Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложений. В работе рассмотрены теоретико-прикладные аспекты создания тепличных комплексов в России. Проанализирован район расположения планируемого тепличного комплекса, рассмотрены основные представленные тепличные комплексы по выращиванию овощной продукции в защищенном грунте. Определены источники финансирования, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The paper considers the theoretical and applied aspects of creating greenhouse complexes in Russia. The location area of the proposed greenhouse complex is analyzed, the main heat-producing complexes represented by heat for growing vegetables in sheltered soil are considered. Sources of financing have been identified, a project budget has been formed, and indicators of the project's economic efficiency have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the research results are summarized.

В работе проводится обзор существующих методик оценки устойчивого развития территории, виды индикаторов и научно-методические подходы к их разработке, а также классификация материальных и нематериальных ресурсов, анализ влияния материальных ресурсов на развитие человеческого капитала и анализ уровня использования организационных ресурсов Свердловской области. Кроме того, подготовлены рекомендации по формированию методики оценки уровня использования материальных и нематериальных ресурсов для развития территории Свердловской области. А также приводятся инвестиционные расчеты по строительству детского сада, которые наглядно демонстрируют возможность улучшения ситуации с обеспечением населения социальными объектами в условиях дефицита бюджета за счет механизмов государственно-частного партнерства. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The paper reviews the existing methods for assessing the sustainable development of the territory, types of indicators and scientific and methodological approaches to their development, as well as classification of material and intangible resources, analysis of the impact of material resources on the development of human capital and analysis of the level of use of organizational resources of the Sverdlovsk region. In addition, recommendations were prepared on the formation of a methodology for assessing the level of use of material and intangible resources for the development of the territory of the Sverdlovsk region. Also, investment calculations for the construction of a kindergarten are presented, which clearly demonstrate the possibility of improving the situation with providing the population with social facilities in the context of a budget deficit through public-private partnership mechanisms.

Цель работы – разработка серверной части приложения и инфраструктурных компонентов для проекта «Мониторинг IT-конференций». Методы исследования: анализ, сравнение, систематизацию и обобщение данных о существующих и разработанных инфраструктурных компонентах, апробация современных подходов при построении архитектуры инфраструктуры. В результате работы сконфигурированы две виртуальные машины для работы Kubernetes и Gitlab Runner, настроены компоненты хранения постоянных данных для PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ и S3-хранилища на базе Rook Ceph, создано приложение на базе Django для предоставления API клиентскому приложению, написана конфигурация для Gitlab CI, обеспечивающая сборку образа приложения и его развертывание в Kubernetes. Созданное приложение предоставляет функционал управления контентом для администраторов сервиса (загрузка видео в S3-хранилище, разметка с помощью системы тегов, привязывание конференций к спикерам) и HTTP API для клиентского приложения с возможностью регистрации, аутентификации через JWT-токены, иерархическому поиску по системе тегов и отдаче подписанных ссылок на S3-хранилище для просмотра видео. / The purpose of the work is to develop the server part of the application and infrastructure components for the project "Monitoring IT conferences". Research methods: analysis, comparison, systematization and generalization of data on existing and developed infrastructure components, approbation of modern approaches in building infrastructure architecture. As a result of the work, two virtual machines were configured for Kubernetes and Gitlab Runner, persistent data storage components for PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ and S3 storage based on Rook Ceph were configured, an application based on Django was created to provide an API to a client application, a configuration for Gitlab CI was written, providing building an application image and deploying it to Kubernetes. The created application provides content management functionality for service administrators (uploading videos to S3 storage, marking using a tag system, binding conferences to speakers) and an HTTP API for a client application with the ability to register, authenticate through JWT tokens, hierarchical search using the tag system, and giving back signed links to S3 storage for watching videos.

Современные агропромышленные предприятия терпят значительные убытки, связанные с потерей от 10 до 30% продукции от микробиологического загрязнения. Производители сельскохозяйственной и пищевой продукции, стремящиеся к увеличению сроков хранения, а также биологической безопасности продукции, внедряют новые методы их обработки. На сегодняшний день широкую популярность в мире набирает методы радиационной обработки с применением различных видов ионизирующего излучения. Цель работы – провести оценку эффективности проекта радиационной обработки продукции агропромышленных предприятий. Научная новизна состоит в применение традиционных методов оценки эффективности к новому методу радиационной обработки продукции, внедряемого в технологические процессы агропромышленных комплексов Свердловской области. Практическая значимость заключается в комплексной оценке экономической эффективности проекта создания Центра радиационной обработки продукции агропромышленных предприятий с учетом различных уровней загрузки оборудования. / Modern agro-industrial enterprises suffer significant losses associated with the loss of 10 to 30% of products due to microbiological contamination. Manufacturers of agricultural and food products, seeking to increase the shelf life, as well as the biological safety of products, are introducing new methods of its processing. To date, methods of radiation treatment with the use of various types of ionizing radiation are gaining wide popularity in the world. The purpose of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the project of radiation treatment of agricultural products. The scientific novelty consists in the application of traditional methods of efficiency assessment to a new method of radiation treatment of products introduced into the technological processes of agro-industrial complexes of the Sverdlovsk region. The practical significance lies in a comprehensive assessment of the economic efficiency of the project to create a Center for radiation treatment of agricultural products, taking into account different levels of equipment loading.

Объектом исследования является методический аспект изучения текстовых категории в преподавании русского как иностранного. Предметом исследования является обучение текстовых категорий в аспекте преподавания русского как иностранного, способствующего развитию навыков написания самостоятельных текстов, изучающего и поискового чтения. Цель работы – продемонстрировать как можно использовать текст и текстовые категории для развития культуры речи студентов, умений работать с аутентичными текстами. В первой главе раскрываются особенности текста и текстовых категорий в современной лингвистике текста, роль текста в преподавании русского как иностранного. Вторая глава представляет собой проект учебного пособия для иностранцев-филологов, в котором представлена структура работы с текстом и текстовыми категориями. Материалом исследования послужили работы отечественных и зарубежных ученых в области теории (лингвистики) текста, методики преподавания русского как иностранного. The object of the research is the methodological aspect of studying text categories in teaching Russian as a foreign language. The subject of the research is the teaching of text categories in the aspect of teaching Russian as a foreign language, which contributes to the development of skills of writing independent texts, studying and searching reading. The aim of the work demonstrates that text and text categories can be used to develop student’s speech culture and skills at working with authentic texts. The first chapter reveals the features of the text and text categories in the modern linguistics of the text, the role of the text in teaching Russian as a foreign language. The second chapter is a project textbook for foreign students of philological faculty, which presents the structure of working with text and text categories. The research material is based on the works of Russian and foreign scientists in the field of text theory (linguistics), methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The dissertation is intended for students and master degree of philological faculty, teachers of Russian as a foreign language, readers who are interested in studying Russian language.

Работа посвящена разработке ИТ-проекта, направленного на реализацию внедрения рекламы в игровой процесс. Для реализации функционала демонстрации рекламы, а также анализа ее эффективности, в работе исследуются методы анализа эффективности цифровой рекламы с применением технологии окулографии, методы отображения рекламы поверх игрового окна, а также методы регистрации движения глаз. Для подтверждения целесообразности внедрения описанного проекта в работе приведены полная модель предприятия, на которое планируется внедрять систему, и на основе этих данных приведен анализ экономической эффективности системы. / The work is devoted to the development of an IT project, aimed at the implementation of the introduction of advertising in the game process. To implement the functionality of advertising demonstration, as well as to analyze its effectiveness, the work investigates the methods of digital advertising effectiveness analysis using oculography technology, methods of advertising display over the game window, as well as methods of eye movement registration. To confirm the feasibility of the described project, the paper presents a complete model of the enterprise, which is planned to implement the system, and based on these data is an analysis of the cost-effectiveness of the system.

Изучена деятельность Государственного Бюджетного Учреждения «Научно-технического центра инноваций и технологий» и составлена модель информационной инфраструктуры разработан проект для повышения эффективности работы предприятия, а также применен системно-динамический подход для оценки внедрения ЦОД. / The master's thesis deals with modern problems of information infrastructure management. The activities of the State Budgetary Institution "Scientific and Technical Center for Innovation and Technology" were studied and an information infrastructure model was drawn up, a project was developed to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, and a system-dynamic approach was applied to assess the implementation of the data center.

В магистерской диссертации рассмотрены современные проблемы управления персонала, проанализированы объективные характеристики для проблемы управления персоналом. Изучена деятельность Государственного Бюджетного Учреждения «Научно-технического центра инноваций и технологий» и составлена модель полной архитектуры предприятия с применением прикладного пакета ARIS. Обоснована необходимость внедрения цифровой платформы в деятельность организационно-управленческого отдела Центрального Республиканского Банка Донецкой Народной Республики. Выполнена разработка проекта внедрения цифровой платформы на предприятие; определена экономическая эффективность внедрения, а также применён системно-динамический подход с целью демонстрации трудозатрат на выполнение этапов внедрения цифровой платформы. / In the master's thesis, modern problems of personnel management are considered, objective characteristics for the problem of personnel management are analyzed. The activities of the State Budgetary Institution «Scientific and Technical Center for Innovation and Technology» were studied and a model of the complete architecture of the enterprise was compiled using the ARIS application package. The necessity of introducing a digital platform into the activities of the organizational and management department of the Central Republican Bank of the Donetsk People's Republic is substantiated. The development of a project for the implementation of a digital platform for an enterprise was completed; the economic efficiency of implementation was determined, and a system-dynamic approach was applied to demonstrate the labor costs for the implementation of the stages of implementation of the digital platform.

Во введении обоснована актуальность темы ВКР, определены объект и предмет исследования, сформулирована цель работы, поставлены задачи, которые необходимо решить для достижения цели исследования, обозначена степень разработанности темы, показана научная новизна результатов проведенного исследования. В первой главе на основе анализа теоретических основ управления проектами показано, что знание их необходимо для корректной оценки качества инвестиционно-строительного проекта (ИСП). Во второй главе на основе анализа показателей качества решений проектно-конструкторской документации, показано, что для оценки качества ИСП целесообразно рассматривать: проектные решения, проектно-конструкторскую деятельность и исполнение проектной документации. В третьей главе описаны методики оценки качества инвестиционно-строительного проекта, проведен сравнительный анализ методик на основе их применения на примере конкретного объекта капитального строительства (физкультурно-спортивный комплекс). В заключении приведены результаты, полученные в ходе исследования, и основные выводы по ВКР. / In the introduction the relevance of the final qualifying work is substantiated, the object and subject of research are defined, the purpose of the work is formulated, tasks are set, the scientific novelty of research is shown. In the first chapter it is shown based on the analysis of the theoretical foundations of project management that knowledge of them is necessary for a correct assessment of the quality of an investment construction project. In the second chapter it is shown based on the analysis of the quality indicators of design documentation solutions that it is advisable to consider: design solutions, design activities and execution of design documentation to assess the quality of an investment construction project. The third chapter describes the methods of assessing the quality of an investment and construction project, a comparative analysis of the methods based on their application on the example of a specific object of capital construction (a sports complex). In conclusion, the results obtained during the study and the main conclusions on the work are presented.

Разработана методика экологической оценки инвестиционно-строительных проектов на основе применения известного математического метода стандартизации рангов, применение которой позволит инвесторам и застройщикам оценивать экологические риски и возможности при принятии инвестиционных решений, а также уменьшить негативное воздействие на окружающую среду и повысить экологическую устойчивость проектов. / A method for environmental assessment of investment and construction projects have been developed based on the application of the well-known mathematical method of ranks standardization, the use of which will allow investors and developers to assess environmental risks and opportunities when making investment decisions, as well as reduce the negative impact on the environment and increase the environmental sustainability of projects.
