In the thesis researches of overall performance of the polymerization furnace of Uralasbest plant are executed. The existing thermal scheme and a design of the furnace is considered, thermal calculation is carried out and technical solutions on improvement of thermal and ecological characteristics of the furnace operation are proposed. Researches showed that ecological characteristics mineral-wool production doesn't satisfy to requirements to environmental standards, and for decrease in emissions of nitrogen oxides more effective burner system is proposed. On the basis of the executed measurements and balance calculations technical actions on decrease in thermal losses with the leaving gases are offered. / В диссертации выполнены исследования эффективности работы печи полимеризации цеха ОАО «Ураласбест». Рассмотрена существующая тепловая схема и конструкция печи, проведен тепловой расчет и предложены технические решения по совершенствованию тепловых и экологических характеристик работы печи. Исследования показали, что с точки зрения экологических характеристик минераловатное производство не соответствует требованиям к экологическим нормам, и для снижения выбросов оксидов азота предложена более эффективная горелочных система..На основе выполненных измерений и балансовых расчетов предложены технические мероприятия по снижения тепловых потерь с уходящими газами.

The aim of the thesis was to develop an integration approach based on benchmarking and the Lean Manufacturing concept for the modernization of the production system of the defense industry enterprise, as well as a method for reducing risks when introducing the BP concept at Russian enterprises. This work contains 8 goals that were achieved in the performance of the work. This work contains 3 positions of scientific novelty. Approbation of scientific novelty is contained in 6 sub-clauses of the work. With the help of the lean manufacturing project, the company will be able to reach the target figures that have been planned. / Целью диссертации заключалась в разработке интеграционный подход, основанный на бенчмаркинге и концепции Бережливого производства для модернизации производственной системы предприятия ОПК, так же был разработан метод снижения рисков при внедрения концепции БП на предприятиях РФ. Данная работа содержит 8 целей, которые были достигнуты при выполнении работы. Данная работа содержит 3 позиции научной новизны. Апробация научной новизны содержится в 6 подпунктах работы. С помощью проекта по внедрению Бережливого производства, предприятие сможет выйти на целевые показатели, которые были запланированы.

Целью диссертационного исследования является разработка концептуальной платформы повышения конкурентоспособности производственного предприятия на основе совместного применения принципов Бережливого производства и стратегии концентрической диверсификации с использованием методологии проектного управления. Объектом исследования является рыночная деятельность промышленного предприятия ОАО «Северский гранитный карьер». Предметом исследования является система организационно-экономических отношений, возникающих в процессе перехода промышленного предприятия к стратегии концентрической диверсификации. Научная новизна диссертационного исследования заключается в разработке теоретико-методического обеспечения повышения конкурентоспособности промышленного предприятия, направленного на успешную и эффективную концентрическую диверсификацию деятельности хозяйствующего субъекта на основе интеграции концепции Бережливого производства с использованием методологии проектного управления. / The purpose of the dissertation research is the development of a conceptual platform for increasing the competitiveness of a production enterprise on the basis of the joint application of Lean Manufacturing Principles and the strategy of concentric diversification using the methodology of project management. The object of research is the market activity of an industrial enterprise. The subject of the study is the system of organizational and economic relations that arise during the transition of an industrial enterprise to the strategy of concentric diversification. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research is to develop a theoretical and methodological support for increasing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise aimed at successful and effective concentric diversification of the business entity's activities based on the integration of the Lean Manufacturing concept using the project management methodology.

Приведен обзор случаев использования изделий, изготовленных по аддитивной технологии для имплантации. Проанализирован международный стандарт на испытания пористых материалов, изготовленных по аддитивной технологии. Выявлены проблемы и предположительные пути их решения при использовании изделий, изготовленных аддитивным методом из сплавов на основе титана. решена краевая задача определения напряженно-деформированного состояния ячеистого имплантат методом конечных элементов в программном модуле ABAQUS. Рассмотрен вопрос влияния геометрии ячеек испытываемого материала на механические свойства конечного изделия для трех различных форм ячеек. Рассмотрен вопрос влияния трения между испытываемой заготовкой и бойками испытательной машины на свойства конечного изделия при различных уровнях трения. / An overview of the cases of using products made using additive technology for implantation is given. The international standard for testing porous materials manufactured by additive technology is analyzed. The problems and possible ways of their solution are revealed when using products manufactured by the additive method from titanium-based alloys. the boundary value problem of determining the stress-strain state of a cellular implant by the finite element method in the ABAQUS software module has been solved. The question of the influence of the geometry of the cells of the test material on the mechanical properties of the final product for three different cell shapes is considered. The question of the influence of friction between the tested workpiece and the strikers of the testing machine on the properties of the final product at various levels of friction is considered.

В 1-й главе изучены особенности единичного и мелкосерийного типа производства; изучены основы управления резервами производства, изучены подходы трёх концепций по управлению предприятием к управлению резервами. Во 2-й главе проведен анализ процесса производства продукции цеха №23 ПАО «Завод №9». В 3-й главе предложены мероприятия по мобилизации резервов производства продукции, рассчитана их экономическая эффективность; даны рекомендации по мобилизации резервов. / In the 1st chapter, the features of a single and small-scale type of production were studied; studied the basics of managing reserves of production, studied the approaches of three concepts for managing an enterprise to managing reserves. In the 2nd chapter, an analysis of the production process of workshop No. 23 of PJSC Plant No. 9 was carried out. The 3rd chapter proposes measures to mobilize product production reserves, their economic efficiency is calculated; recommendations for the mobilization of reserves are given.

Цель исследования – разработка методических основ эффективного управления системой энергетического менеджмента на промышленном предприятии с учетом тенденций развития зеленой экономики и цифровизации производства в современных условиях. Объектом исследования является система энергетического менеджмента промышленного предприятия. Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке теоретических основ и методических подходов на основе интеграции концепций экологической ответственности и цифровизации производства в систему энергетического менеджмента предприятия. Развита концепция дорожной карты внедрения системы энергетического менеджмента на предприятии в соответствии с принятой энергетической политикой и современными представлениями об энергоэффективности. Особенностью карты является планирование мероприятий, направленных на углубление цифровизации внутренней среды энергопотребления и соблюдение показателей результативности внедрения зеленой экономики, таких как снижение выбросов диоксида углерода, доля невозобновляемых ресурсов в структуре энергопотребления, доля повторного использования энергии в производстве. Предложенная концепция позволит достичь энергоэффективности бизнес-процессов с учетом современных подходов к ответственному энергоменеджменту на промышленном предприятии. / The purpose of the study is to develop methodological foundations for the effective management of the energy management system at an industrial enterprise, taking into account the trends in the development of a green economy and digitalization of production in modern conditions. The object of the study is the energy management system of an industrial enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of theoretical foundations and methodological approaches based on the integration of the concepts of environmental responsibility and digitalization of production into the energy management system of an enterprise. The concept of a roadmap for the implementation of an energy management system at an enterprise has been developed in accordance with the adopted energy policy and modern ideas about energy efficiency. A feature of the map is the planning of activities aimed at deepening the digitalization of the internal environment of energy consumption and compliance with the performance indicators of the implementation of the green economy, such as reducing carbon dioxide emissions, the share of non-renewable resources in the structure of energy consumption, the share of energy reuse in production. The proposed concept will allow achieving energy efficiency of business processes, taking into account modern approaches to responsible energy management at an industrial enterprise.

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются особенности маркетинговой деятельности дистрибьютерских компаний, их специфика управления процессами распределения и создание ценности услуг, а также концепция «lean» при управлении процессами распределения. Проведена оценка маркетинговой и конкурентной среды дистрибьютерской компании «ЭТМ». В рамках исследования предлагается проект по совершенствованию процесса распределения товаров и услуг в компании и обосновывается целесообразность внедрения концепции бережливого распределения. / The final qualification work examines the features of the marketing activities of distribution companies, their specifics of managing distribution processes and creating the value of services, as well as the concept of "lean" in managing distribution processes. An assessment of the marketing and competitive environment of the distribution company "ETM" was carried out. The study proposes a project to improve the process of distribution of goods and services in the company and substantiates the feasibility of introducing the concept of lean distribution.
