В работе был проведен анализ определений дистанционного образования, проанализировано дистанционное образование в России, определены оптимальные инструменты интернет-маркетинга для продвижения в сети Интернет, было проведено сравнение с лидерами рынка с методами продвижения Бизнес-школы УрФУ. На основании проведенного исследования был разработан алгоритм продвижения программ дистанционного образования для Бизнес-школы УрФУ. / In the work the analysis of the definitions of distance education was conducted. В диссертации представлены результаты теоретического анализа понятия качества образовательных услуг дошкольного учреждения как вида муниципальной услуги; осуществлен анализ нормативно-правовых основ управления качеством образовательных услуг в дошкольном учреждении; изучены сложившиеся управленческие подходы к обеспечению качества образовательных услуг в муниципальных дошкольных учреждениях Невьянского городского округа; дана оценка качества образовательных услуг дошкольных учреждений Невьянского городского округа; разработан социальный проект по повышению качества образовательных услуг в дошкольных учреждениях Невьянского городского округа.

В магистерской диссертации предложена методика локализации образовательной программы «Программная инженерия» для привлечения и адаптации иностранных студентов в Уральском федеральном университете (УрФУ). Актуальность темы определяется потребностями конкретных университетов и УрФУ, в частности, в интернационализации с целью повышения конкурентоспособности и привлечения зарубежных студентов. Объектом исследования является образовательная программа «Программная инженерия», подлежащая переводу на английский язык с учетом специфики преподаваемого предмета. Методологической основой исследования является теория прагматической адаптации Н. Комиссарова. Теоретическая значимость исследования состоит в возможности использования теоретических результатов исследования для локализации других образовательных программ в области компьютерных технологий. Практическая значимость заключается во внесении вклада в реализацию повышения показателей Программ развития и интернационализации УрФУ. Научная новизна работы состоит в проведении специального исследования терминологии дисциплины «Программная инженерия» в композиции с терминами и понятиями из области высшего образования. Основное содержание диссертации раскрывается в главах: «Целесообразность открытия образовательной программы бакалавриата «Программная инженерия» на английском языке», «Локализация образовательной программы «Программная инженерия» для иностранных студентов». В заключение даются выводы, полученные в ходе исследования. Приложения включают в себя примеры локализованных документов. / In the thesis there proposed the method of localization of the “Software Engineering” educational program for attraction and adaptation of foreign students in the Ural Federal University named after the First President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin (UrFU). The relevance of the topic is determined by the needs of specific universities and UrFU, in particular, in internationalization in order to increase competitiveness and attract foreign students. The object of the research is the educational program “Software Engineering” translated into English, taking into account the specifics of the subject being taught. The methodological basis of the research is the N. Komissarov’s theory of pragmatic adaptation. The theoretical significance of the research is due to the possibility of using the theoretical results to localize other educational programs in the field of computer science. The practical significance is due to contribution to the improvement of the indicators of the Program for the Development and Internationalization in UrFU. The scientific novelty of the paper consists in conducting a special research of the terminology of the “Software Engineering” discipline in combination with terms and concepts from the field of higher education. The main content of the thesis is disclosed in the chapters: “Feasibility of Opening “Software Engineering” Educational Program in English”, “Localization of “Software Engineering” Educational Program for Foreign Students”. In conclusion, the research findings are presented. The appendixes include examples of localized documents.

Объектом исследования является экологическое сознание жителей Екатеринбурга. Цель работы − на основе изучения теоретического материала и практического анализа определить состояние экологического сознания жителей города Екатеринбурга для прогноза тенденций и разработки рекомендаций по развитию общественного экологического сознания. Основными методами проведения исследования стали анкетный опрос, полуформализованные интервью, количественный анализ данных с помощью программ SPSS 24.0 и MicrosoftOfficeExcel, контент-анализ. В процессе исследования было проанализировано современное состояние общественного экологического сознания, выявлены основные тенденции и перспективы развития. Результатом работы стала разработка ряда рекомендаций и мероприятий по развитию экологического сознания жителей города Екатеринбурга. / The object of the research is the environmental consciousness of the of citizens of Ekaterinburg. The purpose of the report is to determine the condition of environmental consciousness of the residents of the city of Ekaterinburg based on studying theoretical material and practical analysis. The author made a forecast of trends and developed recommendations about ecological consciousness. The main methods of the research were survey, semi-formalized interviews, quantitative data analysis using SPSS 24.0 and Microsoft OfficeExcel, content analysis. During the research, the current state of public environmental consciousness was analyzed, the main trends and development prospects were identified. The result of the work was the development of a few recommendations and measures for the development of environmental awareness of residents of the city of Ekaterinburg.

Examples of the use of chatbot technology for business process automation are presented, the activities and structure of the Department of MUS Urfu are developed and described, the AS-IS model is created, which highlights the problem of choosing the most effective channel for attracting applicants, and then the TO-BE model is created. The third section is composed of Charter and project plan for creating a chat bot to attract students to the graduate program of the Department of the ICC, Urfa, analyzed competitive advantages and possible threats of the project, written marketing and organizational plans for the project calculation of the economic efficiency of the project, step by step described the process of project implementation. The terms of reference for development, the algorithm and screenshots of the development process, according to the planning, are given in appendices 1-4. / В работе приведено описание отрасли высшего профессионального образования, произведён сравнительный анализ каналов привлечения абитуриентов, описаны применяемые каналы. Представлены примеры применения технологии чат-бот для автоматизации бизнес-процессов, разработана и описана деятельность и структура кафедры МУС УрФУ, создана модель AS-IS, в которой выделена проблема, заключающаяся в выборе наиболее эффективного канала привлечения абитуриентов, далее создана модель TO-BE. Составлены устав и план проекта по созданию чат-бота для привлечения абитуриентов на программу магистратуры кафедры МУС УрФУ, проанализированы конкурентные преимущества и возможные угрозы проекта, составлен маркетинговый и организационный планы проекта, произведён расчёт экономической эффективности проекта, поэтапно описан процесс реализации проекта.

Магистерская диссертация выполнена на 90 страницах, содержит 29 таблиц, 45 рисунков, 60использованных источников. Актуальность темы происходит из того, что сейчас происходит смена технологического уклада с индустриального общества в постиндустриальное. Смена формата сопровождается кризисом во всех отраслях экономики, в том числе и в области образования. На текущий момент образование отстаёт от производства. В связи с этим работодатель вынужден тратить средства на переподготовку и переобучение молодого специалиста под нужды его бизнеса. Целью диссертации является разработка модели образовательной платформы для взаимодействия вузов и работодателей в условиях цифровой экономики, которая в дальнейшем позволила существенно сократить средства на переобучение специалиста и расширить возможности образовательных учреждений для адаптации учебных программ под конкретные требования работодателя. Задачи работы: 1. Провести литературно-аналитический обзор по следующим направлениям поиска: проблемы и предпосылки изменений в сфере образования, инновации и инновационные модели в образовании, применение новых технологий в обучении; 2. Разработать бизнес-план и сопутствующую документацию к новой методологии на основе блокчейн-технологий, оценить экономическую эффективность проекта; 3. Смоделировать основные системы новой методологии, провести разработку прототипа на основании документации проекта. Объектом исследования является информационная система для реализации практических задач студентами. Научная новизна ВКР основана на применении технологии блокчейн и машинного обучения в сфере образования. Conduct a literary and analytical review in the following areas of search: problems and prerequisites for changes in the field of education, innovations and innovative models in education, the use of new technologies in education; 2. Develop a business plan and related documentation for the new methodology based on blockchain technologies, evaluate the economic efficiency of the project; 3. To model the basic systems of the new methodology, to develop a prototype based on the project documentation. The object of research is an information system for the implementation of practical tasks by students. The scientific novelty of the WRC is based on the use of blockchain technology and machine learning in the field of education. The results of the study showed that the presented project pays off in two years at a discount rate of 10%.

В работе рассматривается становление исламской системы образования в Киргизской Республике, анализируются нынешнее состояние исламского образования и существующие в этой области проблемы и противоречия. Формулируются практические рекомендации по повышению эффективности исламского образования в республике. Основное внимание сосредоточено на проблемах и противоречиях системы исламского образования и государственной политике по отношению к нему. Кроме того рассмотрены понятия радикализма, экстремизма и молодежи, а также использование основных исламских ценностей как средства борьбы с экстремизмом и терроризмом в молодёжной среде. / The work examines the formation of the Islamic education system in the Kyrgyz Republic, analyzes the current state of Islamic education and the problems and contradictions in this area. Practical recommendations are formulated to improve the effectiveness of Islamic education in the republic. The main attention is focused on the problems and contradictions of the Islamic education system and state policy in relation to it. In addition, the concepts of radicalism, extremism and youth, as well as the use of basic Islamic values as a means of combating extremism and terrorism in the youth environment are considered.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена разработке подходов к внедрению инклюзивного образования детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в Свердловской области. В работе рассмотрены концептуальные и нормативно-правовые основы внедрения инклюзивного образования детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в систему общего образования в Российской Федерации. На основе результатов эмпирического исследования в ней охарактеризованы проблемы и направления развития инклюзивного образования детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и управленческие практики их внедрения в систему общего образования Свердловской области. Автор предлагает способы совершенствования институциональных условий внедрения инклюзивного образования детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья в систему общего образования региона. / The master's dissertation is devoted to the development of approaches to the implementation of inclusive education for children with disabilities in the Sverdlovsk region.
