The process of creating technological innovations in enterprises for the processing of non-ferrous metals is characterized by high complexity and complexity, which stems from the large number of functional units involved, as well as the need to balance the interests of individual functional units with client requirements and achieve an acceptable level of economic efficiency for the enterprise. Therefore, the development of a set of issues dedicated to the management of technological innovation is an important and urgent task. The main idea of the study is that the existing system of organizing business processes for the creation and management of technological innovations in enterprises for the processing of non-ferrous metals in the current economic situation does not allow effective management of the business process. The paper presents a process approach to management, the main feature of which is that when optimizing the process, you must be able to stop on time. The novelty of the thesis lies in the development of an algorithm for managing technological innovation in enterprises for the deep processing of non-ferrous metals. A feature of the algorithm is the choice of the direction of innovation, taking into account the capabilities of the enterprise, the analysis of customer requests, the determination of the required parameters for implementation, the selection of the owner of the process and the determination of key performance indicators, which makes it possible to reasonably make managerial decisions and effectively use all types of enterprise resources. / Процесс создания технологических инноваций на предприятиях по глубокой переработке цветных металлов характеризуется высокой сложностью и комплексностью, которая проистекает из большого количества задействованных функциональных подразделений, а также необходимостью балансирования интересов отдельных функциональных подразделений с требованиями клиента и достижением приемлемого уровня экономической эффективности для предприятия. Поэтому разработка комплекса вопросов, посвящённых управлению технологическими инновациями, представляет собой важную и актуальную задачу. Основная идея исследования заключается в том, что существующая система организации бизнес-процессов создания и управления технологическими инновациями на предприятиях по глубокой переработке цветных металлов в сложившейся экономической ситуации не позволяет эффективно управлять бизнес-процессом. В работе представлен процессный подход к управлению, основной особенностью которого является то, что при оптимизации процесса необходимо уметь вовремя остановиться. Новизна диссертации заключается в разработке алгоритма управления технологическими инновациями на предприятиях по глубокой переработке цветных металлов. Особенностью алгоритма является выбор направления инноваций с учётом возможностей предприятия, анализ запросов заказчиков, определение требуемых параметров для внедрения, выбор владельца процесса и определение ключевых показателей эффективности, что позволяет обоснованно принимать управленческие решения и эффективно использовать все виды ресурсов предприятия.

Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что в настоящее время рынок ПВХ конструкций перенасыщен предложениями, поэтому, чтобы предприятию оставаться конкурентоспособным, необходима модернизация бизнес-процессов, которая позволяет значительно их ускорить, уменьшить себестоимость выпускаемой продукции, чётко распределить обязанности и зоны ответственности сотрудников, минимизировать количество брака на производстве. Целью магистерской диссертации является изучение производственного процесса предприятия ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ», определение наиболее подходящего пути модернизации и осуществление внедрения предложенных мероприятий, а также проведение сравнительного анализа производства до внедрения модернизации и после. Объектом исследования данной работы являются бизнес-процессы предприятия ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ», предметом исследования — модернизация бизнес-процессов производства ПВХ окон на предприятии ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ». Научная новизна заключается в исследовании известных способов модернизации бизнес-процессов, формировании подхода для осуществления модернизации бизнес-процессов на предприятии ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ» и применение их к объекту исследования. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена формированием конкретных рекомендаций по модернизации бизнес-процессов компании, позволяющие ей повысить эффективность производства, уменьшить себестоимость продукции и минимизировать процент брака. Проведенную модернизацию можно считать экономически эффективной: анализ финансовых показателей (NPV > 0, DPP < Tмакс, IRR > СС) наглядно продемонстрировал, что предложенные решения для модернизации бизнес-процессов предприятия ООО «РЕГИОНПЛАСТ» экономически результативны, срок окупаемости составил 3 месяца. / The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that at present the market of PVC structures is oversaturated with offers, therefore, in order for the enterprise to remain competitive, it is necessary to modernize business processes, which can significantly speed up them, reduce the cost of manufactured products, clearly assign responsibilities and areas of responsibility of employees, minimize the number of defects in production. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the production process of the enterprise LLC "REGIONPLAST", to determine the most suitable way of modernization and implementation of the proposed measures, as well as to conduct a comparative analysis of production before the implementation of modernization and after. The object of the study of this work is the business processes of the enterprise LLC "REGIONPLAST", the subject of the study is the modernization of the business processes of production of PVC windows at the enterprise LLC "REGIONPLAST". Scientific novelty lies in the study of known methods of modernization of business processes, the formation of an approach for the implementation of the modernization of business processes at the company "REGIONPLAST" and their application to the object of research. The practical significance of the work is due to the formation of specific recommendations for the modernization of the company's business processes, allowing it to increase production efficiency, reduce the cost of production and minimize the percentage of rejects. The modernization carried out can be considered cost-effective: the analysis of financial indicators (NPV> 0, DPP <Tmax, IRR> CC) clearly demonstrated that the proposed solutions for modernizing the business processes of the REGIONPLAST LLC enterprise are economically effective, the payback period was 3 months.

Целью исследования является совершенствование методического подхода к оценке эффективности диверсификации производства оборонно-промышленного предприятия. Разработанный методический подход к оценке эффективности диверсификации производства основан на расчете специфических показателей предприятий ОПК с учетом весовых коэффициентов и балльной оценки, применение которого позволит оценить целесообразность выпуска гражданской продукции и сформировать эффективный план производства. / The aim of the work is to improve the methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of diversification of production of a military–industrial enterprise. The developed methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of production diversification is based on the calculation of specific indicators of defense industry enterprises, taking into account weighting factors and a point score, the use of which will allow to assess the feasibility of civilian production and form an effective production plan.

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются теоретические аспекты повышения стратегической гибкости производственных предприятий, проанализирован и оценен уровень стратегической гибкостина российских предприятиях, по результатам исследования разрабатывается методический подход для повышения стратегической гибкости производственных предприятий. В рамках исследования предлагается проект по внедрениюавторской интеграционной модели, включающую в себя основные аспекты, имеющие значение для увеличения стратегической гибкости. / In the final qualifying work, the theoretical aspects of increasing the strategic flexibility of manufacturing enterprises are considered, the level of strategic flexibility at Russian enterprises is analyzed and evaluated, according to the results of the study, a methodological approach is developed to increase the strategic flexibility of manufacturing enterprises. Within the framework of the study, a project is proposed to introduce the author's integration model, which includes the main aspects that are important for increasing strategic flexibility.
