Анализируются социальные факторы, оказывающие влияние на профессиональную карьеру женщин в социальной работе. На основании эмпирического исследования выделяются стратегии женщин-руководителей. / The work examines the specifics of the career of women leaders in the field of professional social work. The issue of the attractiveness of social work for women is being actualized. The social factors influencing the professional career of women in social work are analyzed. Based on empirical research, strategies of women leaders are identified.

Диссертация посвящена анализу репрезентации культурной памяти об исторической травме как темы музейной деятельности. Выявлена взаимосвязь партиципаторного подхода в организации музейной деятельности и применения мультимедиатехнологий в современных музеях. Проанализировано выставочное пространство, репрезентирующее культурную память, представляющее собой пример тотального включения мультимедиатехнологий в экспозицию без демонстрации каких-либо артефактов. В качестве практического применения исследования на основе подготовленного теоретического материала представлен проект мультимедийной выставки «Вспомним», посвященной 75-летию Победы в Великой Отечественной войне. / The thesis is devoted to the analysis of representation of cultural memory of historical trauma as a theme of the museum work. The interrelation of the participatory approach in the organization of museum activities and the use of multimedia technologies in modern museums is revealed. The exhibition space representing cultural memory is analyzed, which is an example of the total inclusion of multimedia technologies in the exhibition without demonstrating any artifacts. As a practical application of the study, based on the prepared theoretical material, the project of the multimedia exhibition «Let's Remember», dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, is presented.

На основе полученных данных были разработаны предложения по признанию того, что профессора, чувствуя себя преданными и вовлеченными в свою работу и компанию, создают это позитивное отношение, которое повлияет на устойчивый рост и развитие нашей страны, для которой именно это исследование вопросов мотивации-смысла жизни, будет играть фундаментальную роль. В заключение подводятся итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three parts, a conclusion, a bibliographic list, and appendixes. The theoretical part presents the concepts of meaning in life, the discovery of meaning in life, or otherwise, the existential void due to the lack thereof, productivity, carreer self-realization and motivation. The practical part consists of the analysis for answers for 5 questionnaires: there were applied for 31 professors for 4 different universities in Mexico, Russia, Latvia and Kazajastan. Based on the data obtained, proposals have been developed on recognizing that who are professors, by feeling committed and involved with their work and company, generate this positive attitude that will impact the sustained growth and projection of our country, for which, precisely this study of the issues of motivation-sense of life, will play a fundamental role. In conclusion, the results are summed up in accordance with the tasks set.

The master's thesis is devoted to the design development, the calculation of the thermal and gas-dynamic modes of operation of a furnace furnace of the baraban type, designed to heat metal products before quenching. In the course of work, heat engineering calculations were carried out for a new drum-type furnace design, the heat balance of the furnace was obtained, and computer simulation of gas dynamics in the working space of the chamber furnace was carried out in the Ansys Fluent software module. The results of the work can be used in the performance of research and development work at metallurgical enterprises, as well as in the educational process for training bachelors and undergraduates in the direction of “Metallurgy” (bachelor’s and master’s level). / Магистерская диссертация посвящена разработке конструкции, расчету теплового и газодинамического режимов работы камерной печи барабанного типа, предназначенной для нагрева металлических изделий перед закалкой. В ходе работы проведены теплотехнические расчеты для новой конструкции печи барабанного типа, получен тепловой баланс печи, в программном модуле Ansys Fluent проведено компьютерное моделирование газодинамики в рабочем пространстве камерной печи. Результаты работы могут быть использованы при выполнении научно-исследовательских работ на металлургических предприятиях, а также в учебном процессе для обучения бакалавров и магистрантов по направлению «Металлургия» (уровень бакалавриата и магистратуры).
