Нефтегазовые компании осуществляют инвестиционную деятельность, которая направлена на удовлетворение имеющегося спроса на углеводородное сырье и вместе с тем, заинтересованы в повышении степени эффективности их извлечения и разработке новых технологий по их переработке, Инвестиционные проекты, которые осуществляются в нефтегазовом секторе, чаще всего характеризуются большими объемами вложений денежных средств, длительными сроками реализации и окупаемости. Эффективность реализации инвестиционных проектов зависит от большого количества внешних и внутренних факторов, изучение которых поможет избежать серьезных денежных потерь и поспособствует более быстрому достижению плановых экономических показателей, определенных инвесторами. Существует необходимость в совершенствовании методов оценки инвестиционных проектов в нефтегазовой промышленности, которые будут включать в себя анализ и оценку прочих факторов влияющих на экономическую эффективность проекта в целом, в рамках исследования упор сделан на экологические факторы. Целью магистерской диссертации является совершенствование методики оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов нефтегазовых предприятий с учетом экологического фактора. Анализ основывался на изучении научно-периодической литературы изучении существующих показателей оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов, а также на основе данных об экологической и финансовой деятельности компании ПАО «ЛУКОЙЛ». В качестве источников информации использовались нормативно-правовые акты, база публикаций Российского индекса научного цитирования, представленная на ресурсе Flibrary, данные корпоративной статистики по тематике исследования, данные финансовой отчетности и внутренние документы исследуемого предприятия. The purpose of the master's thesis is to improve the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects of oil and gas enterprises, taking into account the environmental factor. The analysis was based on the study of scientific and periodical literature on the study of existing indicators for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects, as well as on data on the environmental and financial activities of PJSC LUKOIL. As sources of information we used legal acts, the database of publications of the Russian science citation index, presented on the resource Flibrary, data of corporate statistics on the subject of research, financial statements and internal documents of the enterprise. During the writing of the master's thesis was developed and tested a scheme for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects in the oil and gas industry, allowing to take into account the environmental component, supplemented by stages of compliance of investment proposals areas of development of the oil and gas industry, environmental monitoring and post-investment analysis.

Для целей исследования были собраны и обработаны данные, произведен анализ работы студентов внутри системы «Облако проектов». Анализ учебной проектной деятельности студентов может быть полезен преподавателям для оценки качества работы и эффективности студентов. Полученные результаты позволяют определить направления дальнейшей разработки и усовершенствования системы. По результатам проведенной оценки экономической эффективности проекта выгода от внедрения информационной системы «Облако проектов» составит 98 357 рубля за семестр. Проект окупается в срок 6 месяцев.

Работа над теоретическими основами профилактики социальных отклонений, а также анализ практик по решению проблем социально-психологической безопасности студентов. Рассмотрены источники финансирования проекта, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. Предметом исследования выступает организационно - управленческая деятельность по развитию бережливого обслуживания в крупных торговых компаниях. В работе использовался метод теоретического анализа, табличный метод представления и обработки информации, а также обоснована необходимость реализации принципа «вытягивания ценности» с помощью определенного алгоритма в крупных торговых компаниях в рамках проектного подхода. / The aim of the study is to develop methodological approaches and recommendations for the development of lean services in large trading companies. В данной работе изучена специфика краудфандинга в сфере книгоиздания, а также описаны особенности продвижения краудфандингового издательского проекта. Объект настоящей магистерской диссертации – краудфандинговый проект на переиздание архитектурного путеводителя по Екатеринбургу. Предметом исследования являются способы продвижения, использованные в проекте краудфандинга. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, библиографического списка, включающего 141 наименования. В первой части магистерской диссертации исследованы понятие, виды и преимущества краудфандинга, описаны особенности краудфандинга в сфере книгоиздания, а также перечислены основные способы продвижения проектов. Во второй части исследования подробно описаны все этапы создания краудфандингового проекта на переиздание путеводителя по Екатеринбургу, перечислены способы его продвижения. Благодаря статистическим данным дана оценка эффективности тех способов, результаты которых можно отследить и зафиксировать. Также были подведены итоги исследуемого проекта. Данная работа может послужить источником для других исследований, в том числе для сравнения эффективности кампаний по продвижению краудфандинговых проектов, что приведет к качественному и полному изучению данной темы. / In this paper, we studied the specifics of crowdfunding in the field of book publishing, and also described the features of promoting a crowdfunding publishing project. The object of this master's thesis is a crowdfunding project to reprint the architectural guide to Yekaterinburg. The subject of the research is the promotion methods used in the crowdfunding project. Master's thesis consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography, which includes 141 titles. The first part of the master's thesis explores the concept, types and advantages of crowdfunding, describes the features of crowdfunding in the field of book publishing, and also lists the main ways to promote projects. The second part of the study describes in detail all the stages of creating a crowdfunding project for the reissue of a guide to Yekaterinburg, lists ways to promote it. Thanks to statistical data, an assessment is given of the effectiveness of those methods, the results of which can be tracked and recorded. The results of the research project were also summed up. This work can serve as a source for other studies, including comparing the effectiveness of campaigns to promote crowdfunding projects, which will lead to a qualitative and complete study of this topic.

В процессе работы был проведён анализ популярных фреймворков для веб-разработки, настроена интеграция с серверами CDN на базе сервиса Surge, создан Docker-образ с веб-приложением, настроена интеграция с GitHub Actions для CI/CD, настроен клиентский и серверный мониторинги на базе Sentry. В первой главе рассмотрены актуальные теоретические основы девелопмента жилой недвижимости. Во второй главе разработана маркетинговая концепция таунхаусов. В третьей главе выполнено финансово-экономическое обоснование эффективности реализации девелоперского проекта для развития жилой недвижимости в качестве эффективного механизма инвестирования предложено использование рассрочки от застройщика. В заключении представлены основные выводы по выполненной магистерской диссертации. In the long term, based on the technologies already being deployed and the accumulated experience, it is necessary to realize driving trains in fully automatic mode without a driver on board. Engineers strive to recreate as many risky situations as possible in order to increase the safety of the new driving technology. Therefore, an integral part of the implementation of such changes in the current activities of the railway company is the identification of risks for the purpose of their subsequent effective management. The purpose of the work is to develop risk management measures for the project of organizing unmanned driving. The object of the study is an unmanned locomotive project implemented by JSC "Russian Railways". The practical significance lies in the fact that the results obtained during the identification of risks and the development of measures for their management can be used in the organization of the risk management system of JSC "Russian Railways" as part of the implementation of the “Digital Railway” project. The application of the developed risk management measures is also possible within the framework of the introduction of the unmanned locomotive "Lastochka" on the sections of the Moscow Central Ring. / Увеличение спроса на пассажирские перевозки, изменение качественных характеристик спроса и моделей поведения потребителей, а также вовлечение в оборот инновационных, цифровых и наукоемких технологий делает необходимой кардинальную трансформацию бизнеса железнодорожных компаний во всем мире. В долгосрочной перспективе на основе развертываемых уже сейчас технологий и накапливаемого опыта предстоит реализовать вождение поездов в полностью автоматическом режиме без машиниста на борту. Инженеры стремятся воссоздать как можно больше рисковых ситуаций, которые могут произойти в пути следования с целью увеличения безопасности новой технологии вождения. Поэтому неотъемлемой частью внедрения подобных изменений в текущую деятельность железнодорожной компании является идентификация рисков с целью последующего эффективного управления ими. Цель работы состоит в разработке мероприятий по управлению рисками проекта организации беспилотного вождения. Объектом исследования является проект беспилотного локомотива, реализуемый ОАО «РЖД». Практическая значимость состоит в том, что результаты, полученные в ходе идентификации рисков и разработке мероприятий по их управлению, могут быть использованы при организации системы риск-менеджмента ОАО «РЖД» в рамках реализации проекта «Цифровая железная дорога». Применение разработанных мероприятий по управлению рисков также возможно в рамках внедрения беспилотного локомотива ЭС2Г «Ласточка» на участках Московского центрального кольца.
