綠色物流專案之淨現值:太陽能板安裝之個案研究 / Net present value for green logistics projects: a case study on solar panels installation

The gravity of the Global Warming consequences force us to face the issue and try the best to mitigate its effects. Green Logistics practices, and especially the case of a Solar Panels Installation on a warehouse or plant’s roof, are studied in this article as solutions to reduce the economic, social and environmental casualties. The Net Present Value (NPV) Model in this paper and its results analysis show that project duration, Carbon Tax, initial energy price and its increasing rate are all positively related to the NPV Value. A high discount rate will, however, turn the NPV negative, thus raising the need of financing help for Green Logistics projects.

國民小學學校型態實驗教育的創新經營與組織效能關係之研究-以校長領導行為為中介變項 / A study on the relationship between innovative management and organizational effectiveness in the school-based experimental education- the principal’s leadership behavior as the mediator

摘要 本研究旨在瞭解國民小學學校型態實驗教育的創新經營、組織效能與校長領導行為之內涵與現況,探討其關係,進而建構與驗證三者之互動模式,最後依據研究結果提出建議。本研究採用文件分析與調查研究法,以台灣地區105學年度公辦公營之國民小學學校型態實驗教育學校教師為研究對象,總共發出335份問卷,問卷回收率為91.94%,有效問卷則為89.55%。正式問卷回收後,分別以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。 依據研究結果與分析歸納,獲得結論如下: 一、國民小學學校型態實驗教育在學校創新經營現況呈現中高程度發展。 二、國民小學學校型態實驗教育在學校組織效能現況呈現中高程度發展。 三、國民小學學校型態實驗教育在校長領導行為現況呈現中高程度發展。 四、在國民小學學校型態實驗教育之教育人員的背景變項中, 不同職務、校長在該校服務年資、不同學校規模等,在創新經營得分之差異達顯著水準。 五、在國民小學學校型態實驗教育之教育人員的背景變項中, 不同職務、校長在該校服務年資、不同學校規模等,在學校組織效能得分之差異達顯著水準。 六、在國民小學學校型態實驗教育之教育人員的背景變項中,不同服務年資、不同職務、校長在該校服務年資、不同學校規模等,在校長領導行為得分之差異達顯著水準。 七、整體學校創新經營與整體學校組織效能間呈顯著的正相關,且與「學生學習」及「學生展能」之相關程度最高。 八、整體校長領導行為與整體學校組織效能間呈顯著的正相關,且與「行政領導」及「控制」之相關程度最高。 九、整體校長領導行為與整體學校創新經營間呈顯著的正相關,且與「行政管理」及「控制」之相關程度最高。 十、學校創新經營透過校長領導行為影響學校組織效能,校長領導行為具有部分中介效果。 本研究根據以上結論,提出相關建議,俾供主管教育行政機關、學校教育人員及後續研究之參考。 / Abstract This study aims to understand the connotations and status of the innovative operation, organizational effectiveness and the dean’s leadership in primary schools under the school-pattern experimental education, probe into their relations so as to construct and validate the patterns of interactions between these three aspects and finally propose suggestions based on the research results. The document analysis and survey method is adopted for the study purpose and the objects are the teachers in public primary schools that apply school-pattern experimental education in 2016. A total of 335 questionnaires were issued, with a response rate of 91.94% and a valid response rate of 89.55%. The collected questionnaires were analyzed with such statistic methods as descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlations, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study came to the following conclusions based on the findings and analytic induction: 1.The school-pattern experimental education in primary schools shows a medium to high level of development in the school’ s innovative operation. 2.The school-pattern experimental education in primary schools shows a medium to high level of development in the school’ s organizational effectiveness. 3.The school-pattern experimental education in primary schools shows a medium to high level of development in the principal’s leadership. 4.Among the background variables of educators in primary schools applying school-type experimental education, such variables as the educators’ titles, the principal’s seniority in the school as well as the size of the school would bring significant differences in the scores of the school’s innovation operation. 5.Among the background variables of educators in primary schools applying school-type experimental education, such variables as the educators’ titles, the principal’s seniority in the school as well as the size of the school would bring significant differences in the scores of the school’s organizational effectiveness. 6.Among the background variables of educators in primary schools applying school-type experimental education, such variables as the educators’ seniority and titles, the principal’s seniority in the school as well as the size of the school would bring significant differences in the scores of the principal’s leadership. 7.The school’s overall innovative operation has a significant positive correlation with its organizational effectiveness, with the highest degree of correlation with “students’ study” and “students’ performance”. 8.The principal’s overall leadership has a significant positive correlation with the school’s organizational effectiveness, with the highest degree of correlation with “administrative leadership” and “control”. 9.The principal’s overall leadership has a significant positive correlation with the school’s innovative operation, with the highest degree of correlation with “administrative management” and “control”. 10.The school’s innovative operations would influence its organizational effectiveness through the principal’s leadership, which embodies a partial medium effect. Based on the above conclusions, this study proposed related suggestions for the reference of competent educational and administrative authorities, the school educators as well as future studies.

具SOAR結構化筆記功能之合作數位閱讀標註系統對於國小學生閱讀理解成效之影響研究 / A study on the effects of collaborative reading annotation system with soar structured note function on reading comprehension performance

因應數位閱讀時代的來臨,在進行數位閱讀時,如何進行自我監控,協助學習者掌握閱讀技巧,特別是對於閱讀認知能力不足的小學兒童來說,在進行數位閱讀時更需要有完善的學習鷹架輔助,才能達到良好的閱讀成效。標註系統中也發展出許多不同機制來輔助閱讀,幫助提升學習者的閱讀動機與閱讀成效。但卻也發現學習容易著重在標註的量而忽略了標註的品質,反而無法提升其閱讀理解成效,在學習的過程中忽略了閱讀歷程與閱讀認知的適配性。因此,本研究在合作式數位閱讀標註系統上發展出一套基於閱讀標註支援更有效閱讀的「SOAR結構式筆記模組」,讓學習者於作筆記的過程中掌握文本的重點,幫助學習者提升其閱讀自我效能,希望可有效促進學習者在閱讀中有效的內化與重組,以提升閱讀理解的深度與成效。 本研究採單組實驗設計,探討學習者在使用具「SOAR結構化筆記模組」的「合作式數位閱讀標註系統」輔以閱讀學習的情境下,學習者的閱讀標註瀏覽行為、標註行為及SOAR筆記分數是否影響學生其閱讀自我效能、閱讀理解成效。此外,也針對不同性別與認知風格的學習者作探討。 研究結果發現: 1.在使用「合作式數位閱讀標註系統」支援閱讀的學習情境下,採用「SOAR結構化筆記模組」支援數位閱讀學習,其國小學生的標註行為、閱讀標註瀏覽行為及SOAR筆記分數與閱讀自我效能並無顯著相關2.女性學習者的自我效能與閱讀理解成效具有顯著高度正相關,並且具有線性迴歸之可預測性3.全體學習者的SOAR筆記分數與閱讀理解成具有顯著高度正相關,並且具有線性迴歸之可預測性4.男性學習者的SOAR筆記分數與閱讀理解成效具有顯著高度正相關,並且具有線性迴歸之可預測性5.對國小學生的閱讀理解成效具有顯著的提升6.對男性學習者與女性學習者的閱讀理解成效均具有顯著的提升7.對場地獨立型學習者與場地相依型的學習者的閱讀理解成效均具有顯著的提升。 最後,基於研究結果,本研究亦提出對教師及系統改良的建議,並提出幾個未來的研究方向,希望能對數位閱讀研究有所貢獻。 / Abstract To cope with the digital reading era, self-monitoring to assist learners in grasping reading skills during digital reading, especially for the digital reading of elementary pupils with inadequate reading cognitive capabilities, perfect learning scaffolding is required for achieving good reading performance. There are many different mechanisms developed in annotation systems to assist in reading and help learners promote the reading motivation and reading performance. However, it is also discovered that the learning could easily focus on the quantity of annotation, but ignore the quality of annotation so that the reading comprehension performance could not be enhanced and the suitability of reading process and reading cognition in the learning process is ignored. For this reason, a reading annotation based “SOAR structured note module” for supporting effective reading is developed on the cooperative digital reading annotation system, allowing learners grasping the key points in the text during the noting process and helping learners promote the reading self-efficacy. It is expected to effectively advance the effective internalization and organization of learners in the reading in order to enhance the depth and performance of reading comprehension. With one-shot experimental design, the effect of learners’ reading annotation browsing behaviors, annotation behaviors, and SOAR note scores on the reading self-efficacy and reading comprehension performance, under the reading learning situation with “cooperative digital reading annotation system” with “SOAR structured note module”. Besides, gender and learners with different cognitive styles are also discussed in this study. The research findings are concluded as below. 1. Under the reading learning situation with the support of “cooperative digital reading annotation system”, elementary students applying “SOAR structured note module” to support the digital reading learning do not appear significant correlations between annotation behaviors, reading annotation browsing behaviors, SOAR note scores and reading self-efficacy. 2. Female learners’ self-efficacy and reading comprehension performance present remarkably and highly positive correlations, with the predictability of linear regression. 3. All learners’ SOAR note scores and reading comprehension performance show significantly and highly positive correlation, with the predictability of linear regression. 4. Male learners’ SOAR note scores and reading comprehension performance reveal notably and highly positive correlation, with the predictability of linear regression. 5. Elementary students’ reading comprehension performance is remarkably enhanced. 6. Both male and female learners’ reading comprehension performance is significantly enhanced. 7. Both field-independent and field-dependent learners’ reading comprehension performance is notably enhanced. Finally, suggestions for teachers and system improvement are proposed, based on the research results, in this study, and several research directions are also proposed for research on digital reading. 領導風格對組織溝通與行政效能之調節效應-以中央研究院學術研究人員兼任行政主管之實證分析 / Organizational Communication and Administrative Effectiveness: An Empirical Analysis on the Moderating Effects of Leadership Style to Academic Researcher Concurrently in charge of Administrative Director in Academia Sinica.

中央研究院被認為是我國最高學術機構,院內一級單位主管皆由研究人員兼任。本研究旨在探討中央研究院學術研究人員兼任行政主管的領導風格與所屬單位員工組織溝通與行政效能的關聯性,並採用問卷調查法中的配額抽樣方式,行政單位發出105份,研究單位則發出310份,合計為415份。問卷回收共計315份,其中有效問卷數為293份,可用率為93.01%。 經分析結果得出以下結論:中央研究院由研究人員兼任行政主管之所屬單位員工對於主管的領導風格、組織溝通與行政效能的感受平均得分分別為3.48、3.31、3.95,位於「李克特五點尺度法」的中上但未達同意程度。其次,組織溝通的「正式溝通」與行政效能之間具有顯著之正向關係。由此可知,中央研究院由研究人員兼任行政主管所屬單位員工的正式溝通感受程度愈高,其行政效能的知覺程度亦會愈高。最後,主管的「轉換型領導」與「交易型領導」對於組織溝通的「正式溝通」與行政效能之間具有正向之調節效果,但對於不同社會屬性特徵員工與行政效能之間則不具有調節效果。 根據研究結果,本研究提出四項實務建議,以增進單位員工的行政效能。包括:主管對於部屬應加強個別關懷及提供教育訓練、對待部屬應賞罰分明、強化與部屬之間的溝通管道以及兼任行政主管應善盡主管之職責。 / The Academia Sinica is considered the highest academic institution of the country. The researchers hold the concurrent post as the highest administration positions at the director level. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of the academic researcher with administrative director’s leadership style, organizational communication, and administrative effectiveness. The method of Quota Sampling is used to distribute questionnaires to the staff. There are a total of 415 questionnaires: 105 of which are given to the administrative staff and 310 are given to the research staff. In total, there are 315 questionnaires collected and 293 of them, 93.01%, are considered as valid. There are several conclusions drawn from the analysis of the research. First, the average score of the administrators’ leadership style, organizational communication, and administrative effectiveness is 3.48, 3.31, 3.95, is located to “Likert scale” in the upper but not agree with the degree. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between the formal communication and administrative effectiveness. Lastly, administrators’ transforming leadership and transactional leadership positively moderated the relationship between formal communication and administrative effectiveness, but there is no moderating effect on the relationship between the staff’s social and demographical background and administrative effectiveness. Based on the conclusions, four practical recommendations are proposed to further enhance the administrative effectiveness: (1) The administrative director should pay more attention to the individual subordinate, and provide training programs to the staff. (2) The administrative director should have a very clear award and punishment system. (3) The administrative director should better communicate with the staff. (4) Academic researchers with administrative responsibilities should fulfill his administrative responsibility.

能者多勞:主管青睞與組織誘因的調節效果研究 / All lay loads on a willing horse: the moderating effects of supervisors' liking and organizational inducements

「能者多勞」是指能幹員工在職場中做更多工作的現象。近年來,能幹員工對於組織的重要性獲得高度關注,儘管過往證據顯示這些員工在職場上有時會受到來自太多工作或是責任的負擔,目前仍很少有研究檢驗員工能幹程度與工作過荷的關聯,本研究即以實證方式檢驗此現象的存在與其對職場心理健康的衝擊,並將主管的角色納入考量,探討主管青睞可能扮演的調節角色,以及在工作要求-資源模式的基礎上,試圖了解組織誘因的緩衝效果。本研究採用便利取樣,並以對偶問卷進行資料蒐集,研究對象為一般企業之直屬主管及部屬,共回收紙本問卷188套及網路問卷33套,得有效問卷169套,有效回收率為76%。研究結果顯示,自評的部屬能幹程度能預測部屬之工作過荷感受,且工作過荷可以中介能幹程度至職場心理健康的負面影響;然而,主管青睞與組織誘因在能幹程度、工作過荷與職場心理健康的關聯中皆無發現預期的調節效果。最後,本研究針對結果進行討論,並說明研究貢獻、研究限制與未來研究方向。 / "All Lay Loads on a Willing Horse" refers to the phenomenon that high-competence employees do more work in the workplace. In recent years, the importance of high-competence employees in the organizations is highly valued. Although previous evidence supported that these employees are sometimes burdened with too much work or responsibility in the workplace. The relationship between employees' competence and work overload was rarely examined. This study aims to investigate the existence of this phenomenon and its impact on workplace mental health in an empirical way. Takes the role of supervisor into account, discuss the moderating role of supervisors’ liking. Meanwhile, tries to understand the buffering effect of organizational inducements on the basis of JDR model. Research data is collected by a dyadic questionnaire survey with convenience sampling. Subjects are paired supervisor and subordinate in general enterprises. 188 sets of paper questionnaires and 33 sets of internet questionnaires were returned. Totally get 169 sets of effective questionnaires, the effective rate is 76%. The result reveals that self-evaluation competence can predict the subordinates’ work overload, and work overload can mediate the negative impact on workplace mental health. However, supervisors’ liking and organization inducements do not have expected moderating effect in the relationship between competence to work overload and work overload to workplace mental health. Finally, research finding, theoretical contribution, research constraints and future research directions are discussed.

台灣企業導入阿米巴經營管理之可行性分析 / Assessment of the practicality of Taiwanese enterprises adopting amoeba management

台灣國內市場小,出口是台灣產業重要發展方向,故全球市場是台灣發展經濟重要的舞台。然而,台灣企業無論是全球主流型企業或是全球利基型企業都鮮少做到在尖端基礎科學、科技領域擁有領先的核心技術,成為該產業的領導者。 在全球激烈的競爭下,台灣企業經營者思維停留在只要繼續獲得大量的訂單,即可以保住獲利,但是台灣企業無法根本性地壓低成本,維持產品價格競爭力,去面對全球性的競爭。 本研究試圖探討京瓷、日本航空、艾訊、研華科技、崇友實業與歐洲三間公司的阿米巴經營管理實施情境,進行台灣企業導入阿米巴經營管理的可行性分析,並參照京瓷打造阿米巴組織的方式與稻盛和夫導入阿米巴經營管理至日本航空的成功案例,從中剖析導入阿米巴經營管理的台灣企業應用上產生之問題並提出適合導入阿米巴經營管理制度的台灣企業特性。 研究發現台灣企業應用上產生問題的原因有兩點,第一點為台灣企業對於阿米巴經營管理運作方式的理解程度較不足,才會產生類阿米巴的運作方式以及將阿米巴組織變動的特性視為矩陣式組織的現象;第二點為台灣的國家文化導致台灣企業長久存在的經營現象,企業認為設立較多組織階層有助於主管指揮與控制員工行為,故阿米巴領導者容易由中高階主管擔任,企業對於財務資訊的揭露仍顯得保守,因此導入阿米巴經營管理容易產生無法讓員工了解公司經營現況。 依據上述問題,分析出適合導入阿米巴經營管理的企業特性——企業領導者能將利他與為了達成崇高目標不斷地努力工作直到成功之想法注入員工思維之台灣企業、內部能精準實施阿米巴經營管理會計制度之台灣企業、資訊系統的運作能導入市場機制的台灣企業及給予員工優於勞動市場薪酬之台灣企業。 然而,真正使阿米巴經營運作得以成功的先決條件還是在於企業本身是否重視員工價值以及企業是否給予能解決艱困挑戰的員工高額薪資,員工在物質條件與心靈精神受到滿足後,為了報答公司而努力工作,才能讓企業在尖端技術領域不斷地進行攻堅與突破、在營運流程中降低不必要的費用。 / Due to the small size of Taiwan’s domestic market, exports play an important role in Taiwan’s economy. However, with limited access to core technologies, Taiwanese enterprises that excel in developing business overseas as global mainstream or niche companies rarely become top players in their respective industries. Moreover, owners of these Taiwanese enterprises tend to rely on bulk orders from overseas clients to gain corporate profits and sustain global competitiveness, but are unlikely to maintain product or service competitiveness in the global market because of failure in fundamental cost reduction. This study investigates the practice of the Amoeba Management System (AMS) when applied to Axiomtek, Advantech, Golden Friends Corporation, and three European companies. By comparing the scenario of Kazuo Inamori’s AMS in Kyocera Corporation and how he applied it to Japan Airlines with the scenario of implementing the AMS in the said Taiwanese (i.e., Axiomtek, Advantech, and Golden Friends Corporation) and European companies while analyzing the problems arising from the implementation in these companies, the study finally identifies the characteristics of Taiwanese companies that are suitable for adopting the AMS. The study findings reveal that the implementation of AMS is effective in four types of Taiwanese enterprises: (1) enterprises whose owners motivate employees toward achieving corporate goals, (2) enterprises that adequately apply the AMS to their accounting management systems, (3) enterprises that apply a market-based approach to developing their enterprise resource planning systems, and (4) enterprises that provide employees with competitive salaries and benefits packages.

农村银行业金融机构资产规模对盈利能力的影响研究

abstract: 近几年,随着国家对“三农”问题的不断重视,相关部门先后下发了金融业支持新农村建设的相关政策,推动了以农信社、村镇银行、农村合作银行等为代表的农村银行业金融机构的发展,各地区农村银行业金融机构迎来了快速发展的时期。但是迅速发展过程中发现部分地区农村银行业金融机构盈利水平并没有出现等比例的增长甚至是下降。 本文从资产规模的角度,对农村银行业金融机构的盈利能力是否存在一个最适资产规模进行分析和检验。结合既有文献的研究成果以及笔者多年从事县域农村银行业金融机构股权投资的相关检验,本文梳理出资产规模、治理结构(国企持股比例、员工持股比例)、业务管理(存贷比、成本收入比、贷款集中度、个人贷款占比、个人存款占比)和环境因素(地区经济、居民储蓄、区域人口)等会对县域农村银行业金融机构盈利能力产生影响的内外部因素,构建了农村银行业金融机构资产规模与盈利能力之间的实证模型,并基于46家县域农村银行业金融机构2013-2017年面板数据,利用非线性固定效应回归模型检验了农村银行业金融机构最优规模。 研究发现,(1)样本农村银行业金融机构的最优规模在64亿元左右,有16家处于最优规模以下。(2)居民储蓄水平的提升有助于农村银行业金融机构提高盈利能力,但同等规模条件下,居民储蓄低地区的农村银行业金融机构盈利能力更强。(3)以成本收入比为表征的农村银行业金融机构业务管理水平限制了其盈利能力提升。 关键词:农村银行业金融机构;盈利能力;资产规模;影响因素; 非线性固定效应回归模型 / Dissertation/Thesis / Doctoral Dissertation Business Administration 2020
