A marketing study of office, warehouse and industrial real estate was conducted, the justifications for the choice of the project concept were outlined, the possibility of using public-private partnership in the creation of public space was studied, the project concept was presented. The sources of financing have been identified, the project budget has been formed, and the indicators of the economic efficiency of the project have been calculated. Цель работы - проанализировать коммуникационные ресурсы градообразующего предприятия в продвижении города Первоуральск. Объектом исследования являются субъекты продвижения территории. В процессе работы проводились коммуникационный анализ, маркетинговый анализ, ресурсный анализ, традиционный анализ документов, анкетный опрос. В результате исследования предложена стратегия продвижения моногорода при помощи градообразующего предприятия. Полученные результаты исследования и рекомендации, содержащиеся в работе, могут быть использованы промышленными предприятиями при совершенствовании социально-проектной деятельности по продвижению территории. / The purpose of the work is to analyze the communication resources of the city-forming enterprise in the promotion of the city of Pervouralsk. The object of the study is the subjects of the territory promotion. In the course of the work, communication analysis, marketing analysis, resource analysis, traditional document analysis, questionnaire survey were carried out. As a result of the research, a strategy for promoting a single-industry town with the help of a city-forming enterprise is proposed. В нашей работе мы сфокусировались на реализации потенциала Екатеринбурга в ИТ-сфере для эффективного использования возможностей мегаполиса. Работа посвящена изучению технологий формирования бренда города Екатеринбурга как региональной ИТ-столицы для молодежной аудитории – для этого есть все предпосылки и возможности. Мы предложили систему технологий брендинга Екатеринбурга как региональной ИТ-столицы, опираясь на коммуникационные инструменты данного процесса. Поэлементное внедрение частей системы показало высокую эффективность предложенных решений и перспективность переноса всей системы в плоскость ИТ-сферы Екатеринбурга с привлечением заинтересованных сторон. / The development of the place branding in the modern world can become a pledge of prosperity of the city, region and the whole country. In our work, we focused on realizing the potential of Yekaterinburg in the IT field for the effective use of the opportunities of the metropolis. The work is devoted to the study of technologies for branding the city of Yekaterinburg as a regional IT capital for a young audience - for this there are all prerequisites and opportunities. We proposed a system of branding technologies in Ekaterinburg as a regional IT capital, relying on the communication tools of this process. The element-by-element implementation of the parts of the system showed the high efficiency of the proposed solutions and the prospect of moving the entire system to the plane of the IT sphere in Yekaterinburg with the involvement of stakeholders.

В процессе выполнения работы были исследованы теоретические и, нормативно-правовые аспекты развития сельских территорий и потребительской кооперации. Выполнен анализ развития сельских территорий Невьянского городского округа, на основе чего разработаны рекомендации по созданию потребительского кооператива как стартовой меры развития потребительской кооперации и создания ТОС как фактора повышения устойчивости развития сельских территорий. В результате осуществления рекомендуемых мер ожидается повышение уровня занятости экономически активного населения НГО, рост реальных доходов сельского населения, решение вопросов продовольственного обеспечения городского округа и обеспечение устойчивости развития сельских территорий. / In the course of the work, the theoretical and regulatory aspects of rural development and consumer cooperation were studied. The analysis of the development of rural areas Nevyansky urban district, on the basis of which recommendations for the establishment of consumer cooperatives as the starting steps of development of consumer cooperation and the creation of TOS as factor of increase of stability of development of rural territories. The implementation of the recommended measures is expected to increase the level of employment of economically active population NGOs, the growth of real incomes of the rural population, issues of food security in the city and ensure the sustainable development of rural areas.

В ней представлены нормативно-правовые основы организации крупных спортивных мероприятий и использования эффектов от их проведения в программах развития территории, а также методические подходы к разработке социальных технологий развития территории муниципального образования, основанных на проведении крупных спортивных мероприятий. Аналитическая глава посвящена разработке социальных технологий развития муниципального образования «город Екатеринбург», основанных на проведении крупных спортивных мероприятий. В ней автор осуществил анализ опыта организации и проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий в г. Екатеринбурге и их влияние на социально-экономическое, социальное и культурное развитие территории муниципального образования, оценку управленческих подходов к планированию и использованию социально-экономических, социальных и культурных эффектов от проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий для развития территории г. Екатеринбурга. Были выделены проблемы и перспективы устойчивого развития г. Екатеринбурга в контексте подготовки и проведения крупных спортивных мероприятий.
