Развитие современного бизнеса во многом взаимосвязано с тем, насколько компании грамотно следуют основным принципам корпоративной социальной ответственности (КСО). При правильном подходе к социальным инвестициям организация может стать двигателем позитивных изменений в социально значимых сферах общественной жизни, формируя положительный облик компании. КСО начали применяться в середине прошлого века, когда представители бизнеса осознали, что реализация социально важных проектов укрепляет репутацию компании в глазах своих сотрудников и потребителей. За последующие десятилетия КСО становятся одним из основным принципов деятельности все большего числа компаний. В представленной работе охарактеризована теоретические подходы к построению бренда территории для внутренних аудиторий, проанализирован опыт вклада российских компаний в формирование брендов северных регионов, дана характеристика основных направлений социальных инвестиций на территории ХМАО – Югры. Основываясь на результатах методологической и эмпирической базы исследований, предложены рекомендации для коррекции программ устойчивого развития для промышленных компаний, работающих на северных территориях. / The development of modern business is largely interrelated with the extent to which companies competently follow the basic principles of corporate social responsibility (CSR). With the right approach to social investments, an organization can become a driver of positive changes in socially significant spheres of public life, forming a positive image of the company. CSR began to be applied in the middle of the last century, when business representatives realized that the implementation of socially important projects strengthens the company's reputation in the eyes of its employees and consumers. Over the following decades, CSR has become one of the main principles of the activities in increasing number of companies. In the present work, theoretical approaches to building a brand territory for internal audiences are characterized, the experience of the contribution of Russian companies to the formation of brands in the northern regions is analyzed, the characteristics of the main directions of social investment in the territory of the Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra are given. Based on the results of the methodological and empirical research base, recommendations are proposed for the correction of sustainable development programs for industrial companies operating in the northern territories.

Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка и приложений. В работе разработан проект редевелопмента промышленной территории Невьянского машиностроительного завода и проведено его финансово-экономическое обоснование. Проанализирована территория расположения рассматриваемого земельного участка и разработана концепция редевелопмента территории на основе разработанного мастер-плана. Сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны интегральные показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliographic list and appendices. In the work the project of redevelopment of the industrial territory of the Nevyansk Machine-Building Plant is developed and its financial and economic substantiation is carried out. The territory of the considered land plot location is analysed and the concept of territory redevelopment is developed on the basis of the developed master plan. The budget of the project was formed, integral indicators of the project economic efficiency were calculated. The conclusion formulates the main conclusions and summarises the results of the study.

The development of the TERRITORY THROUGH the mechanisms of the MUNICIPAL-the paper analyzes the economic background of using the mechanism of municipal-private partnership (MPP), are considered objective factors hindering and impeding the development of private law. Identify practical problems of development of the territory in implementing the mechanisms of the law. The article considers foreign experience of the use of MPP in the development of territories in the field of sports. It also analyzes the economic and investment potential of Berezovsky urban district and the feasibility of the MPP project in the field of extreme sports. Presented investment project on the construction of the Park extreme sports on the territory of Berezovsky urban district of the Sverdlovsk region through the implementation of the concession agreement. / В работе анализируются экономические предпосылки использования механизма муниципально-частного партнерства (МЧП), рассмотрены объективные факторы, тормозящие и препятствующие развитию МЧП. Определены практические проблемы развития территории при реализации механизмов МЧП. Рассмотрен зарубежный опыт использования МЧП при развитии территорий в сфере спорта. Также проводится анализ экономического и инвестиционного потенциала Березовского городского округа и возможности реализации проекта МЧП в сфере экстремальных видов спорта. Представлен инвестиционный проект строительства парка экстремальных видов спорта на территории Березовского городского округа Свердловской области путем реализации концессионного соглашения.

Основная часть диссертационной работы изложена на 91 страниц, содержит 28 таблиц,24 рисунка и 4 формулы. В результате проведенных исследований продемонстрирована возможность реализации проекта по разработке реконцепции здания, строительства питомника растений с вертикальными салатными фермами и мойки самообслуживания. Определены источники финансирования, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references, including 77 titles. The main part of the thesis is presented on 91 pages, contains 28 tables, 24 figures and 4 formulas. As a result of the conducted research, the possibility of implementing a project for the development of a building reconstruction, the construction of a plant nursery with vertical salad farms and a self-service car wash was demonstrated. The sources of financing were determined, the project budget was formed, and the indicators of the project's economic efficiency were calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized.

Практическая значимость исследования заключается в применении авторских предложений по совершенствованию процесса продвижения и развития территорий Урала. Образ территории складывается из элементов идентичности, которые отражаются в прецедентных феноменах: актуальных личностях, событиях, местах. В данной работе был проанализирован образа Урала через призму рекламных и PR текстов, содержащих прецедентные феномены со сферой-источником Урал. Исследование также коснулось вопроса, насколько актуальны и значимы для местного населения те или иные прецедентные феномены. Итог исследования заключается в разработке рекомендаций по эффективному применению прецедентных феноменов со сферой-источником Урал в рекламных и PR текстах. / Place image is formed by its identity elements, which in its turn are reflected in precedence phenomenon, that refer to the place: persons, events, places of current interest. In this work Ural image was studied in terms of advertising and PR texts, which contain precedence phenomenon referring to Ural. The study also touched on the question how important the precedence phenomenon for the local inhabitants are. As a result recommendations on usage of precedence phenomenon in advertising and PR texts were given.
