В ходе исследования были изучены основные принципы концепции умных городов, рассмотрен мировой опыт и потенциальные перспективы реализации подобных подходов в Екатеринбурге. Целью работы было выявить уровень соответствия элементов городской среды Екатеринбурга концепции Smart City. Задачи: 1. Изучить содержание и основные составляющие концепции «Умный город». 2. Изучить мировой опыт внедрения принципов Smart City. 3. Рассмотреть элементы городской среды Екатеринбурга применительно концепции «Умный город». 4. Выделить перспективы развития городской среды Екатеринбурга в соответствии с принципами Smart City. Мировой опыт внедрения принципов Smart City очень разнообразен и не может быть на 100% применен в России в неизменном виде, поскольку без учета особенностей жизни общества и условий среды он будет неэффективен. Важно адаптировать достойные идеи на своей территории, а не полностью заимствовать чужие проекты. Результаты опроса показали, что есть некоторые препятствия в распространении и реализации принципов концепции «умного города» в Екатеринбурге: низкая информированность населения, инертность властей и горожан, недостаточный уровень культуры людей, отсутствие системности при внедрении новшеств и др. Несмотря на это, респонденты склонны верить в возможность развития городского пространства по принципам Smart City, осознавая также необходимость объединения усилий власти и населения для реализации проектов. В целом есть неплохие перспективы развития городской среды Екатеринбурга в соответствии с принципами Smart City. / During the research, the basic principles of the concept of smart cities were studied, world experience and potential prospects for the implementation of such approaches in Yekaterinburg were examined. The aim of the work was to identify the level of compliance of the elements of the urban environment of Yekaterinburg with the Smart City concept. Tasks: 1. To study the content and the main components of the concept of Smart City. 2. To study the world experience in implementing the principles of Smart City. 3. To consider the elements of the urban environment of Yekaterinburg in relation to the concept of "Smart City"/ 4. To highlight the prospects for the development of the urban environment of Yekaterinburg in accordance with the principles of Smart City. The world experience in implementing the principles of Smart City is very diverse and cannot be 100% applied in Russia unchanged, because without taking into account the characteristics of society and environmental conditions, it will be ineffective. It is important to adapt worthy ideas on your territory, and not to completely borrow other people's projects. The results of the survey showed that there are some obstacles to the dissemination and implementation of the principles of the smart city concept in Yekaterinburg: low public awareness, inertia of the authorities and citizens, insufficient culture of people, lack of consistency in introducing innovations, etc. Despite this, respondents tend to believe into the possibility of developing urban space according to the principles of Smart City, realizing also the need to combine the efforts of the authorities and the population for the implementation of projects. In general, there are good prospects for the development of the urban environment of Yekaterinburg in accordance with the principles of Smart City.

Цель магистерской работы: анализ тенденций развития информационных систем на рынке автозаправочных сервисов и проектирование новой информационной системы по доставке топлива. Для достижения поставленной̆ цели были обозначены следующие задачи: провести анализ рынка автозаправочных станций Российской Федерации; изучить тенденции развития информационных систем автозаправочных сервисов; изучить жизненный цикл информационных систем; определить требования и спецификации на создание информационной системы; разработать бизнес-процессы информационной системы; провести моделирование бизнес-процессов «TO-BE»; осуществить планирование проекта разработки информационной системы; рассчитать экономическую эффективность проекта; произвести управление рисками проекта; разработать план продвижения сервиса; осуществить практическую реализацию проекта. Как результат работы представлен план по разработке новой ИС по доставке топлива с использованием информационных технологий, разработка которой способно решить ряд проблем существующих ИС. / The purpose of the master's thesis: analysis of trends in the development of information systems in the market of filling services and design of a new information system for fuel delivery. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were identified: to analyze the market of gas stations in the Russian Federation; to study the trends in the development of information systems of gas station services; to study the life cycle of information systems; to determine the requirements and specifications for the creation of an information system; to develop business processes of an information system; to carry out modeling of business processes "TO-BE"; to plan an information system development project; to calculate the economic efficiency of the project; to manage project risks; to develop a service promotion plan; to implement the practical implementation of the project. As a result of the work, a plan is presented for the development of a new fuel delivery system using information technology, the development of which can solve a number of problems of existing IS.

Отечественные промышленные предприятия столкнулись с серьезными ограничениями в своей деятельности, связанными с введением санкций зарубежными экономиками. С одной стороны, это безусловно ведет к снижению текущих финансово-экономических показателей компаний. Однако, с другой стороны, подобные внешние вызовы представляют собой стимул не только для освоения новых рынков, но и эффективной интеграции современных цифровых инструментов в бизнес-процессы промышленных предприятий. Достигнутый мировой опыт развития сегмента e-commerce показывает, что подобные цифровые инструменты положительно влияют на результативность деятельности промышленных предприятий, способствуя упрощению производственных процессов, сокращению операционных затрат, а также росту объемов продаж. Цель - разработка проекта маркетплейса, позволяющего повысить эффективность деятельности промышленного предприятия. Объект - АО «Сталепромышленная компания», занимающаяся торговлей черного металлопроката. Научная новизна: разработка теоретических основ проекта внедрения маркетплейса для промышленного предприятия, учитывающего отраслевые особенности металлоторгующей отрасли, потребности контрагентов и клиентов компаний сектора, что позволяет повысить экономическую эффективность деятельности компании. Практическая значимость: возможность применения разработанного проекта маркетплейса в практике других промышленных предприятий для расширения рынка сбыта товаров и повышения рентабельности бизнеса. / Domestic industrial enterprises have faced serious restrictions in their activities related to the imposition of sanctions by foreign economies. On the one hand, this certainly leads to a decrease in the current financial and economic indicators of companies. However, on the other hand, such external challenges are an incentive not only for the development of new markets, but also for the effective integration of modern digital tools into the business processes of industrial enterprises. The achieved global experience in the development of the e-commerce segment shows that such digital tools have a positive impact on the performance of industrial enterprises, contributing to the simplification of production processes, reduction of operating costs, as well as sales growth. The aim is to develop a marketplace project that will improve the efficiency of an industrial enterprise. The object is JSC “Stalepromyshlennaya kompaniya” engaged in the trade of ferrous metal products. Scientific novelty: development of the theoretical foundations of the project for the introduction of a marketplace for an industrial enterprise, taking into account the industry features of the metal trading industry, the needs of contractors and customers of companies in the sector, which allows to increase the economic efficiency of the company. Practical significance: the possibility of using the developed marketplace project in the practice of other industrial enterprises to expand the market for goods and increase business profitability.

Целью данной магистерской диссертации является проектирование системы для автоматизации проведения аудита технических мер безопасности по результатам работы ПО DATAPK. Научная новизна заключается в проектировании новой системы, подходящей под цели государственного заказчика. Практическая значимость данного исследования состоит в применении результатов магистерской диссертации для разработки системы, с помощью которой будут проверяться все существующие объекты защиты на выполнение техническим мерам, обнаружение уязвимостей и беспроводных точек в сети, процесс оценки станет всеобъемлющим и эффективным. Работа включает в себя разработку критериев оценки соблюдения технических мер, разработку требований к системе и основных принципов ее работы. Результатом работы является техническое задание на разработку автоматизированной системы для проведения аудита, сопроводительная документация и шаблон технического отчета. / The purpose of this master's thesis is to design a system for automating the audit of technical security measures based on the results of the DATAPK software. Scientific novelty lies in the design of a new system suitable for the goals of the state customer. The practical significance of this study is to apply the results of the master's thesis to develop a system that will check all existing objects of protection for the implementation of technical measures, the detection of vulnerabilities and wireless points in the network, the assessment process will become comprehensive and effective. The work includes the development of criteria for assessing compliance with technical measures, the development of requirements for the system and the basic principles of its operation. The result of the work is the terms of reference for the development of an automated system for conducting an audit, accompanying documentation and a technical report template.

Одним из наиболее популярных трендов современного образования является проектное обучение. Проектное обучение предполагает обучение на реальных задачах, причем их решение студенты ищут самостоятельно, что повышает мотивацию в поиске и изучении необходимой для решения информации. Цель исследования: разработка новой формы проектного обучения для магистерских программ университета. Объектом исследования выступает Уральский федеральный университет. Научная новизна исследования: предложена новая форма проектного обучения для магистерских программ университета, особенность которой состоит в поэтапной работе над магистерской диссертацией (мультидисциплинарным макро-проектом) в течение всего процесса обучения через разработку отдельных элементов - микро-проектов в рамках изучаемых дисциплин. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности применения предложенной формы проектного обучения в магистерских программах университета и роста показателей внедрения проектного обучения в университете. / One of the most popular trends in modern education is project-based learning. Project-based learning involves learning on real problems, when students are looking for their solution on their own, which increases motivation in finding and studying the information necessary for solving. The purpose of the study: to develop a new form of project-based learning for university master’s programs. The object of the study is the Ural Federal University. Scientific novelty of the research: a new form of project-based learning for university master’s programs is proposed; the peculiarity of it consists in step-by-step work on a master’s thesis (multidisciplinary macro-project) during the entire learning process through the development of individual elements - micro-projects within the studied disciplines. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the proposed form of project-based learning in the university’s master’s programs and the growth of indicators of the implementation of project-based learning at the university.

В первой главе рассмотрены методики оценки эффективности девелоперских проектов, потенциал развития недвижимости и его жизненный цикл, а также рассмотрены риски девелоперского проекта. Во второй главе проведен анализ социологического исследования по выявлению портрета молодого потребителя на рынке недвижимости, рассмотрены государственные программы, связанные с предоставлением жилья молодому населению России и рассмотрены методы оценки социально-экономической эффективности строительства жилых комплексов для молодежи. В третьей главе производится анализ рынка недвижимости по реализуемому проекту, его экономическое обоснование и расчеты, связанные с оценкой эффективности реализации проекта. Магистерская диссертация содержит 72 страниц печатного текста, в диссертации представлены 24 рисунков, 10 таблиц, 10 формул и 6 приложения, список использованных источников включает 61 наименования. / Structure of master's thesis includes introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and applications. The first Chapter describes the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of development projects, the development potential of the real estate life-cycle, and also examined the risks of a development project. In the second Chapter the analysis of sociological research on revealing the portrait of a young consumer in the real estate market, are considered public programs related to the provision of housing for the young population of Russia and the methods for assessing socio-economic efficiency of construction of residential complexes for young people. The third Chapter is an analysis of the real estate market implemented by the project, its economic justification and calculations associated with the evaluation of the effectiveness of the project. In Yekaterinburg, the infrastructure of sports facilities is underdeveloped. Along with a high proportion of the availability of sports facilities in popular sports, there are not mass sports that require specialized venues. The growth trend of a healthy lifestyle and the popularization of physical culture are promoted at the state level, and the development of sports infrastructure becomes an important aspect for the state. The aim of the work is: Development of a development project for the creation of a sports complex located at: Ekaterinburg, ul. Moskovskaya d.281, intersection of Moskovskaya and Ostrovsky streets, and assessment of the impact of the development project on infrastructure development. The results of the study are • The concepts of development were considered and the types of financing for development projects were analyzed; • Identified priority areas in the development of infrastructure of sports facilities; • A development project for the creation of a sports complex in the city of Yekaterinburg has been developed, taking into account the use of mechanisms of the Public-Private Partnership; • The projected forms of the project’s impact on the development of the district’s infrastructure were analyzed. The paper shows the use of state aid tools for the implementation of social development projects. With such financing, the project payback period is 15 years, the net discounted income is more than 330 thousand rubles. / В городе Екатеринбурге недостаточно развита инфраструктура спортивных объектов. Наряду с высокой долей обеспеченности спортивными объектами в распространённых видах спорта, существуют не массовые виды спорта, требующие специализированных площадок. Рост тренда здорового образа жизни и популяризация занятия физической культурой пропагандируется на государственном уровне, и развитие объектов спортивной инфраструктуры становится важным аспектом для государства. Целью работы является: Разработка девелоперского проекта по созданию спортивного комплекса, расположенного по адресу: г. Екатеринбург ул. Московская д.281, перекресток улиц Московская и Островского, и оценка влияния девелоперского проекта на развитие инфраструктуры. Результатами исследования являются: • Рассмотрены понятия девелопмента и проанализированы виды финансирования девелоперских проектов; • Выявлены приоритетные направления в развитии инфраструктуры спортивных объектов; • Разработан девелоперский проект по созданию спортивного комплекса в городе Екатеринбурге, с учётом использования механизмов Государственно-Частного партнёрства; • Проанализированы прогнозируемые формы влияния проекта на развитие инфраструктуры района. В работе показано использование инструментов помощи государства для реализации девелоперских проектов социальной направленности. При таком финансировании срок окупаемости проекта составляет 15 лет, чистый дисконтированный доход составляет более 330 тыс. руб.

В третьей главе разработана концепция проекта по строительству общественно-делового центра в п.г.т. Игрим, ХМАО-Югра. Дано технико-экономическое обоснование и расчет эффективности реализации предложенного проекта.
