Новые тенденции на муниципальном рынке продовольственных товаров обусловливает поиск новых форм организации субъектов рынка, одной из которой может выступать некоммерческое партнерство местных субъектов муниципального продовольственного рынка. В статье осуществляется оценка потенциала стратегического некоммерческого партнерства как механизма интеграции местных субъектов продовольственного рынка муниципального образования «город Екатеринбург». Выводы и рекомендации авторов основаны на анализе данных опроса потребителей продукции локальных товарных сетей и местных хозяйствующих субъектов. / New trends in the municipal food market are determined by the search for new forms of organization of market entities, one of which may be a non-profit partnership of local entities of the municipal food market. The article assesses the potential of strategic non-commercial partnerships as a mechanism for the integration of local food market entities of the city of Yekaterinburg. The conclusions and recommendations of the authors are based on the analysis of data from a survey of consumers of products of local commodity networks and local economic entities.

Цель данного исследования на основании анализа национальных и федеральных проектов «Цифровая экономика РФ», «Цифровое государственное управление» определить перспективы цифровизации государственного управления в Свердловской области. Основной пункт научной новизны данного исследования заключаются в определении «цифровизации» как новой функции менеджмента, практическая значимость заключается в разработке проекта суперсервиса «Налоговый мониторинг». / In the modern world, economics and management are rapidly changing and transforming from traditional forms to digital ones. Атопд the key changes associated with information technology are completely new opportunities for the accumulation, processing and analysis of data. The purpose of this study is to determine the prospects for digitalization of public administration in the Sverdlovsk region based on the analysis of national and federal projects «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation» and «Digital Public Administration». The main point of the scientific novelty of this study lies in the definition of «digitalization» as a new function of management, the practical significance lies in the development of the project of the super-service «Tax Monitoring».

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка и приложений. В работе проведен анализ состояния и перспектив развития сектора креативных кластеров, включающий в себя их анализ по различным территориям и городам Российской Федерации. Проведен анализ места расположения территории будущего креативного кластера в городе Сысерть, разработана маркетинговая концепция создания и развития креативного кластера с учетом потребности разных возрастных групп населения. Разработано финансово – экономическое обоснование девелоперского проекта создания креативного кластера на территории бывшего чугунолитейного железоделательного завода Турчаниновых-Соломирских в городе Сысерть, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The Master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list and appendices. The paper analyzes the state and prospects of the development of the creative clusters sector, including their analysis for various territories and cities of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the location of the territory of the future creative cluster in the city of Sysert was carried out, a marketing concept for the creation and development of a creative cluster was developed, taking into account the needs of different age groups of the population. The financial and economic justification of the development project for the creation of a creative cluster on the territory of the former Turchaninov–Solomirsky iron foundry in the city of Sysert has been developed, the indicators of the economic efficiency of the project have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized.

Цель работы: улучшение показателей эффективности взыскания с клиента банка просроченной задолженности и уменьшение затрат на процесс взыскания при помощи внедрения сторонней разработки (робота-коллектора) в текущий бизнес-процесс предприятия. Для достижения данной цели работы были определены следующие задачи: изучить теоретические основы моделирования бизнес-процессов (понятия, методологии, нотации); проанализировать рынок программных продуктов для моделирования бизнес-процессов; изучить и описать исследуемый бизнес-процесс предприятия; проанализировать модель AS IS, выявить недостатки, построить модель TO BE; разработать план проекта; провести расчеты экономической эффективности проекта; сделать заключение по проведенной работе. В процессе выполнения данной работы для моделирования бизнес-процессов была использована методология BPMN, а для практической реализации проекта использовались следующие инструменты – MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL SERVER, QlikView, Access. Результаты выпускной квалификационной работы были использованы в процессе модернизации бизнес-процесса Банка ПАО КБ «УБРиР». / The purpose of the work: to improve the efficiency of collecting overdue debts from the bank's client and reduce the costs of the collection process by introducing a third-party development (a collector robot) into the current business process of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined: to study the theoretical foundations of business process modeling (concepts, methodologies, notations); to analyze the market of software products for modeling business processes; to study and describe the business process of the enterprise under study; analyze the AS IS model, identify shortcomings, build a TO BE model; develop a project plan; calculate the economic efficiency of the project; make a conclusion on the work carried out. In the course of this work, BPMN methodology was used to model business processes, and the following tools were used for the practical implementation of the project - MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL SERVER, QlikView, Access. The results of the final qualification work were used in the process of modernization of the business process of the Bank of PJSC CB "UBRiR".

The master’s thesis provides research into the role of contemporary TV in the socialization process of Russian teenagers. The paper analyzes editorial policy and content of contemporary Russian youth-oriented television and presents a framework for the “rehabilitation” of youth TV. Based on a sociological study (a questionnaire survey of high school students in Yekaterinburg), the author highlights TV patterns and preferences prevalent among youth audience and proposes a project of a TV program with the participation of YouTube bloggers. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию роли современного телевидения в процессе социализации российских подростков. В работе осуществлен анализ редакционной политики и контента современного молодежного российского телевидения; разработана концепция «реабилитации» молодежного телевидения. На основе проведенного социологического исследования (анкетирование учащихся средних школ г. Екатеринбурга) раскрыты особенности и предпочтения подростковой аудитории в просмотре телевизионных программ и разработан авторский проект телепередачи с участием YouTube блогеров.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена оценке эффективности инвестиционного проекта на примере «Кофейня «Yours». Целью исследования является разработка нового инвестиционного проекта. При заложенном в расчетах уровне доходов, текущих и инвестиционных затрат, проект необходимо признать как финансово состоятельный. / Master thesis is devoted to the evaluating effectiveness of investment project. The aim of the study is a drafting the new investment project. With the level of income, current and investment costs set in the calculations, the project can be acknowledged as a successful investment project.

The appearance of new high-tech houses in the construction market with the functions of a “smart home” is currently gaining great popularity in Russia, which leads to a great demand among the population. The attractiveness of this project is achieved both by new houses, made in a modern style, and by new “smart home” systems, and by the convenient location of the village itself. The purpose of the master's thesis is the calculation of the project with the economic justification. The object of research in this work is the analysis and evaluation of the project for the construction of a cottage settlement in Sysert district of Olkhovka. Such a project may be of the greatest interest to the investor both in terms of attractiveness and timing of implementation, and in terms of guaranteed reimbursement of invested funds. The last factor is very important for the investor, because in the unstable economic situation in the Russian Federation, an increase in the length of the payback period of a newly constructed object may lead to the fact that, due to reasons beyond the control of the developer or investor, the project will not be able to return the invested funds. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are: the work of foreign and Russian scientists on smart home systems in low-rise construction and on the development of these technologies in the Russian market. As a result of the study, the analysis of the location of the object in a particular area, its economic justification and all financial calculations and implementation dates were made. Also given are all the technical characteristics of the object, its concept and attractiveness. Next, the calculation is carried out according to three financing schemes - 100% of equity, 50% of 50% of equity and banking. Both options showed positive NPV. / Появление на строительном рынке новых современных домов в стиле «Хай-тек» с функциями «умного дома» в настоящее время набирают большую популярность в России, что ведет к большому спросу у населения. Привлекательность данного проекта достигается как новыми домами, сделанные в современном стиле, и новыми системами «умный дом», так и удобным месторасположение самого поселка Целью магистерской диссертации является расчет проекта с экономическим обоснованием. Проведение анализ и оценка проекта строительства коттеджного поселка в Сысертском районе д.Ольховка, который является объектом исследования в данной работе. Подобный проект в настоящее время может представлять наибольший интерес для инвестора как с точки зрения привлекательности и сроков реализации, так и с точки зрения гарантированного возмещения вложенных средств. Последний фактор является весьма важным для инвестора, так как в условиях нестабильной экономической ситуации в Российской Федерации увеличение длительности периода окупаемости вновь возведенного объекта может привести к тому, что в силу причин, не зависящих от девелопера либо инвестора, проект так и не сможет возвратить вложенные средства. Теоретической и методологической основой исследования служат: работы зарубежных и российских ученых, посвященные системам «умный дом» вмалоэтажном строительстве и, проблемам развития данных технологий в условиях российского рынка. В результате исследования произведен анализ локации объекта в определенном районе, его экономическое обоснование и все финансовые расчеты, а также сроки реализации. Также приведены все технические характеристики объекта, его концепция и привлекательность. Далее проводится расчет по трем схемам финансирования – 100% собственного капитала, 50% на 50% собственного капитала и банковского. Оба варианта показали положительные показатели ЧДД.

В первой главе рассмотрен анализ показателей социально-экономического развития региона. Во второй главе проведено технико-экономическое обоснование проекта. Процесс получения разрешения на строительство. Определение сметной стоимости строительства объекта недвижимости. В третьей главе произведена оценка эффективности инвестиций в проект, его экономическое обоснование и расчет эффективности проекта.
