The concept and assessment of efficiency is one of the main problems in this subject as there is no uniform technique for estimation of transport sector (scientists suggest to estimate branches and efficiency of the enterprises through different prisms). In work of the master, economic efficiency of separate means of transport in 2000 - 2012 are estimated, leaning on the installed system of financial performance on the basis of which by means of the weighed arithmetic average of an indicator, the aggregated indicators are received. Понятие и оценка эффективности является одной из основных проблем в этой теме, так как нет единой методики для оценивания транспортного сектора (учёные предлагают оценивать отрасли и эффективность предприятий через разные призмы). В работе магистра, экономическая эффективность отдельных видов транспорта в 2000 – 2012 годах оцениваются, опираясь на установленную систему финансовых показателей, на основе которых с помощью взвешенного среднего арифметического показателя, получены агрегированные показатели. Работа состоит из трех глав, введения, заключения, списка использованных источников и приложения. В ходе первой главы были рассмотрены теоретические аспекты формирования и оценки эффективности инвестиционного портфеля. Во второй главе была представлена характеристика Российского фондового рынка, составлен инвестиционный портфель неквалифицированного инвестора с использованием консервативной стратегии и был проведён его анализ. В третьей главе исследования автором были предложены рекомендации по формированию, реструктуризации и повышению эффективности уже сформированного портфеля ценных бумаг. В заключении сделаны выводы по трем главам. / The work consists of three chapters, introduction, conclusion, list of references and applications. During the first chapter, the theoretical aspects of the formation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment portfolio were considered. In the second chapter, the characteristics of the Russian stock market were presented, an investment portfolio of an unqualified investor was compiled using a conservative strategy, and its analysis was carried out. In the third chapter of the study, the author proposed recommendations for the formation, restructuring and improving the efficiency of an already formed portfolio of securities. Авторское определение реинжениринга бизнес-процессов позволяет более эффективно использовать имеющийся потенциал предприятия для внедрения инноваций в бизнес-процесс, используя предложенные автором показатели, характеризующие эффективность бизнес-процесса. Автором классифицированы показатели бизнес-процесса по этапам реализации бизнес-процесса, что позволит своевременно осуществлять контроль над ходом бизнес-процесса и при необходимости осуществлять корректировку элементов, входящих в бизнес-процесс как систему. Разработан авторский алгоритм реинжиниринга основного бизнес-процессов, включающий двенадцать этапов внедрения инновационной технологии, который определяет последовательность действий по подготовке к реинжинирингу проблемного бизнес-процесса на основе модели его совершенствования.

A paper presents some materials of the motivation for the power fitness training for men of the first period of mature age. We give experimental evaluation of the effectiveness of using multifunctional training devices in a power fitness class. According to the study, which used an express-screening UFS by the method of Apanasenko G.L. we revealed changes characterized by increased functional organism reserves with an increasing of the physical condition level. / Работа рассматривает вопросы мотивации к занятиям силовым фитнесом мужчин первого периода зрелого возраста. Дается экспериментальное обоснование эффективности использования многофункциональных тренажерных устройств на занятиях силовым фитнесом. По результатам исследования, в котором использовался экспресс-скриннинг УФС по методике Апанасенко Г.Л. выявлены изменения характеризующие повышение функциональных резервов организма по мере увеличения уровня физического состояния.

The urgency of the master's thesis is due to the fact that in the majority of studies on M & A focuses on the description of the interaction of the two companies directly to their isolation from the market, although it may impose severe restrictions on these transactions. Therefore, the aim of the thesis is to identify factors that explain the effectiveness of horizontal mergers and acquisitions in the heterogeneous market, under the conditions of incomplete information. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that the proposed dynamic model of choice now between a merger, acquisition or abandonment of the reorganization, the criteria of selection factors estimated on the basis of simulation modeling, evaluating the efficiency of the horizontal mergers and acquisitions. The proposed work method allows to create high-quality model for the mathematical description of the actual horizontal markets in which there are mergers and acquisitions, to predict their development. / Актуальность магистерской диссертации обусловлена тем, что в большинстве работ по изучению слияний и поглощений акцент делается на описание непосредственно взаимодействия двух компаний в отрыве их от рынка, хотя он может накладывать серьезные ограничения на данные сделки. Поэтому в диссертации выявлены факторы, объясняющие эффективность горизонтальных слияний и поглощений на неоднородном рынке, в условиях неполноты информации. Новизна работы заключается в том, что предложена динамическая модель выбора компанией между слиянием, поглощением или отказом от реорганизации, определены критерии выбора, на основе имитационного (симуляционного) моделирования оценены факторы, определяющие эффективность горизонтальных слияний и поглощений Предложенный в работе метод позволяет создавать качественные модели для математического описания реальных горизонтальных рынков, на которых происходят слияния и поглощения, для предсказания их развития.

В работе проведено исследование эффективности использования токарных станков с ЧПУ в современном машиностроении на основе анализа эксплуатации за последние 30 лет. Для наглядности были использованы гистограммы распределения деталей по диаметру и длине для патронных и патронно-центровых станков, показатель интенсивности применения станков с ЧПУ, называемый коэффициентом реализации технологических возможностей станка. В работе представлена разработка показателей эффективности станков на основе теории сложности Ю.С. Шарина и непосредственно методика, позволяющая рассчитать фондоотдачу. Преимущество ее в том, что появляется возможность определения фондоотдачи непосредственно во время производства, что невозможно сделать в экономических расчетах. А на предприятиях оценка фондоотдачи в настоящее время производится укрупненно. В этом заключается новизна работы Проведенные исследования показали, что экстенсивность использования станков β ̅ (по времени работы) на обследованных предприятиях составляет в среднем приблизительно 54 %. А интенсивность использования станков с ЧПУ α ̅ реализуется чаще всего на 26 %, а в среднем на 34 %. Наряду с коэффициентами экстенсивности и интенсивности в машиностроении зачастую пользуются также таким показателем эффективности использования станков как интегральный коэффициент δ, который является функцией α и β, его значение получилось δ ̅≈0,182. То есть на обследованных заводах токарные станки с ЧПУ в среднем используются всего лишь на 18,2 %. Исходя из полученных данных были разработаны методы повышения эффективности использования станков и их фондоотдачи, базирующихся на методе неопределенных множителей Лагранжа. / The paper studies the efficiency of using CNC lathes in modern machine building on the basis of the exploitation analysis for the last 30 years. For clarity, we used histograms of the parts the distribution by diameter and length for cartridge and cartridge-centering machines, an indicator of the intensity of the use of CNC machines, called the coefficient of the implementation of technological capabilities of the machine. The paper presents the development of performance indicators of machines based on the complexity theory Yu.S. Sharin and directly the technique, allowing to calculate the return on assets. Its advantage is that it becomes possible to determine the return on assets directly during production, which cannot be done in economic calculations. And in enterprises, the estimation of the return on assets is now being made larger. This is the novelty of the work. The conducted studies showed that the extensive use of the machine tools β ̅ (according to the working time) in the surveyed enterprises averages approximately 54%. And the intensity of using CNC machines is realized most often by 26%, and on average by 34%. Along with the extensiveness and intensity coefficients in machine building, this indicator of the efficiency of machine tools is often used as the integral coefficient δ, which is a function of α and β, its value is δ ̅≈0.182. That is, in the surveyed factories, CNC lathes are used on average only by 18.2%. Based on the data obtained, methods were developed to increase the efficiency of machine tools and their return on capital, based on Lagrange's method of uncertain multipliers.

The object of this work is industrial enterprises that implement projects aimed at developing the production system. The subject of the study are the organizational and management relationships that arise when implementing the concept of "lean manufacturing". The purpose of this thesis is the development of methodological approaches and recommendations for the organization of management processes for the development of the production system based on the concept of lean manufacturing using the example of JSC "Uralelectromed". In order to achieve this goal you need to solve the problem:  analyze the theoretical foundations of the lean manufacturing concept with the aim of determining the possibility of developing the production system of an industrial enterprise;  analyze the efficiency of development of the production system of JSC "Uralelectromed";  develop methodological approaches and recommendations for management processes of the development of the production system on the basis of the lean manufacturing concept using the example of Uralelectromed JSC. Practical significance is confirmed by the definition of a set of practical recommendations for the development of the industrial system of industrial enterprises in terms of analyzing the performance of the production system, planning work in eliminating the bottlenecks of the enterprise and training personnel. In the paper, the performance indicators for lean manufacturing are presented, which can complement the existing system of indicators and quantify the results of work on the development of the production system. In the thesis, methods of analysis are used, such as horizontal, vertical, comparative, graphic. Объектом данной работы является промышленные предприятия, реализующие проекты, направленные на развитие производственной системы. Предметом исследования являются организационно – управленческие отношения, возникающие при внедрении концепции «бережливое производство». Цель данной диссертации – разработка методических подходов и рекомендаций для организации процессов управления развитием производственной системы на основе концепции бережливого производства на примере АО «Уралэлектромедь». Для того, чтобы достичь поставленной цели нужно решить задачи:  проанализировать теоритические основы концепции бережливого производства с целью определения возможности развития производственной системы промышленного предприятия;  проанализировать эффективность развития производственной системы АО «Уралэлектромедь»;  разработать методические подходы и рекомендации для процессов управления развитием производственной системы на основе концепции бережливого производства на примере АО «Уралэлектромедь». Практическая значимость подтверждается определением набора практических рекомендаций по развитию производственной системы промышленных предприятий в части анализа эффективности функционирования производственной системы, планирования работ в устранении «узких мест» предприятия и обучения персонала. В работе приведены показатели оценки работ по бережливому производству, которые могут дополнить существующую систему показателей и дать количественную оценку результатам работ по развитию производственной системы. В диссертации используются такие методы анализа, как горизонтальный, вертикальный, сравнительный, графический. Структура данной диссертации состоит из ведения, трех глав, заключения, списка использованной литературы и приложений.

Актуальность темы исследования: В экономическом процессе инвестиции занимают центральное место, что в свою очередь, предопределяет общий рост экономики предприятия. Вследствие инвестирования в отраслях и на предприятиях растут объёмы производства, возрастает доход, развиваются и уходят вперёд экономическое соперничество между ними. Цель работы – исследовать пути повышения эффективности инвестиционной деятельности компании (на примере АО «KEGOC»). Предложена методика расчета интегрального показателя оценки ее эффективности инвестиционной политики на основе применения параметров функции желательности, что повышает объективность расчетов при определении эффективности инвестиционной политики. / Relevance of the research topic: In the economic process, investments occupy a central place, which in turn determines the overall growth of the enterprise's economy. As a result of investment in industries and enterprises, production volumes are increasing, income is growing, economic competition between them is developing and moving ahead. The purpose of the work is to investigate ways to improve the efficiency of the company's investment activity (by the example of KEGOC JSC). The methodology for calculating the integral indicator of the assessment of its effectiveness of investment policy based on the application of parameters of the desirability function is proposed, which increases the objectivity of calculations in determining the effectiveness of investment policy.
