Магистерская диссертация посвящена анализу технологических инноваций в банковской сфере. Целью исследования является разработка технологических усовершенствований клиентских сервисов и оценка экономической эффективности их практической реализации в АО «Альфа-Банк». В работе сделан вывод о том, что внедрение цифровых технологий в банковские сервисы позволяет снизить операционные расходы и улучшить качество клиентского обслуживания. В работе актуализируется, что имплементация искусственного интеллекта и роботизированных систем является долгосрочным трендом развития банковского сектора. / Master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of technological innovations in the banking sector. The aim of the study is to develop technological improvements of customer services and to assess the economic efficiency of their practical implementation in JSC "Alfa-Bank". The paper concludes that the introduction of digital technologies in banking services can reduce operating costs and improve the quality of customer service. The paper actualizes that the implementation of artificial intelligence and robotic systems is a long-term trend in the development of the banking sector.

Цель работы: улучшение показателей эффективности взыскания с клиента банка просроченной задолженности и уменьшение затрат на процесс взыскания при помощи внедрения сторонней разработки (робота-коллектора) в текущий бизнес-процесс предприятия. Для достижения данной цели работы были определены следующие задачи: изучить теоретические основы моделирования бизнес-процессов (понятия, методологии, нотации); проанализировать рынок программных продуктов для моделирования бизнес-процессов; изучить и описать исследуемый бизнес-процесс предприятия; проанализировать модель AS IS, выявить недостатки, построить модель TO BE; разработать план проекта; провести расчеты экономической эффективности проекта; сделать заключение по проведенной работе. В процессе выполнения данной работы для моделирования бизнес-процессов была использована методология BPMN, а для практической реализации проекта использовались следующие инструменты – MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL SERVER, QlikView, Access. Результаты выпускной квалификационной работы были использованы в процессе модернизации бизнес-процесса Банка ПАО КБ «УБРиР». / The purpose of the work: to improve the efficiency of collecting overdue debts from the bank's client and reduce the costs of the collection process by introducing a third-party development (a collector robot) into the current business process of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined: to study the theoretical foundations of business process modeling (concepts, methodologies, notations); to analyze the market of software products for modeling business processes; to study and describe the business process of the enterprise under study; analyze the AS IS model, identify shortcomings, build a TO BE model; develop a project plan; calculate the economic efficiency of the project; make a conclusion on the work carried out. In the course of this work, BPMN methodology was used to model business processes, and the following tools were used for the practical implementation of the project - MS Visio, MS Project, MS SQL SERVER, QlikView, Access. The results of the final qualification work were used in the process of modernization of the business process of the Bank of PJSC CB "UBRiR".

The first chapter describes the situation of the use of industrial robots in the market of machine-building production. The sales volumes of modern robots are considered depending on the industries where they are applied. Comparative statistics on the implementation of robots for performing various operations are also given. The level of robotization in Russia and in the world is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages associated with the introduction of robots into enterprises are revealed. In the second chapter, the topic of flexible production systems is discussed. The existing systems for designing flexible machining modules are evaluated. It also provides a definition of risk, its evaluation. The types of risks were identified during the implementation of the robotic machine module at the enterprise of the machine-building complex. Methods for determining the magnitude of risks are presented. The third chapter presents the most commonly used tools for risk analysis. The main features of the expert assessment method are considered in details. The sequence of actions of the expert survey is presented. On the basis of the chosen method, an order of actions for assessing the risks of the robotic modules presented in the second chapter of the CAD algorithms was developed. Visual images based on summary tables of each CAD algorithm are constructed. Measures to eliminate intolerable risks are suggested. The master's thesis consists of an explanatory note of 80 pages, 18 figures, 11 tables and includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of sources used, consisting of 35 titles, and three appendixes. / В 1-й главе описывается ситуация применения промышленных роботов на рынке машиностроительного производства. Рассмотрены объемы продаж современных роботов в зависимости от отраслей, где они применяются. Также была приведена сравнительная статистика по реализации роботов для выполнения различных операций. Проанализирован уровень роботизации в России и в мире. Выявлены преимущества и недостатки, связанные с внедрением роботов на предприятия. Во 2-й главе затрагивается тема гибких производственных систем. Осуществляется оценка существующих систем проектирования гибких модулей механообработки. Также дается определение риска, его оценки. Были выявлены виды рисков при внедрении роботизированного станочного модуля на предприятии машиностроительного комплекса. Приводятся методы для определения величины рисков. В 3-й главе представлены наиболее часто используемые инструменты для анализа рисков. Рассмотрены более подробно основные особенности метода экспертных оценок. Представлена последовательность действий экспертного опроса. На основе выбранного метода был разработан порядок действий оценки рисков приведенных во второй главе алгоритмов САПР роботизированных модулей. Построены наглядные изображения на основе сводных таблиц каждого алгоритма САПР. Предложены мероприятия по устранению непереносимых рисков. Магистерская диссертация состоит из пояснительной записки объемом 80 страниц, 18 рисунков, 11 таблиц и включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников, состоящий из 35 наименований, а также три приложения.

The graduating qualification paper is devoted to the analysis of socio-economic aspects of the robotic systems introduction in the banking practice. The further development scenarios of robotization in the financial sphere are considered. Possible solutions to minimize socio-economic damage in commercial banks are proposed. / Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена анализу социально-экономических аспектов внедрения роботизированных систем в практику банковских учреждений. Рассмотрены предполагаемые сценарии дальнейшего развития роботизации в финансовой сфере и предложены возможные пути решения по минимизации социально-экономического ущерба в коммерческих банках.
