkumus siūloma metodika, kuri suteiktų lankstesnį būdą veiklos taisyklėms kurti bei valdyti. Kuri užtikrintų galimybę veiklos atstovams patiems dalyvauti realizavimo ir kūrimo etape be IT specialisto betarpiškos pagalbos. Realizuojant sistemą siūlomu metodu, suteikiama galimybė veiklos atstovams valdyti veiklos procesus, keičiant veiklos taisyklių leistinas dalis, taip pakeičiant visą programos ir jos vykdymo logiką bei priimamus sprendimus. Galima lengvai veiklos procesus pritaikyti prie besikeičiančių sąlygų, kurios vienaip ar kitaip įtakoja įmonės veiklą, sumažinant įmonės kaštus. / In this work there is analyzed business rules` conception, ways of their classification and possibilities to use them in order to realize different needs, how business rules are specified and how you can manipulate them. The main aim of this work is to explore rules Blaze Advisor, to analyze business rules specification principles, by using objectively oriented SRL language and opportunities to use them on the ground of inner advisor components designed for business rules realization. After the detailed analysis it was noticed that there are defects, which don`t let effectively model business rules and narrow the access enterprises representatives to them, trying to eliminate the defects by suggested methods, which would present a more flexible way to create business rules and guide, which would ensure the possibility for business representatives themselves to participate in the realization and creation stage without IT specialists immediate help. Realizing the system by the suggested method, there is a possibility for business representatives to guide business processes, by changing business rules` permissible parts, in this way all the program`s and its realization logic and acceptable decisions. It`s easy to conform business processes to the changeable conditions, which in one or another way make influence to the enterprise`s activity by reducing the enterprise`s costs.
