Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию бизнес-планированию на российских предприятиях. Предметом исследования выступают экономические (денежные) отношения, возникающие в процессе формирования и реализации инвестиционного проекта на промышленном предприятии. Основной целью магистерской диссертации является разработка комплексной концепции бизнес-планирования на российских предприятиях на основе развития теории и методологии финансового планирования на примере регионального субъекта бизнеса, выявление проблем и разработка путей их решения. / Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of business planning in Russian enterprises. The subject of the study are the economic (monetary) relations arising in the process of formation and implementation of the investment project in an industrial enterprise. The main purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a comprehensive concept of business planning in Russian enterprises on the basis of the development of the theory and methodology of financial planning on the example of a regional business entity, identifying problems and developing ways to solve them.

Атомная энергетика является одной из самых молодых и динамично развивающихся отраслей глобальной экономики. Высокий динамизм порождает необходимость повышения инвестиционной привлекательности разрабатываемых в сфере атомной энергетики проектов, что невозможно без эффективных механизмов управления формированием инвестиционного предложения. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка и апробация механизма управления инвестиционной привлекательностью проекта в атомной энергетике. В работе рассматриваются теоретические и прикладные вопросы протекания инвестиционных процессов на предприятиях сферы атомной энергетики России. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные корпоративной статистики по теме исследования, данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики и Министерства энергетики Российской Федерации и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан и апробирован механизм управления инвестиционной привлекательностью проекта в атомной энергетике, предполагающий идентификацию субъекта и объекта управления, цели управления, исходного состояния проекта, конечного результата, а также описание процесса управления, формализованного в виде алгоритма. Разработанный механизм позволяет повышать эффективность процесса формирования инвестиционной привлекательности проекта и, как следствие, повышает вероятность принятия положительного инвестиционного решения. В результате апробации разработанного механизма были предложены практические рекомендации для менеджмента предприятия, а также определены направления совершенствования разработанного механизма. / Nuclear power is one of the youngest and fastest growing sectors of the global economy. High dynamism creates the need to increase the investment attractiveness of the projects developed in the field of nuclear power, which is impossible without effective management mechanisms for the formation of the investment proposal. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop and test the mechanism of management of project investment attractiveness in nuclear power. This paper presents conceptual and practical questions of investment processes at the enterprises of nuclear power industry in Russia. The sources of information were regulatory legal acts, the database of publications of the Russian science citation index, presented on Elibrary resource, data of corporate statistics on the research topic, data of the Federal state statistics service and the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation and internal documents of the enterprise under consideration. While preparing the master's thesis, the mechanism was developed and tested to manage the project investment attractiveness in nuclear power, involving the identification of the subject and object of management, management objectives, the initial state of the project, the final result, as well as a description of the management process, formalized as an algorithm. The developed mechanism allows increasing the efficiency of the process of formation of project investment attractiveness and, as a result, increases the likelihood of making a positive investment decision. As a result of testing of the developed mechanism, practical recommendations for management of the enterprise were offered, and the directions of improvement of the developed mechanism were also defined.

In the modern world, the development and implementation of investment projects are becoming a competitive advantage and the key to successful development of an enterprise. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of investment projects in the electric power industry. The analysis was based on the study of scientific and periodical literature, the study of existing methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investment projects in enterprises. The sources of information were the regulatory legal acts, the database of publications of the Russian Science Citation Index, presented on the Elibrary resource, corporate statistics data on the subject of the research, financial reporting data and internal documents of the enterprise under study. In the course of writing the master's thesis, an approach was developed and tested to assess the effectiveness of investment projects in the power industry. As a result of approbation of the developed approach, its efficiency was justified, which made it possible to increase the accuracy of the calculated investment project performance indicators, which would further reduce the uncertainty regarding the decision on the feasibility of investing and further project implementation. / В современном мире разработка и внедрение инвестиционных проектов становятся конкурентным преимуществом и залогом успешного развития предприятия. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методического подхода к оценке эффективности инвестиционных проектов в электроэнергетике. Анализ основывался на изучении научно-периодической литературы, изучении существующих методик оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов на предприятиях. В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Elibrary, данные корпоративной статистики по тематике исследования, данные финансовой отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан и апробирован подход к оценке эффективности инвестиционных проектов в электроэнергетике. В результате апробации разработанного подхода была обоснована его эффективность, позволившая повысить точность рассчитанных показателей эффективности инвестиционного проекта, что в дальнейшем снизит неопределенность в отношении принятия решения о целесообразности инвестирования и дальнейшего осуществления проекта.

Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию влияния зарплатного проекта на финансовые показатели деятельности АО «Газпромбанк». Предметом исследования выступают конечные финансовые результаты предприятия банковской сферы. Целью исследования является анализ влияния зарплатного проекта на финансовые показали банка, а также разработка мероприятий по их совершенствованию. В заключении обозначены рекомендации по совершенствованию зарплатного проекта в АО «Газпромбанк». / Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of the impact of the salary project on the financial performance of Gazprombank. The subject of the research is the final financial results of a banking enterprise. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of the salary project on the financial showed the bank, as well as the development of measures to improve them. In conclusion, recommendations for improving the salary project in JSC "Gazprombank" are indicated.

The paper considers the theoretical aspect of commercial real estate development projects, the conceptual apparatus of commercial real estate and shopping centers, and describes the prospects of the format of the retail Park shopping center in the domestic market. The analysis of the external environment of the proposed project, as well as the assessment of the existing situation of the retail real estate market of the Rostov region and the city of Rostov-on-don, the concept of the project for the construction of a commercial facility format "retail Park". The evaluation of the effectiveness of investments in the proposed project from an economic point of view, as well as taking into account the qualitative and other positive effect achieved during the implementation of the project. / Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. В работе рассмотрен теоретический аспект девелоперских проектов торговой недвижимости, понятийный аппарат коммерческой недвижимости и торговых центров, а также описаны перспективы формата торгового центра «ритейл-парк» на отечественном рынке. Проведен анализ внешнего дальнего окружения предлагаемого проекта, а также дана оценка существующей ситуации рынка торговой недвижимости Ростовской области и города Ростов-на-Дону, предложена концепция проекта по строительству объекта торгового назначения формата «ритейл-парк». Выполнена оценка эффективности инвестиций в предлагаемый проект с экономической точки зрения, а также учета качественного иного положительного эффекта, достигаемого при реализации проекта.

Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические основы, зарубежный и отечественный опыт управления развитием объекта торговой недвижимости. Во второй главе исследованы методические основы и алгоритм управления развитием объекта торговой недвижимости. В третьей главе разработан практический алгоритм управления развитием объекта торговой недвижимости на примере аутлет-центра в г. Сургут. В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The first Chapter discusses the theoretical foundations, foreign and domestic experience in managing the development of commercial real estate. In the second Chapter the methodical bases and algorithm of management of development of object of commercial real estate are investigated. In the third Chapter, a practical algorithm for managing the development of retail real estate on the example of an outlet center in Surgut. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formed.

Рассмотрены основные понятия и классификация торговых комплексов, тенденции развития общественных пространств, включая доисторические периоды времени, и приведён отечественный и зарубежный опыты в организации общественных пространств. Изучена макроэкономическая ситуация в Российской Федерации и регионе Свердловской области, разработана концепция многофункционального торгово-развлекательного комплекса, исследовано количество населения и мигрантов по возрастным и гендерным категориям. Рассчитана стоимость строительства данного многофункционального торгово-развлекательного комплекса на каждом этапе строительства, определена необходимая документация и проанализирована будущая экономическая эффективность данного комплекса. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и результаты диссертационного исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and an Appendix. The main concepts and classification of shopping complexes, trends in the development of public spaces, including prehistoric periods of time, are considered, and domestic and foreign experiences in the organization of public spaces are given. The macroeconomic situation in the Russian Federation and the Sverdlovsk region was studied, the concept of a multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex was developed, the number of population and migrants by age and gender categories was studied. The cost of construction of this multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex at each stage of construction is calculated, the necessary documentation is determined and the future economic efficiency of this complex is analyzed. In conclusion, the main conclusions and results of the dissertation research are formulated.
